హనుమకొండ: గణపతి నవరాత్రి ఉత్సవాల నేపథ్యంలో విద్యుత్ ప్రమాదాలకు తావులేకుండా ఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ (నార్తర్న్ పవర్ డిస్ట్రిబ్యూషన్ కంపెనీ ఆఫ్ తెలంగాణ) అధికారులు ముందస్తు చర్యలు చేపట్టారు. ఈ నెల 14 నుంచి గణపతి నవరాత్రి ఉత్సవాలు ప్రారంభం కానున్న నేపథ్యంలో గణేశ్ మండపాల ఏర్పాటు, అలంకరణ, విగ్రహాల తరలింపు, నిమజ్జనం సందర్భంగా విద్యుత్ భద్రతకు అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వాలని అధికారులు సూచిస్తున్నారు.
పండుగ సందర్భంగా భారీ సంఖ్యలో భక్తులు గణేశ్ మండపాలను సందర్శించే అవకాశం ఉండటంతో విద్యుత్ ప్రమాదాల నివారణకు క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో ప్రత్యేక తనిఖీలు చేపడుతున్నారు. గణేశ్ మండపాల నిర్వాహకులు, భక్తులు, విద్యుత్ సిబ్బంది సమన్వయంతో పనిచేస్తే ప్రమాదాలను గణనీయంగా నివారించవచ్చని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు.
గణేశ్ మండపాల వద్ద విద్యుత్ భద్రత తప్పనిసరి
గణపతి మండపాల ఏర్పాటు సమయంలో విద్యుత్ లైన్లు, విద్యుత్ స్తంభాలు, ట్రాన్స్ఫార్మర్లు, ఇతర విద్యుత్ పరికరాలకు తగినంత దూరం పాటించాలని ఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ అధికారులు సూచించారు.
మండపాల అలంకరణ కోసం ఉపయోగించే మెటల్ ఫ్రేమ్లు, ఇనుప కడ్డీలు, ఇతర లోహ సామగ్రి విద్యుత్ లైన్లకు దగ్గరగా ఉండటం అత్యంత ప్రమాదకరమని తెలిపారు. విద్యుత్ తీగలను నేరుగా తాకకపోయినా వాటికి అత్యంత సమీపంగా వెళ్లడం వల్ల కూడా విద్యుత్ ప్రవాహం ఏర్పడి ప్రమాదం సంభవించే అవకాశం ఉందని హెచ్చరించారు.
అందువల్ల విద్యుత్ లైన్లకు సురక్షిత దూరం పాటించడం తప్పనిసరి అని అధికారులు స్పష్టం చేశారు.
నిమజ్జన మార్గాల్లో ప్రత్యేక తనిఖీలు
గణేశ్ విగ్రహాల నిమజ్జనం సందర్భంగా భారీ విగ్రహాలు, క్రేన్లు, ట్రక్కులు, ఇతర భారీ వాహనాలు ఉపయోగించే అవకాశం ఉంటుంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో నిమజ్జన మార్గాలను విద్యుత్ సిబ్బంది ముందుగానే క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో పరిశీలించాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు.
విగ్రహాల ఎత్తుతో పాటు వాటిని తరలించే ట్రక్కులు, క్రేన్ల ఎత్తును కూడా పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని గణపతి నిమజ్జన మార్గాల్లో విద్యుత్ లైన్ల భద్రతను పరిశీలించాలి.
నిమజ్జన మార్గంలో ఉన్న విద్యుత్ స్తంభాలు, విద్యుత్ లైన్లు, ట్రాన్స్ఫార్మర్లు, ఇతర విద్యుత్ పరికరాలను క్షుణ్ణంగా తనిఖీ చేయాలని సూచించారు. తక్కువ ఎత్తులో ఉన్న లేదా ప్రమాదకరంగా ఉన్న విద్యుత్ లైన్ల విషయంలో అవసరమైన సాంకేతిక చర్యలు ముందుగానే చేపట్టాలని తెలిపారు.
క్రేన్లు, భారీ వాహనాలతో అప్రమత్తత అవసరం
గణేశ్ విగ్రహాల తరలింపు, నిమజ్జనం సమయంలో క్రేన్లు, భారీ వాహనాలు విద్యుత్ లైన్లకు తగలకుండా నిర్వాహకులు ప్రత్యేక జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలి.
ఎత్తైన విగ్రహాలను తరలించే సమయంలో విద్యుత్ తీగలకు, క్రేన్లకు మధ్య తగినంత సురక్షిత దూరం ఉండేలా చూడాలని ఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ అధికారులు సూచించారు.
చిన్నపాటి నిర్లక్ష్యం కూడా ప్రాణాంతక విద్యుత్ ప్రమాదానికి దారితీసే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున నిర్వాహకులు, వాహనదారులు, క్రేన్ ఆపరేటర్లు అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని తెలిపారు.

