అమరావతిలో తొలిసారి రాష్ట్రస్థాయి వేడుకలు.. రాయపూడిలో జాతీయ జెండా ఎగురవేసిన సీఎం చంద్రబాబు
అమరావతి: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ వ్యాప్తంగా 80వ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. ఊరూవాడా జాతీయ జెండా రెపరెపలాడింది. దేశభక్తి గీతాలు, సాంస్కృతిక కార్యక్రమాలు, కవాతులు, పోలీసు గౌరవ వందనాలతో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు అట్టహాసంగా సాగాయి. రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ జిల్లాల్లో మంత్రులు, ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు జాతీయ జెండాను ఆవిష్కరించి ప్రజలను ఉద్దేశించి ప్రసంగించారు.
ఈ ఏడాది అమరావతిలో రాష్ట్రస్థాయి స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా నిలిచాయి. రాయపూడిలోని పరేడ్ గ్రౌండ్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు జాతీయ జెండాను ఎగురవేసి వేడుకలను ప్రారంభించారు. రాష్ట్ర అభివృద్ధి, స్వర్ణాంధ్ర విజన్, ప్రజల సంక్షేమం, అమరావతి నిర్మాణం వంటి అంశాలపై ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టిని కేంద్రీకరించింది. ఏపీ అసెంబ్లీలో ఘనంగా స్వాతంత్ర్య వేడుకలు
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ శాసనసభలో 80వ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. అసెంబ్లీ స్పీకర్ అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు జాతీయ పతాకాన్ని ఆవిష్కరించి గౌరవ వందనం స్వీకరించారు. కార్యక్రమంలో డిప్యూటీ స్పీకర్ రఘురామకృష్ణం రాజు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, అసెంబ్లీ సెక్రటరీ జనరల్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా జాతీయోద్యమ నాయకులు, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు చెందిన స్వాతంత్ర్య సమరయోధులకు స్పీకర్ ఘన నివాళులర్పించారు. మన్యం వీరుడు అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు వీరోచిత పోరాటాన్ని ప్రత్యేకంగా గుర్తుచేశారు. ఐదు కోట్ల మంది ప్రజల ఆశలు, ఆకాంక్షలకు ఏపీ శాసనసభ ప్రతిరూపంగా నిలుస్తోందని అయ్యన్నపాత్రుడు పేర్కొన్నారు.
చిత్తూరులో మంత్రి సత్యకుమార్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో
చిత్తూరు జిల్లాలో 80వ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు పోలీస్ పరేడ్ మైదానంలో ఘనంగా జరిగాయి. మంత్రి సత్యకుమార్ ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరై జాతీయ త్రివర్ణ పతాకాన్ని ఆవిష్కరించారు. అనంతరం పోలీసు గౌరవ వందనం స్వీకరించారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో ఎంపీ దగ్గు మల్ల ప్రసాదరావు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు గురజాల జగన్మోహన్, కలికిరి మురళీమోహన్, జిల్లా పరిషత్ చైర్మన్ కటారి హేమలత, జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ సుమిత్ కుమార్, ఎస్పీ తుషార్ డుడి, జాయింట్ కలెక్టర్ ఆదర్శ రాజేంద్రన్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
కడపలో జాతీయ జెండా ఆవిష్కరణ
కడప జిల్లాలో స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు పోలీస్ పరేడ్ గ్రౌండ్లో ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్ర మంత్రి బీసీ జనార్దన్ రెడ్డి జాతీయ జెండాను ఆవిష్కరించారు. పోలీసు సిబ్బంది నిర్వహించిన కవాతు, గౌరవ వందనం కార్యక్రమానికి ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా నిలిచాయి.
మచిలీపట్నంలో మంత్రి కొల్లు రవీంద్ర
కృష్ణా జిల్లా మచిలీపట్నంలో స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు వైభవంగా జరిగాయి. జిల్లా పోలీస్ పరేడ్ గ్రౌండ్లో మంత్రి కొల్లు రవీంద్ర జాతీయ పతాకాన్ని ఆవిష్కరించి సాయుధ దళాల నుంచి గౌరవ వందనం స్వీకరించారు.
జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ ఎం. నవీన్, ఎస్పీ విద్యాసాగర్ నాయుడితో కలిసి ప్రత్యేక వాహనంలో పరేడ్ను మంత్రి పరిశీలించారు. అనంతరం వేదికపై నుంచి జిల్లాలో అమలవుతున్న అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను వివరించారు.
అనకాపల్లిలో దేశభక్తి నినాదాలు
అనకాపల్లి జిల్లాలో 80వ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు ఎన్టీఆర్ స్టేడియం మైదానంలో ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్ర హోం మంత్రి వంగలపూడి అనిత జాతీయ జెండాను ఆవిష్కరించారు.
దేశానికి స్వాతంత్ర్యం ఎందరో మహనీయుల త్యాగాల ఫలితమని అనిత పేర్కొన్నారు. అనకాపల్లి కేవలం జిల్లా మాత్రమే కాదని, పోరాటాల గడ్డ అని అభివర్ణించారు. అల్లూరి సీతారామరాజు పోరాట స్ఫూర్తి, గురజాడ అప్పారావు సామాజిక చైతన్యం అనకాపల్లి ప్రత్యేకతలని ఆమె పేర్కొన్నారు.
నంద్యాలలో మంత్రి ఫరూక్ పాల్గొనగా..
నంద్యాల జిల్లాలో 80వ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు పి.ఎస్.సి. & కె.వి.ఎస్.సి. ప్రభుత్వ డిగ్రీ కాలేజ్ మైదానంలో ఘనంగా జరిగాయి. రాష్ట్ర న్యాయ, మైనారిటీ సంక్షేమ శాఖ మంత్రి ఎన్ఎండీ ఫరూక్ ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరై జాతీయ జెండాను ఆవిష్కరించారు.
కర్నూలులో మంత్రి టీజీ భరత్ జాతీయ జెండా ఆవిష్కరణ
కర్నూలు నగరంలో స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు పోలీసు పరేడ్ మైదానంలో ఘనంగా నిర్వహించారు. రాష్ట్ర పరిశ్రమలు, ఫుడ్ ప్రాసెసింగ్, వాణిజ్య శాఖ మంత్రి టీజీ భరత్ జాతీయ పతాకాన్ని ఆవిష్కరించారు.
అనంతరం జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ డా. ఏ. సిరి, ఎస్పీ విక్రాంత్ పాటిల్తో కలిసి పరేడ్ను వీక్షించి సాయుధ దళాల నుంచి గౌరవ వందనం స్వీకరించారు. జాయింట్ కలెక్టర్ నూరుల్ ఖమర్, ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు, అధికారులు, విద్యార్థులు, ప్రజలు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో పాల్గొన్నారు.

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్లో 80వ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకలు కేవలం అధికారిక కార్యక్రమాలకే పరిమితం కాలేదు. పాఠశాలలు, కళాశాలలు, ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు, స్థానిక సంస్థలు, వివిధ సామాజిక సంస్థల ఆధ్వర్యంలోనూ స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించారు.
జాతీయ జెండా ఆవిష్కరణలు, దేశభక్తి గీతాలు, విద్యార్థుల సాంస్కృతిక ప్రదర్శనలు, స్వాతంత్ర్య సమరయోధుల స్మరణ కార్యక్రమాలతో ఏపీ అంతటా స్వాతంత్ర్య దినోత్సవ వేడుకల సందడి కనిపించింది.
భారత స్వాతంత్ర్య పోరాటంలో ప్రాణత్యాగం చేసిన మహనీయులను స్మరించుకుంటూ.. వారి ఆశయాలను ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లడం, రాజ్యాంగ విలువలను కాపాడటం, ప్రజాస్వామ్యాన్ని బలోపేతం చేయడం ప్రతి పౌరుడి బాధ్యతగా నేతలు పేర్కొన్నారు.

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh witnessed grand celebrations on the occasion of the 80th Independence Day, with the national flag unfurling across towns, villages and government institutions. From the state capital Amaravati to various district headquarters, AP Independence Day celebrations were marked by patriotic fervour, ceremonial parades, police honours and addresses by ministers, MPs and MLAs.
For the first time this year, the Independence Day celebrations in Amaravati were organised as the state capital’s main ceremonial event. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu unfurled the national flag at the Parade Ground in Rayapudi and participated in the state-level Independence Day programme.
