22Aపై ప్రతిపక్షాలవి తప్పుడు ప్రచారాలు.. ప్రజలు భయపడొద్దు మంత్రి పొంగులేటి
హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలో 22A నిషేధిత భూముల జాబితా వ్యవహారంపై ప్రతిపక్షాలు తప్పుడు ప్రచారం చేస్తూ ప్రజలను భయభ్రాంతులకు గురిచేస్తున్నాయని రాష్ట్ర రెవెన్యూ శాఖ మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి మండిపడ్డారు. హైదరాబాద్లో సోమవారం ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ.. 22A భూములు, 22A రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు, నిషేధిత జాబితా అంశంపై కొత్త కథలు అల్లి ప్రజల్లో ఆందోళన సృష్టిస్తున్నారని ప్రతిపక్షాలపై విమర్శలు చేశారు.
22Aపై 98 శాతం జెన్యూన్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు
గతంలో రిలాక్స్ ఇచ్చిన కేసులకు క్లియరెన్స్ ఇచ్చామని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి తెలిపారు. జెన్యూన్గా ఉన్న దరఖాస్తుల్లో 98 శాతం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు పూర్తి చేసినట్లు వెల్లడించారు. చట్టపరంగా రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయలేని వాటిని చేయలేమని స్పష్టంగా చెప్పామని వివరించారు.
22A నిషేధిత జాబితా పేరుతో నిజమైన భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు నిలిపివేస్తున్నారనే ప్రచారంలో వాస్తవం లేదన్నారు. అర్హత ఉన్న భూములకు నిబంధనల ప్రకారం పరిష్కారం చూపుతున్నామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
టోల్ఫ్రీ నంబర్ పనిచేయడం లేదనేది అవాస్తవం
22A భూముల సమస్యల కోసం ఏర్పాటు చేసిన టోల్ఫ్రీ నంబర్ పనిచేయడం లేదని ప్రతిపక్షాలు చేస్తున్న ఆరోపణలను మంత్రి ఖండించారు. ఇప్పటివరకు టోల్ఫ్రీ నంబర్కు 1,162 కాల్స్ వచ్చినట్లు తెలిపారు. రిపీటెడ్ కాల్స్ తొలగించిన తర్వాత మొత్తం 980 ప్రత్యేక కాల్స్ ఉన్నాయని చెప్పారు.
వాటిలో 547 కాల్స్ వ్యవసాయానికి అనుబంధమైనవి కాగా, 433 కాల్స్ వ్యవసాయేతర భూములకు సంబంధించినవి అని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి వివరించారు. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ విషయంలో ప్రజలు ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
దొంగ జీవోలతో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు సాధ్యం కాదు
కొంతమంది నకిలీ జీవోలు, మెమోలు తీసుకొచ్చి భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ కోసం అధికారులపై ఒత్తిడి తెస్తున్నారని మంత్రి ఆరోపించారు. ఇలాంటి వ్యవహారాలకు పాల్పడేవారిపై కేసులు తప్పవని హెచ్చరించారు.
దొంగ జీవోలు, నకిలీ మెమోలతో ప్రభుత్వంపై ఒత్తిడి తెచ్చి 22A భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయించుకోవడం సాధ్యం కాదని పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి తేల్చి చెప్పారు. చట్టం, నిబంధనల ప్రకారమే భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ జరుగుతుందని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
CS7, CS14 భూములపై దశాబ్దాలుగా వివాదం
CS7, CS14 భూములపై దశాబ్దాలుగా వివాదాలు ఉన్నాయని మంత్రి గుర్తు చేశారు. తెర ముందు సామాన్యులను ఉంచి, వారి వెనుక తమ రాజకీయ అజెండాను అమలు చేసేందుకు కొందరు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు.
వివాదాస్పద భూములను రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ చేయించుకునేందుకు పలువురు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారని చెప్పారు. గత ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో ఖరీదైన కార్లు తీసుకుని CS7, CS14 భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు చేశారని పొంగులేటి విమర్శించారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఈ అంశాన్ని లేవనెత్తడంతోనే వివాదం వెలుగులోకి వచ్చిందన్నారు.
811 ఎకరాల భూముల వ్యవహారంపై విచారణకు ప్రతిపక్షాలు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నాయా? అని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి సూటిగా ప్రశ్నించారు.
