ఖమ్మం: తెలంగాణ ప్రజల అవసరాలే పరమావధిగా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజా పాలన కొనసాగిస్తోందని ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి, ఆర్థిక శాఖ మంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్క అన్నారు. మహిళలు, విద్యార్థులు, రైతులు, పేదలు సహా అన్ని వర్గాల సంక్షేమానికి ప్రభుత్వం అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తోందని తెలిపారు. ఖమ్మం జిల్లా కలెక్టరేట్‌లో తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పౌర సరఫరాల శాఖ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించిన స్మార్ట్ రేషన్ కార్డుల పంపిణీ కార్యక్రమానికి డిప్యూటీ సీఎం భట్టి విక్రమార్క ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరై లబ్ధిదారులకు స్మార్ట్ రేషన్ కార్డులను అందజేశారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా భట్టి విక్రమార్క మాట్లాడుతూ.. గత ప్రభుత్వం కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డుల జారీ విషయంలో నిర్లక్ష్యం, కాలయాపన చేసిందని విమర్శించారు. ప్రజలకు అత్యవసరమైన రేషన్ కార్డులు, సంక్షేమ పథకాలు, ప్రభుత్వ సేవలు సకాలంలో అందేలా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు చేపడుతోందని చెప్పారు. స్మార్ట్ రేషన్ కార్డుల ద్వారా అర్హులైన ప్రతి కుటుంబానికి ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ పథకాల ప్రయోజనాలు మరింత పారదర్శకంగా, సమర్థవంతంగా అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని తెలిపారు.

మహిళా సాధికారతకు పెద్దపీట

కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం మహిళా సంక్షేమం, మహిళా సాధికారతకు అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తోందని డిప్యూటీ సీఎం భట్టి విక్రమార్క పేర్కొన్నారు. మహాలక్ష్మి పథకం ద్వారా ఆర్టీసీ బస్సుల్లో మహిళలకు ఉచిత బస్సు ప్రయాణ సౌకర్యం కల్పిస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు. అదే విధంగా మహిళా స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాలను బలోపేతం చేసేందుకు వడ్డీ లేని రుణాలు అందిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు.

మహిళలు ఆర్థికంగా స్వావలంబన సాధించేలా ప్రభుత్వం అనేక కార్యక్రమాలను అమలు చేస్తోందని, మహిళల ఆర్థిక సాధికారత ద్వారా కుటుంబాలు, గ్రామాలు, రాష్ట్రం అభివృద్ధి చెందుతాయని భట్టి విక్రమార్క అన్నారు.

విద్యార్థులకు అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాల విద్య

రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రతి విద్యార్థికి అంతర్జాతీయ ప్రమాణాలతో కూడిన నాణ్యమైన విద్య అందించడమే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని డిప్యూటీ సీఎం తెలిపారు. విద్యా రంగంలో మౌలిక సదుపాయాలను మెరుగుపరచడంతో పాటు రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ స్కూళ్ల నిర్మాణానికి ప్రభుత్వం శ్రీకారం చుట్టిందని చెప్పారు.

విద్యార్థులకు ఆధునిక వసతులు, మెరుగైన విద్యా వాతావరణం కల్పించి వారి భవిష్యత్తుకు బలమైన పునాది వేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోందన్నారు. విద్యార్థులకు నాణ్యమైన విద్య అందితేనే తెలంగాణ భవిష్యత్తు మరింత బలపడుతుందని భట్టి విక్రమార్క పేర్కొన్నారు.

రైతు సంక్షేమమే ప్రభుత్వ ప్రాధాన్యం

రైతు సంక్షేమానికి కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం కట్టుబడి ఉందని డిప్యూటీ సీఎం భట్టి విక్రమార్క స్పష్టం చేశారు. రైతు భరోసాతో పాటు రైతులకు ఉపయోగపడే అనేక సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను ప్రభుత్వం సమర్థవంతంగా అమలు చేస్తోందన్నారు.

వ్యవసాయ రంగాన్ని బలోపేతం చేసి రైతులకు అండగా నిలిచేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం నిరంతరం చర్యలు చేపడుతోందని తెలిపారు. రైతుల ఆదాయం, వ్యవసాయ రంగ అభివృద్ధి, గ్రామీణ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ బలోపేతం వంటి అంశాలకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తోందని చెప్పారు.

అభివృద్ధిలో తెలంగాణను అగ్రగామిగా నిలుపుతాం

తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ఉజ్వల భవిష్యత్తుకు బలమైన పునాదులు వేస్తున్నామని భట్టి విక్రమార్క అన్నారు. తెలంగాణను దేశంలోని ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలతో పోటీ పడే స్థాయిలోనే కాకుండా ప్రపంచంలోని అభివృద్ధి చెందిన దేశాలతో పోటీపడే స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లడమే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని పేర్కొన్నారు.

