కాంగ్రెస్పై కేటీఆర్ ఫైర్.. ‘420 హామీలు.. వెయ్యి రోజులైనా ఒక్కటీ నెరవేర్చలేదు’
హైదరాబాద్: కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం తీరుపై బీఆర్ఎస్ వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్, మాజీ మంత్రి కేటీఆర్ తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. ఎన్నికల సమయంలో ఇచ్చిన హామీలను కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేయకుండా ప్రజలను మోసం చేసిందని ఆరోపించారు. వంద రోజుల్లో హామీలు అమలు చేస్తామని చెప్పిన కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం.. వెయ్యి రోజులు గడిచినా ఒక్క హామీని కూడా పూర్తిస్థాయిలో నెరవేర్చలేదని కేటీఆర్ విమర్శించారు.
సోమవారం హైదరాబాద్లోని గన్పార్క్ వద్ద అమరవీరుల స్థూపానికి నివాళులర్పించిన అనంతరం బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలతో కలిసి కేటీఆర్ అసెంబ్లీకి ర్యాలీగా బయలుదేరారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా మీడియాతో మాట్లాడిన ఆయన.. శాసనసభ సమావేశాల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రజా సమస్యలపై నిలదీస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
కాంగ్రెస్కు 420 హామీలు.. వెయ్యి రోజులైనా అమలు ఎక్కడ?
కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ ఎన్నికలకు ముందు అనేక హామీలు ఇచ్చి అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిందని కేటీఆర్ ఆరోపించారు. వంద రోజుల్లో హామీలను అమలు చేస్తామని చెప్పి.. ఇప్పటివరకు ఒక్క హామీని కూడా నెరవేర్చలేదని విమర్శించారు.
అన్ని వర్గాల ప్రజలను కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం మోసం చేసిందని ఆరోపించిన కేటీఆర్.. ఈ అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల్లో ప్రజల తరఫున ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నించేందుకు బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నారని చెప్పారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ హామీలు, తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ పాలన, కాంగ్రెస్ ఎన్నికల హామీలు వంటి అంశాలపై సభలో సమగ్రంగా చర్చ జరగాలని ఆయన అన్నారు.
కేసీఆర్ దిశానిర్దేశం.. ప్రజల తరఫున ప్రశ్నిస్తాం
అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల్లో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజలకు ఇచ్చిన హామీల అమలుపై నిలదీయాలని బీఆర్ఎస్ అధినేత కేసీఆర్ దిశానిర్దేశం చేశారని కేటీఆర్ తెలిపారు.
సభలో తమ పార్టీని కాంగ్రెస్ ఎన్ని రకాలుగా అవమానించినా.. ప్రజా సమస్యలపై ప్రశ్నించడం మాత్రం ఆపబోమని స్పష్టం చేశారు. కేసీఆర్ను ఎన్ని అవమానాలు చేసినా రాష్ట్ర ప్రయోజనాల కోసం పోరాడాలని తమ అధినేత సూచించారని కేటీఆర్ పేర్కొన్నారు.
జీఓ నంబర్ 97పై కేటీఆర్ ఆరోపణలు
జీఓ నంబర్ 97 విషయంలో కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంపై కేటీఆర్ తీవ్ర ఆరోపణలు చేశారు. రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ ప్రయోజనాల కోసమే ఈ జీవోను తీసుకొచ్చారని ఆరోపించారు.
ప్రభుత్వ నిర్ణయాల వల్ల ప్రజల ఆస్తులు, భూములకు సంబంధించిన సమస్యలు తలెత్తుతున్నాయని ఆయన విమర్శించారు. 22ఏ ద్వారా ప్రజల ఆస్తులను నిషేధిత జాబితాలో చేర్చిన ఈ ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రజలే నిషేధిస్తారని కేటీఆర్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.
అదే సమయంలో సీఎం, మంత్రుల బంధువులకు అక్రమంగా భూ కేటాయింపులు చేస్తున్నారని కేటీఆర్ ఆరోపించారు.
ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్పై ప్రభుత్వాన్ని నిలదీస్తాం
విద్యార్థుల సమస్యలపై కూడా అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ప్రశ్నిస్తామని కేటీఆర్ తెలిపారు. ముఖ్యంగా ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ బకాయిలు ఎందుకు పేరుకుపోయాయని ప్రభుత్వాన్ని నిలదీస్తామని చెప్పారు.
