సూర్యాపేట: ధనిక రాష్ట్రంగా ఉన్న తెలంగాణను గత పాలకులు అప్పుల రాష్ట్రంగా మార్చినా.. సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను మాత్రం తమ ప్రభుత్వం ఎక్కడా ఆపలేదని రాష్ట్ర మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. పేదలు, రైతులు, మహిళలు, నిరుపేద కుటుంబాల సంక్షేమమే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన లక్ష్యమని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ప్రజలకు ఇచ్చిన హామీలను ఒక్కొక్కటిగా అమలు చేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు.
శనివారం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడిన మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి.. నూతనకల్, మద్దిరాల మండలాల్లోని 15 గ్రామాలకు సంబంధించిన సుమారు 3 వేల ఎకరాల భూములకు పట్టాదార్ పాస్బుక్కులు పంపిణీ చేస్తున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. భూమి ఉన్నప్పటికీ సరైన పట్టాలు లేక అనేక కుటుంబాలు ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న విషయాన్ని తన దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చారని చెప్పారు.
పిల్లల చదువులు, అవసరాలకు భూమి అమ్ముకోలేని పరిస్థితి
భూమి తమదే అయినప్పటికీ సరైన హక్కు పత్రాలు లేకపోవడంతో పిల్లల చదువులు, కుటుంబ అవసరాల కోసం భూమిని విక్రయించుకోలేక అనేక మంది ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. ఈ సమస్యను పరిష్కరించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం చిత్తశుద్ధితో పనిచేస్తోందన్నారు.
ప్రభుత్వానికి చిత్తశుద్ధి ఉండటం వల్లే అర్హులైన వారికి పట్టాదార్ పాస్బుక్కులు అందిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. భూ సమస్యలకు శాశ్వత పరిష్కారం చూపించేందుకు రెవెన్యూ వ్యవస్థను మరింత బలోపేతం చేస్తున్నామని మంత్రి వివరించారు.
దొంగ పట్టాలపై ప్రత్యేక సర్వే
రాష్ట్రంలో భూముల రికార్డుల ప్రక్షాళనపై కూడా ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టి సారించిందని పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు. సర్వే కోసం తొలి దశలో 70 రెవెన్యూ గ్రామాలను ఎంపిక చేసినట్లు చెప్పారు. ఈ సర్వే ద్వారా దొంగ పట్టాలు, అక్రమ భూ రికార్డులను గుర్తించనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
రాబోయే సంవత్సరంన్నర కాలంలో తెలంగాణలో ప్రతి అంగుళం భూమిని సర్వే చేస్తామని మంత్రి స్పష్టం చేశారు. భూములకు సంబంధించిన రికార్డులను పరిశీలించి.. నిజమైన హక్కుదారులకు న్యాయం చేస్తామని తెలిపారు. భూ సమస్యల పరిష్కారం, పట్టాదార్ పాస్బుక్కుల జారీ, రెవెన్యూ రికార్డుల ప్రక్షాళనకు కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రాధాన్యం ఇస్తోందన్నారు.
రూ.63 వేల కోట్ల సున్నా వడ్డీ రుణాలు
మహిళల ఆర్థిక సాధికారత కోసం కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం భారీగా నిధులు కేటాయిస్తోందని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. ఇప్పటివరకు రూ.63 వేల కోట్ల సున్నా వడ్డీ రుణాలను ఆడబిడ్డలకు అందించామని చెప్పారు. మహిళా సంఘాల ద్వారా ఆర్థిక కార్యకలాపాలను ప్రోత్సహిస్తూ.. వారికి స్వయం ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పిస్తున్నామని వివరించారు.
మహిళలకు సున్నా వడ్డీ రుణాలు, పేదలకు ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లు, రైతులకు సంబంధించిన సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను ప్రభుత్వం కొనసాగిస్తోందన్నారు.
తొలి విడత ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లు పూర్తి
రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా తొలి విడతలో ఇందిరమ్మ ఇళ్లను అందించామని పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి చెప్పారు. పేదలకు సొంత ఇల్లు ఉండాలన్న లక్ష్యంతో ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందన్నారు.
పేదలకు ఇళ్లు నిర్మించి ఇస్తుంటే కొందరు ప్రభుత్వంపై విషం చిమ్ముతున్నారని మంత్రి మండిపడ్డారు. పేదల సంక్షేమం కోసం ప్రభుత్వం చేపడుతున్న ప్రతి కార్యక్రమాన్ని అడ్డుకునేందుకు ప్రతిపక్షాలు ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాయని విమర్శించారు. అయితే ఎన్ని విమర్శలు వచ్చినా సంక్షేమ పథకాలను కొనసాగిస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
‘మళ్లీ కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వమే అధికారంలోకి వస్తుంది’
రాజకీయంగా కూడా మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్ రెడ్డి కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. “మీరు తలక్రిందులుగా తపస్సు చేసినా.. మళ్లీ కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వమే అధికారంలోకి వస్తుంది” అని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ప్రజలు కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ పాలనను గమనిస్తున్నారని, ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తున్న సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలు ప్రజలకు నేరుగా చేరుతున్నాయని అన్నారు. పేదలు, మహిళలు, రైతులు, విద్యార్థులు, అర్హులైన ప్రతి కుటుంబానికి ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల ప్రయోజనాలు అందేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటున్నామని తెలిపారు.
