జనసేన హౌస్మోషన్ పిటిషన్ విచారణకు తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు నిరాకరించింది. వెకేషన్ బెంచ్లో పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసుకోవాలని సూచిస్తూ ఈ వ్యాజ్యాన్ని తిరస్కరించింది. ఇప్పటికిప్పుడు పిటిషన్ను విచారణ చేయలేమని న్యాయస్థానం స్పష్టం చేసింది. ‘వెకేషన్ బెంచ్లో మీ పిటిషన్ దాఖలు చేసుకోవచ్చు’ అని చీఫ్ జస్టిస్ బెంచ్ పేర్కొంది. తెలంగాణ ఆవిర్భావ దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా ఈరోజు(మంగళవారం) గచ్చిబౌలిలో ‘తెలంగాణ నవ నిర్మాణ సభ’ పేరుతో జనసేనాని పవన్ కల్యాణ్ ఓ సభ పెట్టాలని నిర్ణయించారు. జనసేన సభకు పోలీసులు అనుమతి నిరాకరించారు. దీంతో ఈ విషయంపై జనసేన పార్టీ.. హైకోర్టులో హౌస్మోషన్ పిటిషన్ను దాఖలు చేసింది. అయితే జనసేన పిటిషన్ను విచారించేందుకు హైకోర్టు నిరాకరించింది.పవన్ పోస్ట్…

Telangana High Court Declines to Hear Jana Sena House Motion Petition
The Telangana High Court has declined to hear the House Motion Petition filed by the Jana Sena Party regarding permission for its proposed public meeting. The Chief Justice’s bench stated that the petition should be filed before the vacation bench and clarified that it could not take up the matter immediately.
Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan had planned to hold a public meeting titled “Telangana Nava Nirmana Sabha” at Gachibowli on Tuesday as part of Telangana Formation Day celebrations. However, the Telangana Police denied permission for the event, prompting the party to approach the High Court with a House Motion Petition. The court, however, refused to hear the plea.
Pawan Kalyan’s Post Goes Viral
Following the police denial of permission for the public meeting, Pawan Kalyan announced that he would instead hold a press conference in Hyderabad on Tuesday evening. The media interaction is scheduled to take place at his residence in Jubilee Hills and Madapur area, along with party leaders.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Pawan Kalyan wrote:
“I will hold a press conference at my residence in Jubilee Hills today between 4:30 PM and 5:30 PM along with our party leaders. Let us see whether the Telangana Police Department grants permission for this press meet.”
