హైదరాబాద్: ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డిపై మంత్రి కొండా సురేఖ కుమార్తె సుస్మిత చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలు తెలంగాణ కాంగ్రెస్‌లో రాజకీయ దుమారం రేపుతున్నాయి. సుస్మిత చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలకు తనకు ఎలాంటి సంబంధం లేదని, అవి పూర్తిగా ఆమె వ్యక్తిగత అభిప్రాయాలని మంత్రి కొండా సురేఖ క్రమశిక్షణ కమిటీకి వివరణ ఇచ్చిన నేపథ్యంలో.. సొంత పార్టీకి చెందిన ప్రభుత్వ విప్‌లు, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు తీవ్రస్థాయిలో స్పందించారు.

సుస్మిత వ్యాఖ్యలు వ్యక్తిగతమైనవేనని చెబుతున్న కొండా సురేఖ.. వాటిని ఎందుకు ఖండించడం లేదని ప్రభుత్వ విప్‌లు బీర్ల ఐలయ్య, వేముల వీరేశం, ఎమ్మెల్యేలు బాలు నాయక్, నాయిని రాజేందర్ రెడ్డి ప్రశ్నించారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డిపై సొంత పార్టీ నేతలే విమర్శలు చేయడం పార్టీకి, ప్రభుత్వానికి ఇబ్బందికరంగా మారుతోందని వారు ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

ప్రభుత్వ విప్ బీర్ల ఐలయ్య మాట్లాడుతూ.. ప్రతిపక్షాలు ప్రభుత్వాన్ని, ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని విమర్శించడం సహజమేనని, కానీ సొంత పార్టీకి చెందిన వారు సీఎంపై విమర్శలు చేయడం బాధాకరమని అన్నారు.

కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీని అధికారంలోకి తీసుకురావడానికి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఎంతో కష్టపడ్డారని పేర్కొన్న ఆయన.. ఎత్తిన జెండాను దించకుండా పార్టీ కోసం పనిచేసిన ముఖ్యమంత్రిపై ఇప్పుడు విమర్శలు చేయడం ఏమిటని ప్రశ్నించారు.

సుస్మిత చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలతో కొండా సురేఖకు సంబంధం లేదంటే.. మంత్రి స్వయంగా వాటిని ఖండించాలని బీర్ల ఐలయ్య డిమాండ్ చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వాన్ని ముందుకు తీసుకెళ్లేందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కష్టపడుతున్న సమయంలో ఆయనపై బండలు వేయడం సరికాదన్నారు.

‘సీఎంపై అసత్య ఆరోపణలు చేస్తే ఊరుకోం’: వేముల వీరేశం

ప్రభుత్వ విప్ వేముల వీరేశం కూడా కొండా సురేఖ తీరుపై తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. సుస్మిత వ్యాఖ్యలకు మంత్రి కొండా సురేఖకు సంబంధం లేకపోతే వాటిని బహిరంగంగా ఖండించాలని అన్నారు.

కొండా సురేఖ ఉపయోగిస్తున్న భాష గతంలో కూడా పార్టీకి ఇబ్బందులు తెచ్చిందని వీరేశం విమర్శించారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని బలహీనపరిచే ప్రయత్నాలను సహించబోమని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

పార్టీ వేదికలపై చర్చించాల్సిన అంశాలను బహిరంగంగా మాట్లాడటం వల్ల కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి, ప్రభుత్వానికి నష్టం జరుగుతుందని అన్నారు. సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి నిర్ణయాలను తప్పుపట్టడం సరికాదని, సొంత పార్టీ నేతలే ప్రతిపక్షాలకు మాట్లాడే అవకాశం కల్పిస్తున్నారని విమర్శించారు.

“సీఎంపై అసత్య ఆరోపణలు చేసినా, ఏకవచనంతో మాట్లాడినా ఊరుకోం” అని వేముల వీరేశం హెచ్చరించారు. పార్టీకి, ప్రభుత్వానికి తలనొప్పిగా మారుతున్న వ్యవహారాలపై అధిష్ఠానం కఠిన నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.

పార్టీ వ్యతిరేక వ్యాఖ్యలపై చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి: బాలు నాయక్

ఎమ్మెల్యే బాలు నాయక్ మాట్లాడుతూ.. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి వ్యతిరేకంగా ఎవరైనా మాట్లాడితే కులం, హోదా అనే తేడా లేకుండా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

పార్టీకి వ్యతిరేకంగా మాట్లాడిన వారికి కేవలం షోకాజ్ నోటీసులు ఇవ్వడంతో వ్యవహారం ముగిసినట్లు భావించకూడదన్నారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని బలహీనపర్చే ప్రయత్నాలు జరుగుతున్నాయని ఆరోపించారు.

కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ అధికారంలోకి రావడానికి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కీలకంగా పనిచేశారని పేర్కొన్న బాలు నాయక్.. పార్టీకి వ్యతిరేకంగా వ్యవహరించే వారిపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరారు. ఎన్ని రాజకీయ కుట్రలు జరిగినా తెలంగాణలో మళ్లీ కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వమే వస్తుందని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

‘ఒక్క ఎమ్మెల్యేతోనైనా సరిగా ఉన్నారా?’: నాయిని రాజేందర్ రెడ్డి

మంత్రి కొండా సురేఖపై ఎమ్మెల్యే నాయిని రాజేందర్ రెడ్డి తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విమర్శలు చేశారు. ఏ పార్టీలో ఉన్నా ఆ పార్టీపై ఒత్తిడి, బ్లాక్‌మెయిల్ రాజకీయాలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారంటూ ఆరోపించారు.

