BC Reservation : ఎంపీటీసీ – జడ్పిటిసి ఎన్నికలలో బీసీలకు 42 శాతం చట్టబద్ధంగా కల్పించిన తర్వాతే ఎన్నికలు జరపాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ బీసీ జేఏసీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో భారీ ప్రదర్శన నిర్వహించారు. ఇంద్ర పార్క్ నుంచి అంటేద్కర్ విగ్రహం వరకు భారీ ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించారు. ఈ ర్యాలీకి జాతీయ బిసి సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ ర్యాగ అరుణ్ కుమార్, జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షులు గుజ్జ సత్యం రాష్ట్ర బి.సి సంక్షేమ సంఘం రాష్ట్ర వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ నీల వెంకటేష్, రాష్ట్ర బి.సి విద్యార్ధి సంఘం రాష్ట్ర వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ పగిళ్ళ సతీష్, రాష్ట్ర బి.సి యువజన సంఘం అధ్యకులు జిల్లపల్లి అంజి, రాష్ట్ర బి.సి ఐఖ్య వేదిక అధ్యక్షులు అనంతయ్య, రాష్ట్ర బి.సి/SC/ST హాస్టల్ విద్యార్ధుల సంఘం అధ్యక్షులు పర్లగోర్ల మోడీరాందేవ్, రాష్ట్ర బి.సి సంఘం అధ్యక్షులు రాజేందర్ మరియు బి.సి నాయకులూ భీం రాజు అంజి గౌడ్, శివ కుమార్ యాదవ్, నరేష్ గౌడ్ వివిధ నాయకులు నాయకత్వం వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ప్రదర్శన ఉద్దేశించి ఆర్.కృష్ణయ్య ప్రసంగిస్తూ బీసీలకు చట్టబద్ధంగా 42 శాతం కల్పించాలని తర్వాతే ఎన్నికలకు వెళ్లాలని కోరారు.
ఇప్పుడు ఇక ముందు జరిగే MPTC – ZPTC ఎన్నికలలో ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలో 42 శాతం కు పెంచే వరకు వదిలిపెట్టి లేదని హెచ్చరించారు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం గత రెండు సంవత్సరాలుగా 42 శాతం కు పెంచిన తర్వాతనే ఎన్నికలకు వెళతామని కొన్ని వందలసార్లు ప్రకటించి మోసం చేసి సర్పంచ్ – మున్సిపల్ ఎన్నికలకు వెళ్లారు. బీసీలకు అన్యాయం చేశారు.
ఇటీవల జరిగిన ఎన్నికలలో మున్సిపల్ చైర్మన్ లలో బీసీలకు 61 శాతం, కార్పొరేషన్ లో 58 శాతం, సర్పంచ్ లలో 53 శాతం బీసీలు గెలిచారని, తమ పార్టీ అవకాశం కల్పించిందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి, పిసిసి అధ్యక్షులు మహేష్ గౌడ్ అంటున్నారు. దీనిని మేము స్వాగతిస్తున్నాం. కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలుపుచున్నాము. ఇప్పుడు మీరు ఉన్నారు. బిసి ఉద్యమం ఉంది ఇచ్చారు. అన్ని పార్టీలు ప్రాముఖ్యత ఇచ్చారు. భవిష్యత్తులో ఇస్తారనే నమ్మకం ఏముందని అన్నారు. అందుకే చట్టబద్ధంగా ఉంటే భవిష్యత్తులో కూడా డోకా యుండదు – అందుకే ఈ పోరాటం కొనసాగుతుందని అన్నారు.
గత ఒక సంవత్సరం నుంచి 100 సార్లుకు పైగా రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఉద్యమాలు, ధర్నాలు, ర్యాలీలు, నిరాహార దీక్షలు, కుల సంఘాల సమావేశాలు, రౌండ్ టేబుల్ సమావేశాలు, సత్యా గ్రహ దీక్షలు, ధర్మదీక్షలు, న్యాయ పోరాట దీక్షలు చివరకు రాష్ట్రస్థాయి బంద్ జరిపాం. అయినా ప్రభుత్వం ఉద్యమాలను స్పందించకుండా – ఉద్యమాలు గుర్తించకుండా గుడ్డిగా బలవంతం గా బీసీలకు అన్యాయం చేస్తూ ముందుకు వెళుతుంది. దీనిని ఎట్టి పరిస్థితిలో సహించమని ఆర్ కృష్ణయ్య హెచ్చరించారు. పైగా బీసీ సంఘాలను – నాయకులను బెదిరించి, హెచ్చరించి ఉద్యమాలను తమదారుకి తెచ్చుకుంటూ ఉద్యమాలు నీరు గార్చడానికి కుట్రలు చేస్తుంది. దీనిని ఎట్టి పరిస్థితులలో సహించమని హెచ్చరించారు. ఉద్యమం – బీసీ వాదం ప్రజలలోకి వెళ్తుంది. ఎవరు ఆపిన ఆగదని దీనిని ప్రజలే ముందుకు నడిపిస్తారని హెచ్చరించారు.
