భారతీయ సంస్కృతి పరిరక్షణే లక్ష్యం.. హర్ ఘర్ తిరంగా యాత్ర ఎమ్మెల్యే సుజనా చౌదరి
విజయవాడ: భారతీయ సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయాలు, సంస్కారాలను పరిరక్షించడమే ‘హర్ ఘర్ తిరంగా’ యాత్ర ప్రధాన లక్ష్యమని ఎమ్మెల్యే సుజనా చౌదరి అన్నారు. దేశ స్వాతంత్య్రం కోసం ఎంతోమంది స్వాతంత్య్ర సమరయోధులు చేసిన త్యాగాలను ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ గుర్తు చేసుకోవాలని ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చారు. దేశ స్వాతంత్య్రం కోసం వారు ఎంతో కష్టపడి పోరాడి స్వేచ్ఛను సాధించారని పేర్కొన్నారు.
గురువారం విజయవాడలోని భవానీపురంలో 60 అడుగుల భారీ త్రివర్ణ పతాకంతో తిరంగా రన్ నిర్వహించారు. ఎమ్మెల్యే సుజనా చౌదరి ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరిగిన ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు. జాతీయ జెండాను చేతబట్టి విద్యార్థులు, ప్రజలు ఉత్సాహంగా తిరంగా రన్లో పాల్గొని దేశభక్తిని చాటారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఎమ్మెల్యే సుజనా చౌదరి మాట్లాడుతూ.. భారతదేశంపై ప్రతి పౌరుడికీ అభ్యుదయ భావనతో పాటు దేశభక్తి, భక్తి భావం ఉందని అన్నారు. భారతీయులుగా మన దేశ సంప్రదాయాలు, సంస్కారాలు, విలువలను ఎప్పటికీ మరిచిపోకూడదని సూచించారు. యువత, విద్యార్థుల్లో దేశభక్తి భావనను మరింత బలపర్చాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని చెప్పారు.
హర్ ఘర్ తిరంగా యాత్ర గత పదేళ్లుగా దేశవ్యాప్తంగా కొనసాగుతోందని సుజనా చౌదరి గుర్తుచేశారు. జాతీయ జెండా ప్రతి ఇంట్లో ఎగరాలనే సందేశంతో నిర్వహిస్తున్న హర్ ఘర్ తిరంగా కార్యక్రమం దేశ ప్రజల్లో ఐక్యత, దేశభక్తి భావాలను పెంపొందిస్తోందని అన్నారు.
భవానీపురం ప్రధాన రహదారిపై విద్యార్థులతో నిర్వహించిన తిరంగా రన్ ఘనంగా జరిగిందని ఎమ్మెల్యే తెలిపారు. చిన్నారులు, విద్యార్థులు ఉత్సాహంగా పాల్గొనడం సంతోషంగా ఉందన్నారు. విద్యార్థులకు కేవలం పాఠ్యాంశాలకే పరిమితం కాకుండా దేశభక్తి, జాతీయ భావాలు, భారతీయ సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయాల ప్రాధాన్యత గురించి కూడా అవగాహన కల్పించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని చెప్పారు.
స్కూళ్లు, కాలేజీల్లో హర్ ఘర్ తిరంగా యాత్ర ప్రాధాన్యతను వివరించాలని ఎమ్మెల్యే సూచించారు. విద్యార్థులకు స్వాతంత్య్ర సమరయోధుల త్యాగాలు, భారత స్వాతంత్య్ర ఉద్యమ చరిత్ర, జాతీయ జెండా ప్రాముఖ్యత గురించి తెలియజేయాలని అన్నారు. భవిష్యత్ తరాల్లో దేశభక్తిని పెంపొందించేందుకు ఇటువంటి కార్యక్రమాలు దోహదపడతాయని పేర్కొన్నారు.
భారతీయ సంస్కృతి, సంప్రదాయాలు, సంస్కారాలను ఎలా కాపాడుకోవాలనే ఉద్దేశంతోనే హర్ ఘర్ తిరంగా యాత్రను నిర్వహిస్తున్నామని సుజనా చౌదరి స్పష్టం చేశారు. జాతీయ జెండా కేవలం ఒక ప్రతీక మాత్రమే కాదని.. దేశ స్వాతంత్య్రం కోసం ప్రాణత్యాగం చేసిన మహనీయుల త్యాగాలకు ప్రతిరూపమని అన్నారు. ప్రతి పౌరుడు జాతీయ జెండాను గౌరవిస్తూ దేశ అభివృద్ధిలో భాగస్వామి కావాలని పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

Har Ghar Tiranga Run Sujana Chowdary Highlights Need to Preserve Indian Culture
Vijayawada: Preserving Indian culture, traditions and values should be a collective responsibility, MLA Sujana Chowdary said while participating in a Har Ghar Tiranga programme in Vijayawada. He said the national flag is a symbol of the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters who fought with determination to secure India’s independence.
A Tiranga Run with a 60-foot-long Tricolour flag was organised at Bhavanipuram in Vijayawada on Thursday as part of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. MLA Sujana Chowdary, along with a large number of students, participated in the Tiranga Run and highlighted the importance of patriotism and respect for the national flag.
Speaking on the occasion, Sujana Chowdary said every citizen of India has a deep sense of pride and devotion towards the nation. He said programmes such as the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign are aimed at strengthening national unity and reminding people of India’s rich cultural heritage.
The MLA said the Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra has been organised across the country for the past decade. The campaign has helped spread awareness about the importance of the Tricolour, patriotism and national unity, he said.
The 60-foot Tricolour Tiranga Run in Vijayawada witnessed enthusiastic participation from students. The event was organised along the Bhavanipuram road, with students carrying the national flag and taking part in the patriotic procession.
Sujana Chowdary said it was important to make children understand why patriotism matters and why the national flag deserves respect. He stressed that students should be educated not only about academic subjects but also about India’s history, freedom struggle, culture and national values.
He called upon schools and colleges to conduct programmes explaining the significance of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign and the sacrifices of India’s freedom fighters. Such initiatives can help create a strong sense of national pride among the younger generation, he said.
The MLA emphasised that India’s cultural heritage must be protected and passed on to future generations. Indian culture, traditions and values, he said, are an integral part of the country’s identity and should not be forgotten amid rapid social and technological changes.
The Har Ghar Tiranga campaign aims to encourage citizens to display and respect the national flag while reinforcing the spirit of patriotism. Sujana Chowdary said the Tiranga Run in Bhavanipuram was organised with the same objective of creating awareness among students and the public.
He further said the sacrifices of the freedom fighters should always be remembered. The independence enjoyed by Indians today was achieved after years of struggle and sacrifice, he noted.
The Tiranga Run in Vijayawada also conveyed a message of unity, patriotism and respect for India’s national symbols. Sujana Chowdary said more such programmes should be conducted in educational institutions to ensure that children understand the significance of India’s Independence Day and the national flag.
He reiterated that preserving Indian culture and traditions was one of the key objectives behind the Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra and urged citizens to actively participate in patriotic activities.
