హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలో 22-A భూములు, నిషేధిత భూముల జాబితా, భూ రికార్డులు, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ సమస్యలపై రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి సారించింది. 22-A పేరుతో సామాన్య ప్రజలను ఇబ్బందులకు గురిచేస్తే సహించేది లేదని రాష్ట్ర రెవెన్యూ శాఖ మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి అధికారులను హెచ్చరించారు. ప్రజలను పదేపదే కార్యాలయాల చుట్టూ తిప్పడం, దరఖాస్తుల పరిష్కారంలో అనవసర జాప్యం చేయడం ఇకపై ఉపేక్షించబోమని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
22-A భూముల సమస్యలపై సోమవారం సచివాలయంలో మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి సమీక్షా సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు. రంగారెడ్డి, మేడ్చల్–మల్కాజిగిరి, సంగారెడ్డి, హైదరాబాద్ జిల్లాలకు చెందిన రెవెన్యూ అధికారులు, సబ్రిజిస్ట్రార్ల వారీగా పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న దరఖాస్తులు, వాటి పరిష్కార స్థితిగతులపై మంత్రి సమగ్రంగా సమీక్షించారు.
22-A పేరుతో దరఖాస్తులు తిరస్కరించొద్దు
22-Aలో భూమి ఉందనే ఒక్క కారణంతో దరఖాస్తును తిరస్కరించవద్దని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి అధికారులకు స్పష్టమైన ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశారు. ప్రతి భూమి కేసును రికార్డులు, అందుబాటులో ఉన్న ఆధారాలు, వాస్తవ పరిస్థితులను పరిశీలించిన తర్వాతే నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.

పెండింగ్ దరఖాస్తులపై మంత్రి ఆరా
22-A భూముల దరఖాస్తులు ఎన్ని వచ్చాయి? ఎప్పటి నుంచి పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నాయి? వాటిలో ఎన్ని పరిష్కరించారు? ఇంకా ఎన్ని దరఖాస్తులు పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నాయి? అనే అంశాలపై మంత్రి అధికారులను ప్రశ్నించారు.
ప్రతి సబ్రిజిస్ట్రార్ కార్యాలయం పరిధిలోని దరఖాస్తుల వివరాలను సేకరించి, వాటి పరిష్కారానికి స్పష్టమైన గడువు నిర్ణయించాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. ప్రజలు తమ భూమి సమస్య పరిష్కారం కోసం నెలల తరబడి ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాల చుట్టూ తిరిగే పరిస్థితి ఉండకూడదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
భూ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్, 22-A నిషేధిత జాబితా, భూ రికార్డుల సమస్యల విషయంలో అధికారులు ప్రజలకు అందుబాటులో ఉండాలని సూచించారు.

కొన్ని సందర్భాల్లో భూ రికార్డులు, ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వులు, లేఅవుట్ అనుమతులు లేదా ఇతర సంబంధిత పత్రాల్లో ఉన్న వివరాలను సమన్వయం చేసి పరిశీలించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంటుందని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. ఇటీవల కూడా 22-A/Prohibited Properties అంశంపై అధికారులు ఆన్లైన్ రికార్డులను ఆధారంగా చేసుకుని నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాలని, రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ తిరస్కరిస్తే కారణాలను స్పష్టంగా తెలియజేయాలని రెవెన్యూ శాఖ నుంచి ఆదేశాలు వెలువడ్డాయి.
ప్రభుత్వ భూములను కాపాడుతూనే ప్రజలకు న్యాయం
ప్రభుత్వ భూముల పరిరక్షణ, నిజమైన భూ హక్కుదారుల హక్కుల పరిరక్షణ రెండింటినీ సమన్వయం చేసుకుంటూ ముందుకు వెళ్లాలని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి అధికారులకు సూచించారు.

Hyderabad: Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has issued a stern warning to officials over complaints related to 22-A lands, making it clear that harassment of ordinary citizens in the name of 22-A properties will not be tolerated.
The minister said people should not be made to run from one government office to another for resolution of their 22-A land issues. Delays in processing applications and unnecessary complications in land-related matters would be viewed seriously, he warned.
Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy held a review meeting on 22-A lands in Telangana at the Secretariat on Monday. Senior revenue officials from Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Medchal-Malkajgiri and Sangareddy districts participated in the meeting. The minister reviewed the status of applications relating to 22-A lands, prohibited properties and land registration issues.
Special Toll-Free Number for 22-A Land Complaints
During the review meeting, Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy discussed the applications pending at different Sub-Registrar offices.
The minister sought details from officials on the number of applications received, the dates from which they had been pending and the progress made in resolving them. He directed officials to provide a clear timeline for disposing of all pending 22-A land applications.

The minister stressed that the presence of a property in the 22-A prohibited list should not automatically become a reason for denying a genuine citizen’s claim without examining the facts of the case.
Officials have been asked to examine why a particular piece of land was included in the 22-A list, what the historical records indicate and what the actual status of the property is.
Comprehensive Verification of 22-A Lands
The minister directed revenue officials to conduct a comprehensive examination of 22-A lands in Telangana by comparing official records with the actual circumstances on the ground.

The government has to strike a balance between protecting government lands and properties and safeguarding the legitimate rights of genuine landowners, the minister said.
