అమరావతి: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ శాసనమండలిలో మెగా డీఎస్సీపై జరిగిన చర్చ సందర్భంగా మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడు చేసిన ఘాటు వ్యాఖ్యలు రాజకీయ వర్గాల్లో చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారాయి. మెగా DSCపై వైసీపీ నేత, మాజీ విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలకు మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడు గట్టిగా కౌంటర్ ఇచ్చారు. గత వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో ఐదేళ్లపాటు డీఎస్సీ ఎందుకు నిర్వహించలేదని బొత్సను ప్రశ్నిస్తూ అచ్చెన్నాయుడు నిలదీశారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా శాసనమండలిలో వైసీపీ ఎమ్మెల్సీలు డీఎస్సీపై చర్చకు పట్టుపడుతూ చైర్మన్ పోడియం ముందు నిరసనకు దిగారు. పరిస్థితి ఉద్రిక్తంగా మారుతున్న సమయంలో మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడు తీవ్రస్థాయిలో స్పందించారు. మెగా DSC, DSC నోటిఫికేషన్, ఉపాధ్యాయ ఉద్యోగాలు, నిరుద్యోగ యువత అంశాలను ప్రస్తావిస్తూ గత ప్రభుత్వ విధానాలను ప్రశ్నించారు.

బొత్సకు అచ్చెన్న స్ట్రాంగ్ కౌంటర్

వైసీపీ ప్రభుత్వంలో బొత్స సత్యనారాయణ విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రిగా పనిచేసిన సమయంలో ఐదేళ్లలో ఒక్కసారి కూడా DSC ఎందుకు నిర్వహించలేదని మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడు ప్రశ్నించారు. ఉపాధ్యాయ ఉద్యోగాల కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తున్న నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు అప్పట్లో ఎందుకు అవకాశం కల్పించలేదని నిలదీశారు.

అంతేకాకుండా అప్పటి ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్ జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డికి DSC నిర్వహించాలని ఎందుకు చెప్పలేకపోయారని బొత్సను అచ్చెన్నాయుడు ప్రశ్నించినట్లు సమాచారం. దీంతో శాసనమండలిలో కొద్దిసేపు వాగ్వాద వాతావరణం నెలకొంది.

అచ్చెన్నాయుడు చేసిన కౌంటర్‌కు వైసీపీ ఎమ్మెల్సీల నుంచి పెద్దగా ప్రతిస్పందన రాకపోగా, ఆందోళన చేస్తున్న ఎమ్మెల్సీలు చైర్మన్ పోడియం వద్ద నుంచి వెనక్కి తగ్గారు. దీంతో మండలిలో నెలకొన్న ఉద్రిక్తత కొంత సద్దుమణిగింది.

లాబీలో అచ్చెన్నాయుడికి మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్సీల అభినందనలు

శాసనమండలిలో వైసీపీ నేతలపై అచ్చెన్నాయుడు చేసిన ఎదురుదాడి అనంతరం అసెంబ్లీ లాబీలో ఆయనకు పలువురు మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు అభినందనలు తెలిపారు. మంత్రి బీసీ జనార్దన్ రెడ్డి, మంత్రి కొండపల్లి శ్రీనివాస్, మంత్రి ఆనం రామనారాయణ రెడ్డితో పాటు పలువురు ఎమ్మెల్సీలు అచ్చెన్నాయుడిని అభినందించారు.

జనసేన ఎమ్మెల్సీ నాగబాబు కూడా మంత్రి అచ్చెన్నాయుడిని అభినందించిన వారిలో ఉన్నారు. దీంతో అసెంబ్లీ లాబీలో కొద్దిసేపు రాజకీయ సందడి కనిపించింది.

ఇదిలా ఉండగా, ఆగస్టు 15న బీపీ కారణంగా మంత్రి ఆనం రామనారాయణ రెడ్డి అస్వస్థతకు గురై స్పృహతప్పి పడిపోయిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో సోమవారం అసెంబ్లీకి వచ్చిన మంత్రి ఆనంను పలువురు మంత్రులు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు పరామర్శించారు.

ఆనం రామనారాయణ రెడ్డి ఆరోగ్య పరిస్థితిని అడిగి తెలుసుకుని జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. దీంతో అసెంబ్లీ ప్రాంగణంలో రాజకీయ కార్యకలాపాలతో పాటు మంత్రుల ఆరోగ్యంపై పరామర్శల సందడి కూడా కనిపించింది.

Achchennaidu’s Strong Counter to Botsa Over AP Mega DSC Draws Praise in Assembly Lobby

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Minister K. Atchannaidu’s strong counter to YSRCP leader and former Education Minister Botsa Satyanarayana over the AP Mega DSC became a major talking point in the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council and Assembly lobby.

Atchannaidu questioned why the previous YSRCP government did not conduct a DSC recruitment for five years when Botsa Satyanarayana was serving as the Education Minister. He also questioned why Botsa failed to persuade then Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to conduct the DSC examination and recruit teachers.

The Minister’s sharp response came as YSRCP MLCs insisted on a discussion on the Mega DSC in the Legislative Council and staged a protest in front of the Chairman’s podium.

Atchannaidu Questions Five-Year Delay in DSC Recruitment

During the Legislative Council proceedings, YSRCP leaders pressed for a discussion on the AP Mega DSC. As the protest intensified, Minister Atchannaidu strongly criticised the opposition members and raised questions about the previous government’s record on teacher recruitment.

Atchannaidu pointed out that Botsa Satyanarayana had held the Education portfolio during the previous government and asked why DSC recruitment was not conducted for five years.

The Minister further questioned why Botsa could not convince former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to issue a DSC notification and fill vacant teacher posts.

The remarks triggered a heated political exchange in the Legislative Council, with the AP Mega DSC once again emerging as a major political issue.

YSRCP MLCs Move Back From Chairman’s Podium

Following Atchannaidu’s strong counter, the YSRCP MLCs who had been protesting near the Chairman’s podium reportedly moved away from the podium.

Several ministers and MLAs met Anam after he arrived at the Assembly and enquired about his health. They conveyed their concern and wished him a speedy recovery.

Anam’s presence at the Assembly also prompted several leaders to personally check on his well-being.

The latest developments have once again brought the AP Mega DSC and DSC recruitment in Andhra Pradesh into the spotlight.