రూ.18 వేల కోట్ల ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ బకాయిలు ఎందుకు పేరుకుపోయాయి? విద్యార్థుల భవిష్యత్తుతో ప్రభుత్వం ఎందుకు ఆడుకుంటోంది? అనే అంశాలను సభలో ప్రస్తావిస్తామని అన్నారు.
పాలిటెక్నిక్ విద్యార్థుల సమస్యలను కూడా కేటీఆర్ ప్రస్తావించారు. పాలిటెక్నిక్ విద్యార్థుల జీవితాలతో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఆడుకుంటోందని ఆయన మండిపడ్డారు.
రైతులు, సింగరేణి కార్మికులు, ఆటో డ్రైవర్ల సమస్యలపై పోరాటం
రాష్ట్రంలోని రైతుల సమస్యలు, రైతు రుణాలు, రైతు సంక్షేమం, వ్యవసాయ రంగ సమస్యలు తదితర అంశాలపై అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రశ్నిస్తామని కేటీఆర్ తెలిపారు.
అలాగే సింగరేణి కార్మికులు, ఆటో డ్రైవర్లు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సమస్యలను కూడా సభలో లేవనెత్తుతామని చెప్పారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని వర్గాల సమస్యలపై సమగ్ర చర్చ జరగాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.
నెల రోజుల పాటు అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించాలని డిమాండ్
తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలను కేవలం కొద్ది రోజులకు పరిమితం చేయకుండా నెల రోజుల పాటు నిర్వహించాలని కేటీఆర్ డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు, అంగన్వాడీలు, సర్వేయర్లు సహా వివిధ వర్గాల సమస్యలపై అసెంబ్లీలో కూలంకషంగా చర్చ జరగాలని అన్నారు.
ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలు, అంగన్వాడీ ఉద్యోగుల సమస్యలు, సర్వేయర్ల సమస్యలు, రైతాంగ సమస్యలు, విద్యార్థుల సమస్యలు వంటి అన్ని అంశాలపై చర్చకు ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలని కేటీఆర్ డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
‘అభయహస్తం కాదు.. భస్మాసుర హస్తం’
కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంపై విమర్శలు గుప్పిస్తూ కేటీఆర్ మరోసారి ఘాటు వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు.
**“ఎన్నికల ముందు అభయహస్తం.. ఎన్నికల తర్వాత భస్మాసుర హస్తం”**గా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం మారిందని విమర్శించారు.
ఎన్నికల సమయంలో ప్రజలకు ఇచ్చిన హామీలను అమలు చేయకుండా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం కాలయాపన చేస్తోందని ఆరోపించారు. కాంగ్రెస్ హామీలు, తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం, కేటీఆర్ కాంగ్రెస్పై విమర్శలు ప్రస్తుతం రాజకీయంగా చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారాయి.
కాంగ్రెస్–బీజేపీ కుట్రలు కొత్తేమీ కాదు
కాంగ్రెస్, బీజేపీ పార్టీల కుట్రలు బీఆర్ఎస్కు కొత్తేమీ కాదని కేటీఆర్ అన్నారు. గతంలో కూడా ఇలాంటి రాజకీయ పరిణామాలను ఎన్నో చూశామని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.
తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ప్రయోజనాల కోసం బీఆర్ఎస్ నిరంతరం పోరాడుతుందని చెప్పారు. అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలను ప్రజా సమస్యల చర్చకు వేదికగా మార్చాలని, ప్రభుత్వం సమాధానం చెప్పేలా చేయాలని బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలకు కేసీఆర్ సూచించారని కేటీఆర్ తెలిపారు.
గన్పార్క్ నుంచి అసెంబ్లీకి బీఆర్ఎస్ ర్యాలీ
అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల నేపథ్యంలో సోమవారం గన్పార్క్ వద్ద బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు సమావేశమయ్యారు. తెలంగాణ అమరవీరుల స్థూపానికి నివాళులర్పించిన అనంతరం అక్కడి నుంచి అసెంబ్లీకి ర్యాలీగా బయలుదేరారు.
ప్రజా సమస్యలు, ఎన్నికల హామీల అమలు, ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ బకాయిలు, రైతుల సమస్యలు, సింగరేణి కార్మికుల సమస్యలు, ఆటో డ్రైవర్ల సమస్యలు, భూ సమస్యలు, ఉద్యోగులు–అంగన్వాడీల సమస్యలను అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రస్తావించేందుకు బీఆర్ఎస్ సిద్ధమవుతోంది.

KTR Slams Congress Government: “420 Promises, But Not Even One Fulfilled”
Hyderabad: BRS Working President and former Telangana minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) launched a sharp attack on the Congress government in Telangana, accusing it of coming to power with a series of promises and subsequently failing to fulfil them.