స్థానిక సంస్థల రిజర్వేషన్లు విషయంలో మహారాష్ట్ర, ఉత్తర ప్రదేశ్, మధ్యప్రదేశ్, కర్ణాటక రాష్ట్రాల్లో కూడా కోర్టులలో బీసీలకు వ్యతిరేకంగా తీర్పులు వచ్చాయి. కానీ ఆ రాష్టాలలోని బీసీలు తిరగబడలేదు. కానీ మన రాష్ట్రంలో బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ల రక్షణ కోసం రాష్ట్ర బంద్ జరపడం బి.సి ఉద్యమం పల్లె పల్లెకు వెళ్ళింది. ఇంటింటికి వెళ్ళింది. ఇది ప్రజా ఉద్యమంగా మారిందని దీనిని ఎవరు అడ్డుకోలేదని అన్నారు.
గుజ్జ సత్యం మాట్లాడుతూ, రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా 20న ధర్నాలు, దీక్షలు, నిరసనలు చేపట్టాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు. “బీసీ ఉద్యమం ఇప్పుడు పల్లె పల్లెకు, ఇంటింటికి చేరింది. ఎవరు అడ్డుకున్నా ఆగదు. ప్రజలే ముందుకు నడిపించే ఉద్యమమిది” అన్నారు.
జాతీయ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ రాగ అరుణ్ కుమార్ మాట్లాడుతూ, ఇతర రాష్ట్రాల్లో రిజర్వేషన్లపై కోర్టు తీర్పులు వచ్చినప్పటికీ అక్కడి బీసీలు అంతగా స్పందించలేదని, కానీ తెలంగాణలో మాత్రం బీసీలు ఐక్యంగా నిలబడుతున్నారని అన్నారు.

BCs Demand 42% Reservation Before MPTC-ZPTC Elections in Telangana
A massive protest was organized under the banner of the BC Joint Action Committee as part of the ongoing BC JAC Protest Hyderabad, demanding that elections be conducted only after implementing BC Reservation 42 Percent Telangana in a legal manner.
The protest took the form of a large rally from Indira Park to the Ambedkar statue, widely recognized as the Indira Park to Ambedkar Statue Rally, with participation from several BC leaders and organizations. Prominent leaders including Raga Arun Kumar, Gujja Sathyam, Neela Venkatesh, Pagilla Satish, Jilapalli Anji, Ananthayya, Parlagorla Modiram Dev, Rajender, and other BC leaders led the demonstration.
Addressing the gathering, R. Krishnaiah delivered a strong message, widely discussed as the R Krishnaiah BC Reservation Speech, insisting that the government must fulfill the BC Reservation Legal Demand Telangana by providing 42% reservation before proceeding with MPTC and ZPTC elections.
He warned that the MPTC ZPTC Elections BC Demand will not be compromised under any circumstances and criticized the Congress government for failing to honor its repeated promises over the past two years. He alleged that despite assurances, the government conducted Sarpanch and Municipal elections without implementing the promised reservation, which he termed as injustice to BC communities.
Krishnaiah further responded to claims by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and PCC President Mahesh Goud, who highlighted that BCs secured 61% of Municipal Chairman posts, 58% in Corporations, and 53% in Sarpanch positions. While welcoming these figures, he stressed that only a legally guaranteed reservation can ensure long-term security for BC representation, strengthening the ongoing Telangana BC Political Protest.
He stated that over the past year, the movement has intensified with more than 100 protests, dharnas, hunger strikes, and statewide shutdowns, making it a powerful Backward Classes Reservation Movement India example. Despite this, he accused the government of ignoring the agitation and attempting to suppress BC organizations and leaders.
Gujja Satyam, highlighting the growing momentum of the Gujja Sathyam BC Movement Telangana, called for statewide protests, dharnas, and demonstrations on the 20th, stating that the BC movement has reached every village and household and cannot be stopped.
Raga Arun Kumar emphasized that while courts in states like Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Karnataka have ruled against BC reservations, Telangana stands out where BCs are united and actively fighting for their rights.