The celebrations across Andhra Pradesh highlighted the sacrifices of freedom fighters and the importance of preserving the country’s democratic and constitutional values.
Grand Independence Day Celebrations in AP Assembly
The 80th Independence Day celebrations at the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly were held in a grand manner. Assembly Speaker Chintakayala Ayyanna Patrudu unfurled the national flag and received the ceremonial salute.
Deputy Speaker Raghurama Krishnam Raju, MLA Yarlagadda, the Assembly Secretary General and other officials participated in the programme.
Speaking on the occasion, the Speaker paid rich tributes to national leaders and freedom fighters from Andhra Pradesh. He particularly recalled the heroic struggle of Alluri Sitarama Raju, who fought against British rule in the tribal regions.
Ayyanna Patrudu said the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly represents the hopes and aspirations of the state’s five crore people.
Chittoor Celebrates Independence Day With Grand Parade
The 80th Independence Day celebrations in Chittoor district were conducted at the Police Parade Ground. State Minister Satyakumar attended the programme as the chief guest and unfurled the Tricolour.
The minister received the police guard of honour following the flag hoisting ceremony.
MP Daggu Mallaprasada Rao, MLAs Gurujala Jaganmohan and Puthalapattu Muralimohan, Zilla Parishad Chairperson Katari Hemalatha, District Collector Sumit Kumar, SP Tushar Dudi and Joint Collector Adarsh Rajendran were among those who attended the Chittoor Independence Day celebrations.
Kadapa Independence Day Celebrations
The Independence Day celebrations in Kadapa district were held at the Police Parade Ground. State Minister BC Janardhan Reddy unfurled the national flag and participated in the ceremonial programme.
The event featured the traditional flag-hoisting ceremony and official tributes to the nation’s freedom struggle.
Minister Kollu Ravindra Leads Celebrations in Machilipatnam
In Krishna district, the Independence Day celebrations were organised at the District Police Parade Ground in Machilipatnam.
State Minister Kollu Ravindra unfurled the national flag and received the guard of honour from the armed forces. District Collector M. Naveen and SP Vidyasagar Naidu accompanied the minister as he inspected the ceremonial parade in a special vehicle.
Later, Kollu Ravindra addressed the gathering and outlined the district’s development initiatives and progress.
Anakapalli Remembers Freedom Fighters
The 80th Independence Day celebrations in Anakapalli district were held at the NTR Stadium grounds. State Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha unfurled the national flag and addressed the gathering.
Anitha said the country’s independence was the result of the sacrifices made by countless freedom fighters. Describing Anakapalli as a land of struggles, she recalled the contribution of Alluri Sitarama Raju and the social awakening associated with Gurajada Apparao.
She said the spirit of Alluri’s struggle and Gurajada’s social consciousness remain important aspects of Anakapalli’s identity.
Nandyal Hosts 80th Independence Day Celebrations
The 80th Independence Day celebrations in Nandyal district were organised at the P.S.C. & K.V.S.C. Government Degree College grounds.
State Law and Minority Welfare Minister NMD Farooq attended the programme as the chief guest and unfurled the national flag.
The celebrations were attended by government officials, public representatives, students and members of the public.
Kurnool Witnesses Grand Independence Day Parade
In Kurnool, the Independence Day celebrations were held at the city Police Parade Ground. State Industries, Food Processing and Commerce Minister TG Bharat unfurled the national flag.
Following the flag-hoisting ceremony, the minister inspected the parade along with the District Collector and Superintendent of Police and received the guard of honour from the armed forces.
District Collector Dr A. Siri, SP Vikrant Patil, Joint Collector Noorul Qamar, public representatives, students and other officials attended the Kurnool Independence Day celebrations.
Patriotic Spirit Across Andhra Pradesh
The AP 80th Independence Day celebrations were not limited to district headquarters. Schools, colleges, government offices, local bodies and community organisations across Andhra Pradesh also organised special programmes to mark Independence Day 2026.
The Tricolour was unfurled at several locations, while patriotic songs, cultural programmes, parades and tributes to freedom fighters added to the celebrations.
The Independence Day celebrations in Andhra Pradesh served as a reminder of the sacrifices made during India’s freedom struggle and the responsibility of citizens to protect democracy, constitutional values, national unity and social harmony.
