భువనగిరి: ఉపాధ్యాయుల సేవలను గుర్తించి, వారి ప్రతిభను ప్రోత్సహించే లక్ష్యంతో Budget Schools Management Association of Telangana (BSMAT) ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించిన BSMAT Best Teacher Award Function ఘనంగా జరిగింది. భువనగిరిలో నిర్వహించిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో వివిధ బడ్జెట్ పాఠశాలలకు చెందిన ప్రతిభావంతులైన ఉత్తమ ఉపాధ్యాయులకు Best Teacher Awards అందజేసి ఘనంగా సత్కరించారు.

కార్యక్రమంలో BSMAT రాష్ట్ర ఉపాధ్యక్షులు గుజ్జ సత్యం మాట్లాడుతూ బడ్జెట్ పాఠశాలల యాజమాన్యాలు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఐక్యంగా పనిచేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని అన్నారు.

బడ్జెట్ పాఠశాలల్లో పనిచేస్తున్న ఉపాధ్యాయులకు వృత్తిపరమైన సవాళ్లు రోజురోజుకూ పెరుగుతున్నాయని, విద్యా రంగంలో వస్తున్న మార్పులకు అనుగుణంగా వారిని నిరంతరం శిక్షణతో ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని కార్యక్రమంలో చర్చించారు.

ఉపాధ్యాయుల సమస్యలను వ్యక్తిగతంగా కాకుండా సంస్థాగతంగా, ఐక్యంగా పరిష్కరించుకునే విధంగా BSMAT పనిచేయాలని గుజ్జ సత్యం పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
