తెలంగాణ బీజేపీలో కొత్త పోరాటాలకు కార్యాచరణ.. 22-ఏ భూములపై దీక్షకు సన్నాహాలు

హైదరాబాద్: తెలంగాణలో భారతీయ జనతా పార్టీ (బీజేపీ)ని మరింత బలోపేతం చేయడంతో పాటు ప్రజా సమస్యలపై ఉద్యమాలను విస్తృతం చేయాలని రాష్ట్ర నాయకత్వం నిర్ణయించినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే ఫీజు బకాయిల చెల్లింపును డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ దీక్ష చేపట్టిన తెలంగాణ బీజేపీ.. తాజాగా మరో రెండు కీలక పోరాటాలకు సిద్ధమవుతోంది. 22-ఏలో చేర్చిన భూముల సమస్య, రైతులకు ఫసల్ బీమా పథకం అమలు అంశాలను ప్రధానంగా తీసుకుని ప్రభుత్వంపై ఒత్తిడి పెంచేందుకు బీజేపీ కార్యాచరణ రూపొందిస్తోంది.
22-ఏ భూముల సమస్యపై బీజేపీ దీక్ష
22-ఏ జాబితాలో చేర్చిన భూముల కారణంగా ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న బాధితులకు అండగా నిలవాలని తెలంగాణ బీజేపీ నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ సమస్యపై వచ్చే నెల 5, 6 తేదీల్లో దీక్ష నిర్వహించేందుకు పార్టీ నేతలు సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నారు. భూముల రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు, హక్కులు, క్రయవిక్రయాల విషయంలో 22-ఏ జాబితా కారణంగా ఎదురవుతున్న సమస్యలను ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లడంతో పాటు బాధితులకు న్యాయం చేయాలన్న డిమాండ్తో ఈ ఆందోళన చేపట్టనున్నట్లు సమాచారం.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో తెలంగాణ బీజేపీ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు రాంచందర్ రావు అధ్యక్షతన శనివారం కీలక సమావేశం జరగనుంది. ఈ సమావేశానికి బీజేపీ ఎంపీలు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలు హాజరుకానున్నారు. ప్రధానంగా 22-ఏ భూముల సమస్యపై చేపట్టనున్న దీక్ష, దాని కార్యాచరణ, నాయకులకు అప్పగించాల్సిన బాధ్యతలపై సమావేశంలో విస్తృతంగా చర్చించనున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.
బీజేపీ నేతలకు రాంచందర్ రావు దిశానిర్దేశం
22-ఏ భూముల సమస్యపై చేపట్టే దీక్షను క్షేత్రస్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లేందుకు బీజేపీ రాష్ట్ర అధ్యక్షుడు రాంచందర్ రావు పార్టీ నేతలకు దిశానిర్దేశం చేయనున్నట్లు సమాచారం. జిల్లాల వారీగా భూముల సమస్యల వివరాలను సేకరించడం, బాధితులను ఆందోళనలో భాగస్వాములను చేయడం, ప్రభుత్వంపై రాజకీయంగా ఒత్తిడి పెంచేలా కార్యక్రమాలను రూపొందించడం వంటి అంశాలపై చర్చ జరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది.

ఈ సమావేశంలో కేవలం ఆందోళనల కార్యాచరణపైనే కాకుండా తెలంగాణలో బీజేపీ బలాబలాలు, పార్టీ సంస్థాగత పరిస్థితి, క్షేత్రస్థాయిలో నాయకులు-కార్యకర్తల పనితీరు, ప్రజల్లో పార్టీకి ఉన్న ఆదరణ వంటి అంశాలపై కూడా చర్చ జరిగే అవకాశం ఉంది.
రాబోయే రోజుల్లో తెలంగాణ బీజేపీ భవిష్యత్ కార్యాచరణ ఎలా ఉండాలన్న దానిపై రాష్ట్ర నాయకత్వం కీలక నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకునే అవకాశముంది. ప్రజా సమస్యలపై మరింత దూకుడుగా ముందుకెళ్లడంతో పాటు జిల్లాలు, నియోజకవర్గాల స్థాయిలో పార్టీ కార్యక్రమాలను పెంచే అంశంపై కూడా సమావేశంలో చర్చ జరిగే అవకాశం ఉన్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.

ఫసల్ బీమా కోసం పాయల్ శంకర్ ‘రైతు యాత్ర’
మరోవైపు రైతు సమస్యలపై కూడా తెలంగాణ బీజేపీ ఉద్యమానికి సిద్ధమవుతోంది. రైతులకు ఫసల్ బీమా పథకం అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ ఆదిలాబాద్ నుంచి హైదరాబాద్లోని అసెంబ్లీ వరకు ‘రైతు యాత్ర’ చేపట్టేందుకు బీజేపీ డిప్యూటీ ఫ్లోర్ లీడర్ పాయల్ శంకర్ సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నారు.
ఆదిలాబాద్ నుంచి ప్రారంభమయ్యే ఈ రైతు యాత్ర ద్వారా పంటల బీమా, రైతుల సమస్యలు, పంట నష్టాలకు పరిహారం తదితర అంశాలను ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లాలని బీజేపీ భావిస్తోంది. ముఖ్యంగా ఫసల్ బీమా పథకం అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ను బలంగా వినిపిస్తూ రైతులను ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో భాగస్వాములను చేసేందుకు పార్టీ నేతలు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నట్లు తెలుస్తోంది.
ప్రజా సమస్యలే అజెండాగా బీజేపీ
ఒకవైపు 22-ఏ భూముల సమస్యపై దీక్ష, మరోవైపు ఫసల్ బీమా కోసం రైతు యాత్ర.. ఇలా వరుస ఆందోళనలతో తెలంగాణలో బీజేపీ తన రాజకీయ కార్యాచరణను వేగవంతం చేస్తున్నట్లు కనిపిస్తోంది. ప్రజా సమస్యలపై ప్రత్యక్షంగా పోరాటాలు నిర్వహించడం ద్వారా పార్టీ శ్రేణుల్లో ఉత్సాహం నింపడంతో పాటు ప్రభుత్వంపై ఒత్తిడి పెంచడమే లక్ష్యంగా రాష్ట్ర నాయకత్వం అడుగులు వేస్తున్నట్లు రాజకీయ వర్గాల్లో చర్చ జరుగుతోంది.

The upcoming programmes are expected to focus on the 22-A land issue and the demand for implementation of the Fasal Bima Yojana for farmers.
Telangana BJP to hold protest over 22-A lands
The Telangana BJP is preparing to launch a fresh protest in support of people whose lands have been included in the 22-A prohibited properties list. BJP leaders are expected to hold a two-day protest on September 5 and 6 to highlight the problems faced by affected landowners.
The 22-A issue has become an important point of concern for landowners facing difficulties related to land transactions and registration. The BJP plans to take up the issue more aggressively and put pressure on the government to address the grievances of affected people.
Against this backdrop, a crucial meeting of senior Telangana BJP leaders will be held on Saturday under the chairmanship of state BJP president Ramchander Rao.

The proposed farmer yatra is aimed at highlighting the concerns of farmers and mounting pressure on the Telangana government to ensure an effective crop insurance mechanism.
The Fasal Bima Yojana is expected to become another major issue for the Telangana BJP as the party seeks to expand its campaign around farmers’ problems.