“ఒక్క ఎమ్మెల్యేతోనైనా సరిగా ఉన్నారా?” అంటూ ప్రశ్నించారు. కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కష్టకాలంలో ఉన్నప్పుడు పార్టీని వీడి వెళ్లారని, తిరిగి వచ్చిన సందర్భాల్లో కూడా పార్టీకి ఇబ్బందులు కలిగించే విధంగా వ్యవహరిస్తున్నారని విమర్శించారు.

ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డిపై నిరాధార ఆరోపణలు చేయడం ద్వారా ప్రతిపక్షాలకు రాజకీయ ఆయుధం ఇస్తున్నారని అన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వంలో కొనసాగుతూ ప్రభుత్వానికి, ముఖ్యమంత్రికి వ్యతిరేకంగా మాట్లాడటం సరికాదని మండిపడ్డారు.

పార్టీ కోసం లక్షలాది మంది కార్యకర్తలు చేసిన త్యాగాలను వృథా చేయడానికి ఎవరినీ అనుమతించబోమని నాయిని రాజేందర్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. కులాన్ని అడ్డుపెట్టుకుని రాజకీయాలు చేయడం కుదరదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.

ఏవైనా సమస్యలు ఉంటే పార్టీ అధిష్ఠానం దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లాలని, బహిరంగంగా విమర్శలు చేయడం ద్వారా పార్టీకి నష్టం కలిగించవద్దని సూచించారు. అవసరమైతే పార్టీ వ్యతిరేక కార్యకలాపాలపై కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

సుస్మిత వ్యాఖ్యలతో మొదలైన వివాదం ఇప్పుడు ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి వర్సెస్ కొండా సురేఖ అనే స్థాయిలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీలో చర్చకు దారితీస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే క్రమశిక్షణ కమిటీకి కొండా సురేఖ వివరణ ఇవ్వగా.. మరోవైపు సొంత పార్టీ నేతలే ఆమెపై బహిరంగంగా విమర్శలు చేయడం రాజకీయంగా ప్రాధాన్యత సంతరించుకుంది.

Revanth Reddy vs Konda Surekha Susmitha’s Remarks Trigger Fresh Congress Rift

Hyderabad: A fresh political controversy has erupted in the Telangana Congress following remarks made by Susmitha, daughter of Telangana Minister Konda Surekha, against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy.

The controversy intensified after Konda Surekha reportedly told the party’s disciplinary committee that she should not be held responsible for Susmitha’s remarks, maintaining that they were entirely Susmitha’s personal views.

However, the explanation has not gone down well with several senior Congress leaders. Government Whips Beerla Ilaiah and Vemula Veeresham, along with MLAs Balu Naik and Naini Rajender Reddy, have openly expressed their displeasure and demanded that Konda Surekha condemn Susmitha’s comments if she has no connection with them.

Beerla Ilaiah: Konda Surekha must respond

Government Whip Beerla Ilaiah strongly criticised the controversy, saying criticism of the government by opposition parties is normal, but criticism of the Chief Minister by members of the ruling party is a serious matter.

He said Revanth Reddy worked relentlessly to bring the Congress party to power in Telangana and questioned the logic behind attacking the Chief Minister from within the party.

Ilaiah demanded that Konda Surekha respond to Susmitha’s remarks and make her position clear.

He also said it was painful to see Congress leaders criticising a Chief Minister who was working hard for the government and the party.

‘We will not tolerate false allegations against CM’: Vemula Veeresham

Government Whip Vemula Veeresham also stepped up his attack, saying that if Konda Surekha has nothing to do with Susmitha’s remarks, she should publicly condemn them.

Veeresham alleged that Konda Surekha’s language had created difficulties for the Congress party in the past as well. He questioned whether the party should pay a political price for statements made for personal entertainment or publicity.

According to Veeresham, Revanth Reddy made significant sacrifices and worked hard to bring the Congress to power in Telangana.

He alleged that attempts were being made to weaken the Chief Minister from within the party.

Veeresham called for disciplinary action against anyone who makes false allegations against CM Revanth Reddy. He said party matters should be discussed on party platforms rather than being aired publicly.

He further warned that the party leadership should act against those creating problems for the Congress government.

Balu Naik demands action against party rebels

Congress MLA Balu Naik said disciplinary action should be taken against anyone speaking against the party, irrespective of their caste or position.

He argued that issuing show-cause notices alone should not be considered sufficient if a leader repeatedly makes statements against the party or government.

Balu Naik alleged that opposition parties were attempting to weaken Revanth Reddy, with some members of the ruling party allegedly helping such efforts.

He demanded strict action against anyone speaking against the Congress party and said such leaders should face suspension if necessary.

Balu Naik also credited Revanth Reddy with playing a major role in bringing the Congress government to power and expressed confidence that the Congress would return to power despite political conspiracies.

Naini Rajender Reddy launches sharp attack on Konda Surekha

Congress MLA Naini Rajender Reddy launched one of the strongest attacks against Konda Surekha.

Questioning her political conduct, Rajender Reddy asked whether she had maintained cordial relations with even one MLA in the party.

He accused Konda Surekha of creating political pressure wherever she worked and criticised her for allegedly leaving the Congress during difficult times.

Rajender Reddy further alleged that unsubstantiated allegations against the government and Chief Minister were providing political ammunition to the opposition.

He said remaining in the government while publicly speaking against it was unacceptable.

Rajender Reddy also warned against using caste as a political shield and said disciplinary decisions should be taken firmly against those found violating party discipline.

He advised Konda Surekha to raise any grievances before the Congress high command instead of making them public.

Revanth Reddy faces internal Congress challenge

The latest controversy surrounding Susmitha’s comments on Revanth Reddy has once again brought internal differences within the Telangana Congress into the spotlight.

What began as a dispute over comments made by a minister’s daughter has now developed into a broader political confrontation involving Konda Surekha, Revanth Reddy and several Congress MLAs and government Whips.