ప్రజా సంక్షేమం, విద్య, వ్యవసాయం, మహిళా సాధికారత, మౌలిక వసతులు, ఆర్థిక అభివృద్ధి వంటి అన్ని రంగాల్లో సమగ్ర ప్రగతిని సాధించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందని తెలిపారు. ప్రజా ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజల కోసం, ప్రజల అవసరాల కోసం పనిచేస్తోందని భట్టి విక్రమార్క స్పష్టం చేశారు.

లబ్ధిదారులకు స్మార్ట్ రేషన్ కార్డుల పంపిణీ

అనంతరం స్మార్ట్ రేషన్ కార్డులు అందుకున్న లబ్ధిదారులకు డిప్యూటీ సీఎం భట్టి విక్రమార్క శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలిపారు. అర్హులైన ప్రతి కుటుంబానికి ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ పథకాల ప్రయోజనాలు అందేలా చర్యలు కొనసాగుతాయని హామీ ఇచ్చారు.

Telangana People’s Welfare Is Our Priority, Says Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka

Khammam: Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka said the Congress-led government is committed to making the needs and welfare of the people its top priority. He said the government is implementing welfare and development programmes for all sections of society, including women, students and farmers.

Bhatti Vikramarka was speaking at a Smart Ration Cards distribution programme organised by the Telangana Civil Supplies Department at the Khammam District Collectorate. The Deputy Chief Minister attended the programme as the chief guest and distributed smart ration cards to eligible beneficiaries.

During his address, Bhatti Vikramarka criticised the previous government over the delay in issuing new ration cards. He said the Congress government is taking steps to ensure that eligible families receive government welfare benefits in a more efficient and transparent manner.

Smart Ration Cards to Strengthen Welfare Delivery

The Deputy Chief Minister said the Smart Ration Card system would help improve the delivery of welfare benefits to eligible families. The government, he said, is working towards ensuring that essential services and welfare schemes reach the intended beneficiaries without unnecessary delays.

Bhatti Vikramarka said the Congress government was committed to people-centric governance and would continue implementing programmes aimed at improving the quality of life of people across Telangana.

Women’s Welfare and Empowerment

Highlighting the government’s focus on women’s welfare and women’s empowerment, Bhatti Vikramarka said the Congress government had given high priority to programmes designed to support women.

Under the Mahalakshmi Scheme, women have been provided free travel facilities on TSRTC buses, while self-help groups are being supported through interest-free loans, he said.

According to Bhatti Vikramarka, strengthening women’s financial independence and supporting self-help groups would contribute significantly to the economic development of families and communities across Telangana.

Focus on Quality Education and Integrated Schools

The Deputy Chief Minister also highlighted the government’s initiatives in the education sector. He said the government was working with the objective of providing every student in Telangana access to education of international standards.

As part of this vision, the state government has initiated the construction of Integrated Schools across Telangana, Bhatti Vikramarka said. Improving educational infrastructure and creating better learning environments would help students build a stronger future, he added.

He said the government was taking steps to strengthen educational infrastructure and provide students with better opportunities to compete at national and international levels.

Telangana Government Committed to Farmers

Bhatti Vikramarka said the Telangana government is committed to farmers’ welfare and is implementing several programmes to support the agricultural sector.

He highlighted Rythu Bharosa and other farmer welfare initiatives being implemented by the government. The government, he said, would continue working to strengthen agriculture and provide greater support to farmers.

The Deputy Chief Minister stressed that the development of agriculture was crucial for strengthening Telangana’s rural economy and improving the livelihoods of farming communities.

Telangana to Compete with Developed Nations

Bhatti Vikramarka said the government was laying a strong foundation for the bright future of Telangana through welfare and development initiatives.

He said the government’s objective was not merely to make Telangana compete with other Indian states but to take the state to a level where it could compete with developed countries globally.

According to the Deputy Chief Minister, welfare, education, agriculture, women’s empowerment and infrastructure development would remain important pillars of the government’s development agenda.

Beneficiaries Receive Smart Ration Cards

Following his address, Bhatti Vikramarka congratulated the beneficiaries who received their Smart Ration Cards. He assured people that the government would continue working to ensure that the benefits of welfare schemes reach eligible beneficiaries more effectively.

The Khammam programme highlighted the Telangana government’s focus on Smart Ration Cards, welfare schemes, women’s empowerment, farmer welfare, education and Integrated Schools as part of its broader people-centric governance agenda.
