మేకపాటి విక్రమ్రెడ్డిపై కేసు నమోదు.. ఆత్మకూరులో వైసీపీ నేతల ర్యాలీకి అనుమతి లేదన్న పోలీసులు
నెల్లూరు జిల్లా ఆత్మకూరులో వైసీపీ నేతలు నిర్వహించిన ర్యాలీపై పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే, వైసీపీ నేత మేకపాటి విక్రమ్రెడ్డితో పాటు మరో 13 మంది వైసీపీ నేతలపై కేసులు నమోదయ్యాయి. అనుమతి లేకుండా ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించేందుకు ప్రయత్నించారనే ఆరోపణలతో పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేసినట్లు సమాచారం.
ఆత్మకూరు: నెల్లూరు జిల్లా ఆత్మకూరులో వైసీపీ నేతల ర్యాలీ ఉద్రిక్తతకు దారితీసింది. మాజీ ఎమ్మెల్యే, వైసీపీ నేత మేకపాటి విక్రమ్రెడ్డితో పాటు మరో 13 మంది వైసీపీ నేతలపై పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారు. ముందస్తు అనుమతి లేకుండా ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించేందుకు ప్రయత్నించారనే కారణంతో కేసు నమోదు చేసినట్లు పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.
గత ఏడాది ప్రభుత్వం నిర్వహించిన **మెగా డీఎస్సీ (Mega DSC)**లో అవకతవకలు జరిగాయని వైసీపీ నేతలు ఆరోపిస్తున్నారు. ఈ వ్యవహారంపై సీబీఐ విచారణ జరిపించాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ మేకపాటి విక్రమ్రెడ్డి ఆధ్వర్యంలో వైసీపీ నేతలు ఆత్మకూరులో గత నాలుగు రోజులుగా రిలే నిరాహార దీక్షలు నిర్వహించారు.
మెగా డీఎస్సీపై సీబీఐ విచారణకు డిమాండ్
మెగా డీఎస్సీలో అవకతవకలు జరిగాయంటూ వైసీపీ ఆందోళన చేపట్టింది. డీఎస్సీ వ్యవహారంపై సమగ్ర దర్యాప్తు జరిపించాలని, ఇందుకోసం సీబీఐ విచారణ చేపట్టాలని వైసీపీ నేతలు డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ క్రమంలో ఆత్మకూరులో రిలే నిరాహార దీక్షలు కొనసాగించారు.
దీక్షల్లో భాగంగా తమ డిమాండ్లను ప్రభుత్వానికి తెలియజేసేందుకు ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించాలని వైసీపీ నేతలు నిర్ణయించారు. సోమవారం మున్సిపల్ బస్టాండ్ నుంచి ఆర్డీవో కార్యాలయం వరకు ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించేందుకు ప్రయత్నించారు.
ర్యాలీని అడ్డుకున్న పోలీసులు
అయితే ర్యాలీకి ముందస్తు అనుమతి తీసుకోలేదని పేర్కొంటూ పోలీసులు జేఆర్పేట వద్ద వైసీపీ నేతలను అడ్డుకున్నారు. దీంతో వైసీపీ నేతలు, పోలీసుల మధ్య వాగ్వాదం చోటుచేసుకుంది. కొద్దిసేపు అక్కడ ఉద్రిక్త పరిస్థితులు నెలకొన్నాయి.
ర్యాలీ నిర్వహణకు అనుమతి లేదని పోలీసులు స్పష్టం చేసినప్పటికీ వైసీపీ నేతలు ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించేందుకు ప్రయత్నించడంతో పరిస్థితి ఉద్రిక్తంగా మారింది. అనంతరం ఈ ఘటనకు సంబంధించి మేకపాటి విక్రమ్రెడ్డి సహా 14 మంది వైసీపీ నేతలపై పోలీసులు కేసు నమోదు చేశారు.