సర్వే నంబర్ 403పై మంత్రి కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు
సర్వే నంబర్ 403లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నివాసం ఉంటుందని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. ఈ సర్వే నంబర్ పరిధిలో మొత్తం 1,288 ఎకరాల భూమి ఉందని, అందులో కేవలం రెండు ప్లాట్లు మాత్రమే నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఉన్నాయని వివరించారు.
అధికారుల తప్పిదం కారణంగా మొత్తం సర్వే నంబర్ నిషేధిత జాబితాలోకి వెళ్లిన సందర్భాన్ని గుర్తించి, దాన్ని సరిచేశామని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. 22A నిషేధిత జాబితా విషయంలో ఎక్కడైనా అధికారుల తప్పిదాలు ఉంటే వాటిని పరిశీలించి సరిదిద్దుతున్నామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ప్రజలు ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు
22A భూములు, నిషేధిత జాబితా, భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ విషయంలో ప్రజలు ఆందోళన చెందాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి భరోసా ఇచ్చారు. జెన్యూన్ భూములకు నిబంధనల ప్రకారం రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ప్రక్రియ కొనసాగుతుందని, వివాదాస్పద భూములకు మాత్రం చట్టపరమైన పరిశీలన తప్పదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
22Aపై తప్పుడు ప్రచారం చేసి ప్రజలను భయపెట్టడం మానుకోవాలని ప్రతిపక్షాలకు మంత్రి సూచించారు. భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ విషయంలో ప్రభుత్వం పారదర్శకంగా వ్యవహరిస్తోందని తెలిపారు.

22A Land Registration Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy Slams Opposition Over False Claims
Hyderabad: Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has strongly criticised the opposition parties over what he described as false propaganda surrounding 22A land registration and prohibited properties in Hyderabad.
Speaking in Hyderabad on Monday, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy alleged that opposition parties were creating new narratives around 22A lands and attempting to frighten people over the 22A land registration process. He said the government had already provided clearances in cases where relaxation had been granted earlier.
According to the minister, 98% of genuine cases have been registered, while applications that could not legally be processed were clearly rejected. He maintained that the government would not compromise on rules to facilitate the registration of disputed or prohibited properties.
22A Land Registration: Minister Rejects Opposition Claims
The Revenue Minister also rejected allegations that the toll-free number established to address 22A land registration issues was not functioning.
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said the toll-free number had received 1,162 calls so far. After removing repeated calls, the number of unique calls stood at 980, he said.
Of these, 547 calls were related to agriculture-linked issues, while 433 calls concerned non-agricultural matters, according to the minister.
He said people whose 22A land registration applications had not yet been completed need not panic. The government would examine genuine cases according to the applicable rules, he added.
Warning Over Fake GOs and Memos
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy alleged that some individuals were bringing fake government orders and memos and putting pressure on officials to facilitate 22A land registration.
The minister warned that cases would be registered against those attempting to use fake GOs or documents to influence the registration process.
“Government pressure tactics will not work. Registration cannot be obtained through fake GOs,” the minister said, making it clear that the government would follow the law while dealing with 22A prohibited lands.
CS7 and CS14 Land Disputes Under Focus
The Revenue Minister also referred to the long-standing disputes surrounding CS7 and CS14 lands. He alleged that certain groups were using ordinary people as a front while attempting to pursue their own agenda over disputed properties.
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy claimed that several people were trying to get registrations done for disputed lands. He alleged that during the previous government, expensive cars were used in connection with registrations involving CS7 and CS14 lands.
The issue came under renewed scrutiny after Chief Minister Revanth Reddy raised the matter, the minister said.
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy challenged the opposition to come forward for an inquiry into the 811 acres of land associated with the controversy.
Survey Number 403: Minister Gives Clarification
The Revenue Minister also spoke about Survey Number 403, stating that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy resides in the survey area.
According to Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, Survey Number 403 covers around 1,288 acres, but only two plots in the survey were included in the prohibited list.
He said an administrative error had resulted in the entire survey number being included in the prohibited list. Once the error was identified, the authorities corrected it, the minister explained.
Government Says Genuine 22A Cases Will Be Addressed
The latest remarks by Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy come amid an ongoing debate over 22A land registration in Telangana, prohibited properties and the process of removing eligible properties from the prohibited list.
The minister maintained that genuine landowners should not be worried about the 22A registration process. At the same time, the government would not permit disputed properties to be registered through political pressure, fake government orders or unauthorised documents.
The 22A land registration issue has become a major political flashpoint in Telangana, with the ruling government and opposition parties trading allegations over prohibited properties, land records and registrations.
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy reiterated that the government would process genuine 22A land registration cases according to law and take action against those attempting to manipulate the system.
