నిజామాబాద్: తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో కొత్త శక్తి రావాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని తెలంగాణ రక్షణ సేన పార్టీ అధ్యక్షురాలు కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత అన్నారు. నిజామాబాద్లో నిర్వహించిన పాంచజన్య సంకల్ప సభలో పాల్గొన్న కవిత.. బీఆర్ఎస్ మాజీ మంత్రి వేముల ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డిపై తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. కేసీఆర్ పెద్ద కొడుకుగా చెప్పుకునే ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డి.. మహాభారతంలోని శకుని లాంటి వ్యక్తి అని కవిత తీవ్ర వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు.
‘ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డిని మాత్రం క్షమించను’
తన రాజకీయ జీవితంలో హరీశ్రావు, సంతోష్కుమార్లను అయినా క్షమించగలనని, కానీ వేముల ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డిని మాత్రం క్షమించబోనని కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత స్పష్టం చేశారు. బీఆర్ఎస్ అధికారం కోల్పోయిన రెండో రోజే కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకులను ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డి కలిశారని ఆమె ఆరోపించారు.
కేసీఆర్ పెట్టిన తిండి తింటూ.. తండ్రి, బిడ్డల మధ్య విభేదాలు సృష్టించారని ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డిపై కవిత మండిపడ్డారు. కేసీఆర్ కుటుంబంలో, బీఆర్ఎస్ పార్టీలో చోటుచేసుకున్న పరిణామాల నేపథ్యంలో ప్రశాంత్ రెడ్డి పాత్రపై కవిత చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో చర్చకు దారితీశాయి.
‘నిజామాబాద్ కోడలిగా పనిచేశా.. మరో అవకాశం ఇవ్వండి’
నిజామాబాద్ ప్రజలు తనకు మరోసారి అవకాశం ఇవ్వాలని కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. తాను నిజామాబాద్ కోడలిగా ఇక్కడ పనిచేశానని, ప్రజల సమస్యలపై తన వంతు కృషి చేశానని తెలిపారు.
రాజకీయాలు చేయాలనుకుంటే తాను ఎక్కడికైనా, ఏ పార్టీలోకైనా వెళ్లగలనని కవిత అన్నారు. అయితే పదవులు, రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాల కోసం కాకుండా ప్రజల కోసం పనిచేయాలనే ఉద్దేశంతోనే రాజకీయాల్లో కొనసాగుతున్నానని చెప్పారు.
‘నన్ను తీహార్ జైలులో ఎందుకు పెట్టారు?’
తనపై నమోదైన కేసులను ప్రస్తావిస్తూ కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత భావోద్వేగానికి గురయ్యారు. ఎన్ని కేసులు పెట్టినా తాను తప్పు చేయలేదని చెప్పానని, అలాంటప్పుడు తనను తీహార్ జైలులో ఎందుకు పెట్టారని ఆమె ప్రశ్నించారు.
తాను కష్టాల్లో ఉన్న సమయంలో కనికరం చూపకుండా పార్టీ నుంచి బయటకు పంపించారని ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. తాను నిజాయితీగా ఉన్నందుకే బాధతో కన్నీళ్లు వస్తున్నాయని అన్నారు. తనను పిరికిదానిగా భావించవద్దని కార్యకర్తలకు, అభిమానులకు సూచించారు.
జైలులో ఉన్న సమయంలో తన అత్తగారు తనకు అండగా నిలిచారని కవిత గుర్తు చేసుకున్నారు.
కాళేశ్వరంపై కవిత తీవ్ర ఆరోపణలు
కాళేశ్వరం ప్రాజెక్టు విషయంలోనూ బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వంపై కవిత విమర్శలు గుప్పించారు. ప్రాజెక్టుకు దాదాపు రూ.లక్ష కోట్లు ఖర్చు చేసినప్పటికీ నిజామాబాద్ జిల్లాలో ఒక్క ఎకరానికీ నీరు అందలేదని ఆరోపించారు.
బీఆర్ఎస్ పాలనలో అవినీతి జరిగిందని ఆరోపించిన కవిత.. అప్పటి ఎమ్మెల్యేల ఆస్తులు పదేళ్ల కాలంలో భారీగా పెరిగాయని విమర్శించారు. తెలంగాణ ప్రజల కోసం చేపట్టిన ప్రాజెక్టులు, అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాల ఫలితాలు ప్రజలకు అందాయా లేదా అనే అంశంపై రాజకీయ పార్టీలు సమాధానం చెప్పాలని ఆమె డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంపైనా విమర్శలు
ప్రస్తుత కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం వెయ్యి రోజుల పాలనలో చెప్పుకోదగ్గ పని ఏమీ చేయలేదని కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత విమర్శించారు. ప్రజా సమస్యలపై ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నించాల్సిన ప్రతిపక్షం నిద్రపోతోందని ఆరోపించారు.
