The issue reportedly came to light when some devotees arrived at the Neeladri entrance without tickets. An outsourcing employee stopped and questioned them. The devotees reportedly informed officials that they had already paid money but had not received their tickets.
Following the complaints, officials inspected the concerned ticket counter.
₹4,700 Unaccounted Cash Found During Inspection
During the inspection, officials reportedly found ₹4,700 in additional cash that was not accounted for with N. Nayanaru.
The discrepancy in the ticket-counter cash records raised concerns among officials. Following the inspection and preliminary findings, departmental action was initiated against the concerned employee.
