హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల టవర్స్ పథకం కింద లాటరీలో ఇల్లు దక్కని దరఖాస్తుదారులకు ప్రభుత్వం కీలక ప్రకటన చేసింది. ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల లాటరీలో ఇల్లు రాని దరఖాస్తుదారులకు రూ.10 వేల ధరావత్ (ఈఎండీ)ను తిరిగి చెల్లించనున్నట్లు హౌసింగ్ బోర్డు వైస్ చైర్మన్ వి.పి. గౌతమ్ తెలిపారు.
బుధవారం నుంచి ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల ఈఎండీ రీఫండ్ ప్రక్రియ ప్రారంభమవుతుందని ఆయన వెల్లడించారు. ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసిన సమయంలో ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా రూ.10 వేల ధరావత్ చెల్లించిన దరఖాస్తుదారులకు ప్రత్యేకంగా మరో దరఖాస్తు చేయాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ఆన్లైన్లో చెల్లించిన వారికి ఆటోమేటిక్గా రీఫండ్
ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల టవర్స్ పథకం కోసం ఆన్లైన్లో రూ.10 వేల ఈఎండీ చెల్లించిన దరఖాస్తుదారులకు వారు ఏ బ్యాంకు ఖాతా నుంచి డబ్బు చెల్లించారో అదే ఖాతాలోకి రూ.10 వేల ధరావత్ తిరిగి జమ చేయనున్నట్లు గౌతమ్ తెలిపారు.
ఈ ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల ధరావత్ రీఫండ్ కోసం ఆన్లైన్లో ప్రత్యేకంగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం లేదన్నారు. బుధవారం నుంచి ప్రారంభమయ్యే రీఫండ్ ప్రక్రియను వారం రోజుల్లోగా పూర్తిచేసేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు హౌసింగ్ బోర్డు వైస్ చైర్మన్ తెలిపారు.
మీ-సేవా కేంద్రాల్లో నగదు చెల్లించిన వారికి కూడా రీఫండ్
కొంతమంది ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల దరఖాస్తుదారులు మీ-సేవా కేంద్రాల ద్వారా నగదు రూపంలో రూ.10 వేల ధరావత్ చెల్లించినట్లు హౌసింగ్ బోర్డు గుర్తించింది. ఆ దరఖాస్తుదారులకు కూడా డబ్బు తిరిగి చెల్లించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నట్లు గౌతమ్ వెల్లడించారు.
అయితే నగదు రూపంలో ధరావత్ చెల్లించిన దరఖాస్తుదారులు తప్పనిసరిగా రీఫండ్ కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
రీఫండ్ కోసం ఈనెల 10వ తేదీలోగా దరఖాస్తు
మీ-సేవా కేంద్రాల్లో నగదు ద్వారా ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల ధరావత్ చెల్లించిన దరఖాస్తుదారులు తెలంగాణ హౌసింగ్ బోర్డు అధికారిక వెబ్సైట్ ద్వారా ఈనెల 10వ తేదీలోగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.

మరోవైపు ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల టవర్స్ పథకం లాటరీలో ఎంపికైన లబ్ధిదారుల వివరాల పరిశీలన కొనసాగుతోంది. లాటరీ ద్వారా ఎంపికైన దరఖాస్తుదారుల వివరాలు, అర్హతలను అధికారులు పరిశీలిస్తున్నారు.

చాంద్రాయణగుట్ట, ఎల్బీనగర్, ముషీరాబాద్, గోషామహల్ నియోజకవర్గాల పరిధిలో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల టవర్స్ పథకం దరఖాస్తుల స్వీకరణ ప్రస్తుతం జరుగుతోంది.
అర్హత కలిగిన ప్రజలు ఈ అవకాశాన్ని వినియోగించుకోవాలని అధికారులు సూచించారు. ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్ల దరఖాస్తులకు సెప్టెంబర్ 10 చివరి తేదీ అని హౌసింగ్ బోర్డు వైస్ చైర్మన్ గౌతమ్ తెలిపారు.

Indiramma Houses Lottery ₹10,000 EMD Refund for Unsuccessful Applicants from Wednesday
Hyderabad: Telangana Housing Board has announced a major relief for applicants who failed to secure a house in the Indiramma Houses Towers Scheme lottery. Housing Board Vice-Chairman V.P. Gautham said the ₹10,000 Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) paid by unsuccessful applicants will be refunded from Wednesday.
The announcement is expected to benefit a large number of applicants who participated in the Indiramma Houses Lottery and were not selected for allotment.
₹10,000 Indiramma Houses EMD to Be Refunded
Applicants had paid ₹10,000 as EMD through online payment while applying for houses under the Indiramma Houses Towers Scheme.
According to V.P. Gautham, applicants who made the Indiramma Houses EMD payment online do not have to submit a separate application for the refund.
The Housing Board will directly credit the ₹10,000 EMD refund into the same bank account from which the applicant originally made the payment.
The refund process will begin on Wednesday and is expected to be completed within one week, the Housing Board Vice-Chairman said.
Cash Payments Through MeeSeva Centres
The Housing Board has also identified applicants who paid the Indiramma Houses EMD in cash through MeeSeva centres.
Special arrangements are being made to ensure that the EMD refund reaches eligible cash-paying applicants as well.
However, applicants who paid the amount in cash must submit an application for the refund through the official Telangana Housing Board website.
Indiramma Houses Refund Application Deadline
Applicants who paid the EMD in cash through MeeSeva centres have been instructed to apply through the official Housing Board website by September 10.

The deadline is important for cash-paying applicants seeking their Indiramma Houses EMD refund.
Those who paid online do not need to submit a separate refund application, as the amount will be credited to the account used for the original payment.

Meanwhile, the verification process for applicants selected through the Indiramma Houses Lottery is continuing.
Housing Board officials are examining the details of the lottery-selected applicants before proceeding with the next stage of the allotment process.
V.P. Gautham said the verification process would take a few more days to complete.
The final allotment process for Indiramma Houses will move forward after the verification of the selected applicants is completed.
Applications Open in Four Hyderabad Constituencies
The Housing Board is also continuing to accept applications under the Indiramma Houses Towers Scheme in four constituencies of Hyderabad.
Applications are currently being accepted from eligible residents in:
- Chandrayangutta
- LB Nagar
- Musheerabad
- Goshamahal
The Housing Board has clarified that September 10 is the last date to submit applications under the current application process.
Eligible applicants in these constituencies are advised to submit their applications before the deadline.