అధికార, ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీలు ప్రజా సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడంలో విఫలమవుతున్నాయని కవిత అన్నారు. తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో ప్రత్యామ్నాయ, కొత్త రాజకీయ శక్తి అవసరమని పేర్కొన్నారు.
నిజామాబాద్లో ఐదు స్థానాల్లో గెలుస్తాం
రాబోయే రాజకీయ పరిణామాల్లో తెలంగాణ రక్షణ సేన కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తుందని కవిత ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు. నిజామాబాద్ జిల్లాలోని ఐదు స్థానాల్లో తెలంగాణ రక్షణ సేన విజయం సాధిస్తుందని ఆమె పేర్కొన్నారు.
జడ్పీటీసీ, ఎంపీటీసీ ఎన్నికల్లో అన్ని స్థానాల్లో తమ పార్టీ అభ్యర్థులను బరిలోకి దింపుతామని ప్రకటించారు. గ్రామస్థాయి నుంచి పార్టీని బలోపేతం చేస్తామని తెలిపారు.
అధికారంలోకి వస్తే ఉచిత విద్య, వైద్యం
తెలంగాణ రక్షణ సేన అధికారంలోకి వస్తే రాష్ట్ర ప్రజలకు ఉచిత విద్య, ఉచిత వైద్యం అందిస్తామని కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత హామీ ఇచ్చారు.
రాష్ట్రానికి ఏటా సుమారు రూ.2 లక్షల కోట్ల ఆదాయం వస్తోందని, అందులో రూ.లక్ష కోట్లు కేటాయిస్తే ఉచిత విద్య, వైద్యాన్ని అమలు చేయవచ్చని ఆమె అన్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలో సామాజిక న్యాయం జరగాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని, అన్ని వర్గాలకు సమాన అవకాశాలు కల్పించాల్సిన బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వాలపై ఉందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
తమ కార్యకర్తలను బెదిరించే రోజులు పోయాయని కవిత హెచ్చరించారు.
బోధన్ షుగర్ ఫ్యాక్టరీపై సంచలన ఆరోపణ
బోధన్ షుగర్ ఫ్యాక్టరీ అంశంపై కూడా కవిత కీలక ఆరోపణలు చేశారు. మాజీ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్కు స్నేహితుడైన కోరుట్ల ఎమ్మెల్యే ఈ ఫ్యాక్టరీని కొనుగోలు చేసేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారని ఆమె ఆరోపించారు.
ఈ ఆరోపణలపై సంబంధిత నేతలు, ప్రభుత్వం స్పందించాల్సి ఉంది.
ఎంపీ ధర్మపురి అర్వింద్పైనా కవిత విమర్శలు
నిజామాబాద్ ఎంపీ ధర్మపురి అర్వింద్పై కూడా కవిత విమర్శలు చేశారు. మాధవనగర్ రైల్వే బ్రిడ్జి నిర్మాణం ఇప్పటివరకు ఎందుకు పూర్తికాలేదని ప్రశ్నించారు.
అర్వింద్ కాంగ్రెస్లో చేరేందుకు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నారని కవిత ఆరోపించారు. ప్రజా సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించడంలో అధికార, ప్రతిపక్ష పార్టీలు విఫలమయ్యాయని ఆమె విమర్శించారు.
తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో కొత్త శక్తికి అవకాశం ఇవ్వాలని పిలుపు
నిజామాబాద్ సభ ద్వారా కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత తన రాజకీయ భవిష్యత్తుపై స్పష్టమైన సంకేతాలు ఇచ్చారు. బీఆర్ఎస్ నుంచి బయటకు వచ్చిన తర్వాత తెలంగాణ రక్షణ సేనను రాజకీయ ప్రత్యామ్నాయంగా నిలబెట్టే ప్రయత్నాలను వేగవంతం చేస్తున్న కవిత.. నిజామాబాద్ నుంచే తన రాజకీయ కార్యాచరణకు మరింత బలం చేకూర్చేలా ప్రసంగించారు.
“తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో కొత్త శక్తి రావాలి. ప్రజలు కొత్త రాజకీయ శక్తికి అవకాశం ఇవ్వాలి” అని కవిత పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

Telangana Rakshana Sena chief launches sharp attack on former BRS minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy; criticizes BRS and Congress governments
NIZAMABAD: Telangana Rakshana Sena president Kalvakuntla Kavitha launched a fierce attack on former BRS minister Vemula Prashanth Reddy, accusing him of playing a key role in creating differences within the KCR family and making a political move towards the Congress after the BRS lost power.
Addressing the Panchajanya Sankalpa Sabha in Nizamabad, Kalvakuntla Kavitha compared Prashanth Reddy to Shakuni, the controversial character from the Mahabharata. She said that although she could forgive former minister Harish Rao and former MP Santosh Kumar, she would never forgive Prashanth Reddy.
