రైతుల భూములపై రేవంత్రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం కక్ష సాధింపు.. 15 లక్షల ఎకరాలు 22ఏలో పెట్టారు హరీశ్రావు

కౌటాల: తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం రైతులు, పేదల భూములతో ఆడుకుంటోందని మాజీ మంత్రి, సిద్దిపేట ఎమ్మెల్యే తన్నీరు హరీశ్రావు తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విమర్శించారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా లక్షలాది ఎకరాల భూములను నిషేధిత జాబితాలో చేర్చి రైతులను, భూ యజమానులను ఇబ్బందులకు గురిచేస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. కొమురం భీం ఆసిఫాబాద్ జిల్లా కౌటాలలో శుక్రవారం నిర్వహించిన రైతు సదస్సులో హరీశ్రావు పాల్గొని ప్రసంగించారు.
సిర్పూర్ నియోజకవర్గంలో సుమారు 42 వేల ఎకరాల భూములు నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఉన్నాయని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా సుమారు 15 లక్షల ఎకరాల భూములను 22ఏ నిషేధిత జాబితాలో చేర్చారని ఆరోపించిన హరీశ్రావు.. కేవలం ‘సారీ’ చెప్పడంతో సమస్య పరిష్కారం కాదని అన్నారు.
రైతుల భూములను నిషేధిత జాబితాలో పెట్టారు: హరీశ్రావు
రైతుల భూములు నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఉండటంతో వారికి ప్రభుత్వ పథకాలు అందడం లేదని హరీశ్రావు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. భూమిపై హక్కులు ఉన్నప్పటికీ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు, లావాదేవీలు, ఇతర ప్రభుత్వ సేవల్లో ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారని అన్నారు.
“నాడు కేసీఆర్ పేదలకు భూములు ఇస్తే.. నేడు రేవంత్రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం ఆ భూములను లాక్కుంటోంది” అంటూ హరీశ్రావు విమర్శించారు.
పేదలకు పట్టాలు ఇవ్వాల్సిన ప్రభుత్వం.. ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న పేదల భూములను వివాదాల్లోకి నెడుతోందని ఆరోపించారు. రైతుల భూములు, పేదల భూములు, నిషేధిత భూముల సమస్యను ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే పరిష్కరించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
‘ప్రజలే కేంద్ర బిందువుగా కేసీఆర్ పాలన’
కేసీఆర్ పాలనలో ప్రజలను కేంద్ర బిందువుగా చేసుకుని పాలన సాగిందని హరీశ్రావు అన్నారు. ప్రస్తుత కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంలో మాత్రం భూములే కేంద్ర బిందువుగా పాలన కొనసాగుతోందని విమర్శించారు.
“ప్రజలే కేంద్ర బిందువుగా కేసీఆర్ పాలన చేశారు. కానీ రేవంత్రెడ్డి పాలనలో భూములే కేంద్ర బిందువుగా మారాయి. లక్షలాది ఎకరాలు, ఇళ్లు, ప్లాట్లను నిషేధిత జాబితాలో పెట్టి ప్రజలను ఇబ్బందులకు గురిచేస్తున్నారు” అని హరీశ్రావు అన్నారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా రేవంత్రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వంపై ఆయన ఘాటు వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు.
“సూర్యుడు చుట్టూ భూమి తిరుగుతుంటే.. భూముల చుట్టూ రేవంత్రెడ్డి తిరుగుతున్నారు” అంటూ విమర్శించారు.
‘15 లక్షల ఎకరాలు 22ఏలో పెట్టి సారీ అంటే సరిపోదు’
రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 15 లక్షల ఎకరాల భూములను 22ఏ నిషేధిత జాబితాలో చేర్చారని హరీశ్రావు ఆరోపించారు. ఈ వ్యవహారంపై ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టమైన నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
నిషేధిత జాబితాలో చేర్చిన భూములను బేషరతుగా పరిశీలించి అర్హమైన భూములను తిరిగి పట్టా భూములుగా మార్చాలని అన్నారు.
“15 లక్షల ఎకరాల భూములను 22ఏలో పెట్టి.. సారీ అని చెప్పి తప్పించుకోలేరు” అని హరీశ్రావు వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.
ప్రజల నోటి కాడి బువ్వను లాక్కోవడమే ఇందిరమ్మ రాజ్యమా? అని ప్రశ్నించారు.
పొంగులేటి వ్యాఖ్యలపై హరీశ్రావు ఫైర్
నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఒక్క ఎకరం కూడా పెట్టలేదని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి చెబుతున్నారని హరీశ్రావు అన్నారు. అయితే కలెక్టర్లు, అధికారులు నిషేధిత భూముల జాబితాలను పంపించారని పేర్కొన్నారు.
రేవంత్రెడ్డి, పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి చెప్పడంతోనే అధికారులు నిషేధిత భూముల వివరాలు పంపించారని హరీశ్రావు ఆరోపించారు.
తర్వాత పొంగులేటి ‘సారీ’ అని చెప్పడం ద్వారా సమస్య పరిష్కారం కాదని అన్నారు.
“ప్రజల బాధను చూసి మాట్లాడాలి. రైతుల సమస్యలను ప్రభుత్వం సీరియస్గా పరిష్కరించాలి” అని హరీశ్రావు సూచించారు.