అప్పుల రాష్ట్రంగా మారినా.. సంక్షేమం ఆగలేదు
తెలంగాణ ఏర్పడినప్పుడు రాష్ట్రానికి ఉన్న ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితిని, గత ప్రభుత్వాల పాలనలో పేరుకుపోయిన అప్పులను ప్రస్తావిస్తూ మంత్రి కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. ధనిక తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాన్ని అప్పుల రాష్ట్రంగా మార్చిన పరిస్థితుల్లో కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలను నిలిపివేయలేదన్నారు.

Minister highlights land pattas, ₹63,000 crore zero-interest loans and Indiramma houses; says Telangana government will conduct land survey across every inch of the state
Hyderabad: Telangana Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy has strongly asserted that the Congress government will return to power in the state despite criticism from the opposition. He said the government has continued its welfare programmes even though Telangana has been burdened with huge debts.
Speaking to the media on Saturday, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said the Congress government was committed to delivering welfare benefits to poor and economically weaker sections while simultaneously addressing long-pending land and revenue-related issues.
Land Pattas for 3,000 Acres in 15 Villages
The minister said land pattas covering nearly 3,000 acres would be distributed across 15 villages in the Nuthankal and Maddirala mandals.
According to Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy, several people had brought to his notice that they were unable to sell their land when they urgently needed money for their children’s education and other family requirements because they did not possess proper land documents.
He said the government was distributing Pattadar Passbooks because it had the political will and commitment to resolve such long-pending problems.
“People who own land should not be forced to struggle when they need to use it for their children’s education or other essential needs,” the minister said, stressing that the government was taking steps to protect genuine land rights.
Telangana Land Survey to Identify Fake Pattas
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy also announced that the Telangana government had selected 70 revenue villages for a special survey.
The survey, he said, would help identify fake land pattas and irregularities in land records. The government plans to expand the exercise across the state, with the minister stating that every inch of land in Telangana would be surveyed over the next one-and-a-half years.
The proposed Telangana land survey is expected to focus on cleaning up revenue records, identifying discrepancies and ensuring that genuine landowners receive proper documentation.
₹63,000 Crore Zero-Interest Loans to Women
Highlighting the government’s welfare initiatives, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said women had received zero-interest loans worth ₹63,000 crore.
He said the government was implementing various welfare measures aimed at improving the economic condition of women and supporting self-help groups.
The minister also pointed to the Indiramma Housing Scheme, saying that the first phase of Indiramma houses had already been provided across Telangana.
Indiramma Houses for the Poor
The Telangana government has been giving priority to housing for economically weaker families, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said.
He alleged that some political opponents were targeting the government even when it was providing houses to poor families.
The minister questioned the criticism against the government’s welfare programmes and said the Congress administration would continue implementing schemes intended to benefit poor and deserving families.
‘Congress Government Will Return to Power’
Taking a strong political position, Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said the Congress government would once again form the government in Telangana.
He said, “Even if you perform penance upside down, the Congress government will come back to power.”
The statement comes amid continued political debate in Telangana over the performance of the Congress government, welfare schemes, development programmes and the state’s financial situation.
‘Welfare Has Not Stopped Despite State Debt’
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said Telangana was once considered a financially strong state but had subsequently been pushed into a debt burden. Despite the financial challenges, he maintained that the government had not stopped welfare programmes.
He highlighted zero-interest loans for women, Indiramma houses, land pattas and land surveys as examples of the government’s commitment to welfare and public administration.
The minister said the Congress government would continue to focus on the needs of poor families and address issues related to land ownership and revenue records.
Focus on Land Records and Welfare
The minister’s latest remarks put the spotlight on two major areas of the Telangana government agenda — welfare schemes and land reforms.
The distribution of Pattadar Passbooks in Nuthankal and Maddirala, the proposed survey of 70 revenue villages and the plan to complete a comprehensive land survey within the next 18 months are expected to remain important issues in Telangana politics.
At the same time, the Congress government is projecting Indiramma houses and zero-interest loans as key welfare initiatives aimed at women and poor families.
Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy reiterated that criticism would not stop the government from implementing its welfare agenda and expressed confidence that the Congress government would return to power in Telangana.