విద్యుత్ భద్రతకు సంబంధించి ప్రజలు కూడా అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని అధికారులు కోరారు.
ఎక్కడైనా తెగిపోయిన విద్యుత్ తీగలు, లూజ్ లైన్లు, ప్రమాదకరంగా ఉన్న విద్యుత్ స్తంభాలు లేదా ఇతర విద్యుత్ ప్రమాద పరిస్థితులు కనిపిస్తే ప్రజలు వాటిని తాకరాదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
అలాంటి పరిస్థితులు కనిపించిన వెంటనే 1912 టోల్ఫ్రీ నంబర్కు సమాచారం ఇవ్వాలని ఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ అధికారులు సూచించారు.
తెగిపోయిన విద్యుత్ తీగ కనిపించినప్పుడు దాని సమీపానికి వెళ్లడం, ఇతరులను వెళ్లనివ్వడం కూడా ప్రమాదకరమని హెచ్చరించారు.
మండపాలకు అధికారిక విద్యుత్ కనెక్షన్ తీసుకోవాలి
గణేశ్ మండపాల నిర్వాహకులు విద్యుత్ కనెక్షన్ను అధికారికంగా, సంబంధిత విద్యుత్ శాఖ నిబంధనలకు అనుగుణంగా పొందాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు.
మండపాల్లో విద్యుత్ వినియోగం పెరిగే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున సరైన సామర్థ్యం కలిగిన ఎంసీబీలు (MCBలు), రక్షణ పరికరాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసుకోవాలి.
నాణ్యమైన, ఐఎస్ఐ మార్క్ కలిగిన వైర్లు, విద్యుత్ పరికరాలను మాత్రమే ఉపయోగించాలని సూచించారు.
తాత్కాలికంగా టేపులతో చేసిన విద్యుత్ కనెక్షన్లు, దెబ్బతిన్న వైర్లు, ప్రమాదకరమైన జాయింట్లను ఉపయోగించకూడదని హెచ్చరించారు.
వర్షం సమయంలో మరింత జాగ్రత్త
గణపతి నవరాత్రి ఉత్సవాల సమయంలో వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున విద్యుత్ వైరింగ్ విషయంలో మరింత అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు.
విద్యుత్ వైరింగ్ను నీరు, తేమకు దూరంగా ఉంచాలి. వర్షం కారణంగా తడిసిన వైర్లు, స్విచ్లు, విద్యుత్ పరికరాలను చేతులతో తాకరాదు.
మండపాల వద్ద చిన్నారులు ఎక్కువగా ఉండే అవకాశం ఉన్నందున పిల్లలను విద్యుత్ స్తంభాలు, విద్యుత్ వైర్లు, ట్రాన్స్ఫార్మర్లు, ఇతర విద్యుత్ పరికరాలకు దూరంగా ఉంచాలని సూచించారు.
కేబుల్ వైర్లపైనా ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి
గణపతి ఉత్సవాల సందర్భంగా రద్దీగా ఉండే ప్రాంతాల్లో టీవీ, ఇంటర్నెట్ తదితర కేబుల్ వైర్లు చిందరవందరగా లేదా తక్కువ ఎత్తులో వేలాడుతూ ఉండకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని ఎన్పీడీసీఎల్ అధికారులు సూచించారు.
సంబంధిత కేబుల్ ఆపరేటర్లు, ఇంటర్నెట్ సర్వీస్ ప్రొవైడర్లతో సమన్వయం చేసుకుని ప్రమాదకరంగా ఉన్న కేబుల్ వైర్లను సరిచేయాలని తెలిపారు.
ప్రత్యేకంగా గణేశ్ మండపాలు, నిమజ్జన మార్గాల్లో కేబుల్ వైర్లను తనిఖీ చేసి ప్రమాదాలకు అవకాశం లేకుండా ముందస్తు చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని సూచించారు.

- ఐఎస్ఐ మార్క్ ఉన్న వైర్లు, పరికరాలనే ఉపయోగించాలి.
- సరైన సామర్థ్యం కలిగిన ఎంసీబీలు, రక్షణ పరికరాలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.
- దెబ్బతిన్న వైర్లు, ప్రమాదకరమైన జాయింట్లను ఉపయోగించకూడదు.
- విద్యుత్ వైరింగ్ను నీరు, తేమకు దూరంగా ఉంచాలి.
- విద్యుత్ లైన్లకు సమీపంలో మెటల్ ఫ్రేమ్లు ఏర్పాటు చేయకూడదు.

Hanamkonda: With Ganapati Navaratri celebrations scheduled to begin on September 14, the Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited (NPDCL) has stepped up precautionary measures to prevent electrical accidents during the festival.
NPDCL officials are conducting field-level inspections and coordinating with Ganesh mandap organizers, devotees and electricity department personnel to ensure electricity safety during Ganapati Navaratri celebrations.
Officials have cautioned that even a minor lapse in electrical safety can lead to serious accidents, particularly during the installation, decoration, transportation and immersion of Ganesh idols.
Special Focus on Ganesh Idol Immersion Routes
NPDCL officials have directed electricity staff to inspect Ganesh immersion routes well in advance, taking into account the height of the idols as well as the height of trucks, cranes and other heavy vehicles used for transportation.
Electricity lines, poles, transformers and other electrical equipment along the immersion routes should be thoroughly inspected before the celebrations.
Officials have also stressed the need to identify low-hanging or potentially dangerous power lines and take appropriate technical measures before the procession begins.
Special precautions should be taken to ensure that cranes, heavy vehicles and tall Ganesh idols do not come into contact with overhead electricity lines.
Maintain Safe Distance from Power Lines