Speaking to the media at Gun Park in Hyderabad on Monday, KTR alleged that the Congress had made 420 promises, assuring people that they would be implemented within 100 days. However, he claimed that even after nearly 1,000 days, the government had failed to fulfil its commitments.
KTR Targets Congress Over Election Promises
KTR slammed the Congress government for what he described as a failure to implement its election guarantees. He alleged that the Congress had deceived different sections of society with “unrealistic promises” before the elections.
KTR said BRS president K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) had directed the party’s MLAs and MLCs to strongly question the Congress government during the ongoing Telangana Assembly sessions.
According to KTR, the BRS leadership has decided to raise people’s issues in the Assembly regardless of the political criticism or alleged humiliation faced by the party.
BRS to Question Congress in Telangana Assembly
KTR said the BRS would question the Congress government on behalf of people across Telangana.
He alleged that the political developments involving the Congress and BJP were not new to the BRS and claimed that his party had witnessed similar political strategies in the past.
“We will raise several questions on behalf of the people of Telangana during these Assembly sessions,” KTR said.
KTR Raises Questions Over GO 97
The BRS working president also targeted the Telangana government’s GO No. 97, alleging that the government introduced the order for the benefit of the real estate sector.
KTR questioned the government’s policies concerning land and property and alleged that ordinary people’s interests were being affected by government decisions.
He also criticised the government over the inclusion of properties in prohibited lists under Section 22-A, claiming that people would ultimately reject the government over such decisions.
₹18,000 Crore Fee Reimbursement Dues
One of the key issues KTR said the BRS would raise in the Assembly is the pending fee reimbursement dues.
KTR questioned why fee reimbursement arrears had accumulated to around ₹18,000 crore and accused the government of putting the future of students at risk.
He also raised concerns over polytechnic students, alleging that the government was playing with their academic and career prospects.
The fee reimbursement issue in Telangana has been a major political issue, with opposition parties repeatedly demanding that pending dues to educational institutions and students be cleared.
“Abhaya Hastham Before Elections, Bhasmasura Hastham After Elections”
Taking a direct swipe at the Congress government, KTR said its approach had changed after coming to power.
He described the Congress’s pre-election approach as “Abhaya Hastham” and alleged that after the elections it had become “Bhasmasura Hastham.”
KTR alleged that the government had failed to live up to the expectations created during the election campaign.
Farmers’ Issues to Be Raised in Assembly
KTR said the BRS would raise the problems faced by farmers in Telangana during the Assembly sessions.
Issues concerning agriculture, farmers and government commitments to the farming community would be discussed, he said.
The BRS leader maintained that the Assembly should provide sufficient time for a detailed discussion on the problems confronting different sections of Telangana society.
Singareni Workers and Auto Drivers
KTR also said the BRS would question the government on behalf of Singareni workers and auto drivers.
He stated that the party would raise the concerns of workers and self-employed communities and seek answers from the Congress government.
KTR Demands Month-Long Assembly Session
KTR demanded that the Telangana Assembly sessions should continue for a month so that all major public issues could be discussed comprehensively.
He said the government should allow detailed discussions on the problems of various sections, including:
- Government employees
- Anganwadi workers
- Surveyors
- Farmers
- Students
- Singareni workers
- Auto drivers
- Educational institutions
According to KTR, adequate time must be given to legislators to discuss these issues and seek answers from the government.
Allegations Over Land Allocations
KTR also levelled serious allegations against the Telangana government over land allocations.
He alleged that land was being allotted illegally to relatives of the Chief Minister and ministers. The government should provide clarity on such allegations and explain its land-allocation policies, he said.
KTR further warned that if people’s properties continued to be affected by government decisions, the people themselves would reject the government.
KCR Directs BRS Leaders to Fight for Telangana
KTR said KCR had instructed BRS leaders to continue fighting for the interests of Telangana, irrespective of the criticism directed at the former Chief Minister.
He said the BRS would use the Assembly platform to question the government on behalf of the people and press for the implementation of election promises.
BRS Leaders March Towards Assembly
Earlier, BRS MLAs and MLCs paid tributes at the Telangana Martyrs’ Memorial at Gun Park before proceeding towards the Assembly in a rally.
The BRS leaders’ rally came as the Telangana Assembly sessions began, with the opposition party preparing to raise several issues against the Congress government.
The latest remarks by KTR against Congress are expected to intensify the political debate in Telangana, particularly over election promises, fee reimbursement dues, farmers’ problems, land issues and government policies.