Kavitha’s Strong Attack on Prashanth Reddy
Kalvakuntla Kavitha alleged that Prashanth Reddy considered himself the “elder son of KCR” but acted against the interests of the KCR family.
According to Kavitha, Prashanth Reddy met Congress leaders within two days of the BRS losing power. She further alleged that he benefited from the food and political support provided by KCR but subsequently created differences between the father and daughter.
Kavitha’s remarks against Vemula Prashanth Reddy are expected to intensify the political debate within Telangana, particularly over the internal developments surrounding the BRS leadership and KCR’s family.
‘Give Me Another Chance in Nizamabad’
During her speech, Kalvakuntla Kavitha appealed to the people of Nizamabad to give her another opportunity to serve them.
Describing herself as the “daughter-in-law of Nizamabad”, Kavitha said that she had worked for the people of the district and sought their support once again.
“Give me another opportunity. You are my strength,” she said.
Kalvakuntla Kavitha said that if her intention was merely to pursue politics, she could join any party or go anywhere. However, she claimed that her continued presence in politics was driven by her desire to work for the people.
She also called for the emergence of a new political force in Telangana, saying that the existing political parties had failed to adequately address public issues.
Kavitha Gets Emotional Over Jail and Cases
Kalvakuntla Kavitha also spoke emotionally about the cases registered against her and her imprisonment in Tihar Jail.
She questioned why she was sent to Tihar Jail despite repeatedly maintaining that she had committed no wrongdoing.
Kavitha expressed disappointment over being removed from the party when she was facing difficult circumstances. She said that the emotional pain she experienced was the reason behind her tears and urged people not to mistake her emotions for weakness.
She also recalled the support extended by her mother-in-law during her time in jail.
Kavitha Targets BRS Over Kaleshwaram Project
The Kaleshwaram project was another major issue raised by Kalvakuntla Kavitha during the Nizamabad meeting.
Kavitha alleged that despite spending around ₹1 lakh crore on the Kaleshwaram project, not even a single acre in Nizamabad district benefited from its water.
She also accused the previous BRS government of corruption and alleged that the assets of several former MLAs increased substantially during their decade in power.
The allegations made by Kavitha add another political dimension to the continuing debate over the Kaleshwaram project and its economic and irrigation benefits.
Congress Government Also Under Fire
Kalvakuntla Kavitha also targeted the present Congress government in Telangana.
She alleged that the Congress government had achieved little during its first 1,000 days in office. Kavitha also criticized the opposition, accusing it of failing to question the government effectively on public issues.
According to Kavitha, both ruling and opposition parties have failed to adequately represent the concerns of the people.
Telangana Rakshana Sena to Contest Local Elections
Kavitha announced that the Telangana Rakshana Sena would contest the upcoming ZPTC and MPTC elections across the state.
She expressed confidence that her party would win five seats in Nizamabad district and said the party would field candidates in all ZPTC and MPTC constituencies.
The announcement signals the Telangana Rakshana Sena’s intention to expand its political presence at the grassroots level.
Free Education and Free Healthcare Promise
Kalvakuntla Kavitha also outlined her party’s welfare agenda.
She said the Telangana Rakshana Sena would provide free education and free healthcare if it came to power.
Kavitha claimed that Telangana generates around ₹2 lakh crore in revenue and argued that allocating ₹1 lakh crore towards education and healthcare could make free education and free medical services possible.
She emphasized the need for social justice and said her party would work towards creating greater opportunities for all sections of society.
Kavitha also warned that the days of threatening Telangana Rakshana Sena workers were over.
Bodhan Sugar Factory Allegation
The Bodhan Sugar Factory issue also featured prominently in Kavitha’s speech.
She alleged that the Korutla MLA, whom she described as a friend of former minister KTR, was attempting to acquire the Bodhan Sugar Factory.
The allegation has added another politically sensitive issue to the ongoing debate over the future of the sugar factory and its role in the local economy.
Kavitha Questions Dharmapuri Arvind
Kalvakuntla Kavitha also targeted Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Arvind, questioning why the Madhavanagar Railway Bridge had not been completed.
She also alleged that Arvind was attempting to join the Congress party.
Kavitha said that both the ruling and opposition parties had failed to resolve several public issues in Nizamabad and Telangana.
‘People Must Give New Political Force a Chance’
The Nizamabad Panchajanya Sankalpa Sabha provided Kalvakuntla Kavitha with a platform to present the Telangana Rakshana Sena as a new political alternative.
From attacking Vemula Prashanth Reddy and the BRS leadership to criticizing the Congress government, the Kaleshwaram project and Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri Arvind, Kavitha used the meeting to highlight a range of political and public issues.
Kalvakuntla Kavitha urged the people of Telangana to give a chance to a new political force and said the Telangana Rakshana Sena would fight for public welfare, social justice, free education and free healthcare.
Her strong remarks against Prashanth Reddy, BRS leaders and the Congress government are likely to generate further political reactions in Telangana in the coming days.