బీఆర్ఎస్ అధికారంలోకి వస్తే చర్యలు: హరీశ్రావు
రైతులు, ప్రజలను ఇబ్బందులకు గురిచేసే అధికారులు, కలెక్టర్లపై బీఆర్ఎస్ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత చర్యలు తీసుకుంటామని హరీశ్రావు హెచ్చరించారు.
నిషేధిత జాబితాలోని అర్హమైన భూములను బేషరతుగా పట్టా భూములుగా మార్చే వరకు పోరాటం కొనసాగిస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
“ప్రజలకు, రైతులకు న్యాయం జరిగే వరకు ఊరుకునేది లేదు” అని ఆయన అన్నారు.
‘కాంట్రాక్టర్లు టెండర్లు వేయడం లేదు’
తెలంగాణలో అభివృద్ధి పనులు కూడా సక్రమంగా జరగడం లేదని హరీశ్రావు విమర్శించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో కాంట్రాక్టర్లు టెండర్లు వేయడానికి ముందుకు రావడం లేదని ఆరోపించారు.
అయితే కాంట్రాక్టర్లపై తాను చేసిన 15 శాతం కమీషన్ ఆరోపణలకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలు లేదా ఆధారాలను హరీశ్రావు ఈ ప్రసంగంలో వెల్లడించలేదు.
ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రి మల్లు భట్టి విక్రమార్కపై కూడా హరీశ్రావు ఆరోపణలు చేశారు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వెయ్యి రోజుల పాలనలో ఒక్క పని కూడా సరిగ్గా చేయలేదని విమర్శించారు.
రైతుల భూముల సమస్యపై రాజకీయ వేడి
తెలంగాణలో రైతుల భూములు, 22ఏ నిషేధిత జాబితా, భూ రికార్డులు, పట్టా భూములు వంటి అంశాలు మరోసారి రాజకీయంగా చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారాయి.

KOUTALA, KOMARAM BHEEM ASIFABAD: Former Telangana Minister and Siddipet MLA T. Harish Rao launched a sharp attack on Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, alleging that the Congress government is causing severe hardship to farmers by placing large tracts of agricultural and residential land under the prohibited 22A list.
Addressing a farmers’ meeting at Koutala in Komaram Bheem Asifabad district on Friday, Harish Rao alleged that lakhs of acres across Telangana had been included in the prohibited list, leaving farmers and landowners struggling to access government schemes and carry out land transactions.
According to Harish Rao, around 42,000 acres in the Sirpur Assembly constituency are currently in the prohibited list.
Harish Rao Accuses Revanth Reddy Government of Troubling Farmers
Harish Rao alleged that the Revanth Reddy government was creating problems for farmers and poor people by including their lands in the 22A prohibited list.
He said farmers whose lands are listed under the prohibited category are unable to benefit from several government schemes.
The former minister contrasted the present government with the previous K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) government, claiming that while the earlier government distributed land to poor people, the present government was taking away those lands.
Harish Rao said the government should protect the rights of farmers and poor landowners instead of creating uncertainty over their properties.
‘People Were the Centre of KCR’s Governance’
Criticising the Congress government, Harish Rao said that people were at the centre of KCR’s administration, whereas land had allegedly become the centre of the Revanth Reddy government.
He claimed that lakhs of acres, houses and plots were being placed on the prohibited list, causing difficulties for ordinary citizens.
In a sharp political jibe at the Chief Minister, Harish Rao said, “The earth revolves around the Sun, but Revanth Reddy is revolving around land.”
He further alleged that the Congress government should be providing land titles to the poor instead of creating disputes over existing properties.
Harish Rao Questions 22A Land Listings
Harish Rao claimed that nearly 15 lakh acres of land had been placed under Section 22A, and argued that the issue could not be resolved merely by apologising.
He demanded that eligible lands included in the prohibited list should be unconditionally converted into patta lands after due verification.
“People and farmers will not get justice merely with an apology,” Harish Rao said, demanding immediate corrective measures from the Telangana government.
He also questioned whether taking away the livelihood and property rights of ordinary people could be described as ‘Indiramma Rajyam’.
Attack on Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy
Harish Rao also criticised Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy over the prohibited land list issue.
He referred to the minister’s reported claim that not even one acre had been newly placed on the prohibited list and questioned how district Collectors and officials had subsequently submitted lists of prohibited lands.
Harish Rao alleged that officials had acted based on directions from the political leadership and criticised the minister for subsequently apologising over the issue.
He said political leaders should understand the difficulties faced by farmers and ordinary citizens before making statements on the land issue.
‘BRS Will Not Spare Those Responsible’
Harish Rao warned that if the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) returned to power, officials responsible for causing hardship to farmers and landowners would face action.
He demanded that eligible properties currently included in the prohibited list be removed and restored to patta status.
Harish Rao asserted that the BRS would continue its fight until justice was delivered to farmers and affected landowners.
Harish Rao Makes Commission Allegations Against Telangana Government
During his speech, Harish Rao also made serious allegations regarding government contracts in Telangana.
He claimed that contractors were not coming forward to participate in tenders because of an alleged demand for 15% commission.
Harish Rao made allegations against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and also levelled similar allegations involving Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka’s wife.
