సిద్ధిపేట: తెలంగాణలో భూముల సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారం చూపాల్సిన భూ భారతి విధానం మరింత గందరగోళానికి దారితీస్తోందని తెలంగాణ బీజేపీ అధ్యక్షుడు ఎన్. రామచందర్రావు ఆరోపించారు. బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకొచ్చిన ధరణి కంటే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అమలు చేస్తున్న భూ భారతి మరింత దరిద్రంగా మారిందని ఆయన తీవ్ర విమర్శలు చేశారు. 22ఏ జీవో కారణంగా రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా దాదాపు 50 లక్షల మంది ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారని తెలిపారు.
22ఏ జీవో రద్దు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ సోమవారం సిద్ధిపేట ఆర్డీఓ కార్యాలయం ఎదుట బీజేపీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో మహాధర్నా నిర్వహించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మెదక్ ఎంపీ రఘునందన్రావుతో కలిసి రామచందర్రావు పాల్గొన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ భూ విధానాలపై బీజేపీ నేతలు తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో విమర్శలు గుప్పించారు.
22ఏతో లక్షలాది మంది రైతులకు ఇబ్బందులు
ధరణి స్థానంలో భూ భారతి తీసుకొచ్చినా రైతుల భూ సమస్యలు పరిష్కారం కాలేదని రామచందర్రావు అన్నారు. ప్రభుత్వ అసమర్థ, అర్థంలేని విధానాల వల్ల పేదలు, రైతులు తమ సొంత భూములపై హక్కులు నిరూపించుకునేందుకు కార్యాలయాల చుట్టూ తిరగాల్సిన పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడిందని విమర్శించారు.
22ఏ నిషేధిత జాబితా విషయంలో తప్పు జరిగిందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్రెడ్డి, రెవెన్యూ మంత్రి అంగీకరించినప్పటికీ.. ఇప్పటికీ ఆ తప్పును సరిదిద్దేందుకు చర్యలు తీసుకోవడం లేదని ఆయన ఆరోపించారు. ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే 22ఏ జీవోను రద్దు చేసి, రైతుల భూములను నిషేధిత జాబితా నుంచి తొలగించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
403 సర్వే నంబర్పై బీజేపీ ప్రశ్నలు
సిద్ధిపేటలోని 403 సర్వే నంబర్ను ప్రస్తావించిన రామచందర్రావు.. కేవలం రెండు ప్లాట్లకు సంబంధించిన సమస్య ఉంటే వేలాది ప్లాట్లను 22ఏ నిషేధిత జాబితాలో ఎలా చేర్చారని ప్రశ్నించారు. అదే సర్వే నంబర్లో ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్రెడ్డి ఇల్లు కూడా ఉందని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి ఇల్లు 22ఏ నుంచి ఎలా బయటపడింది? అని ప్రశ్నించిన ఆయన.. సాధారణ రైతుల భూములు మాత్రం ఎందుకు నిషేధిత జాబితాలో కొనసాగుతున్నాయని నిలదీశారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి, రెవెన్యూ మంత్రి భూములకు సంబంధించిన దరఖాస్తులను ప్రజలకు బహిర్గతం చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
22ఏపై శ్వేతపత్రం విడుదల చేయాలి
22ఏ నిషేధిత జాబితాపై తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం శ్వేతపత్రం విడుదల చేయాలని రామచందర్రావు డిమాండ్ చేశారు. 22ఏ వ్యవహారంపై స్వతంత్ర సంస్థతో సమగ్ర విచారణ జరిపించాలని ప్రభుత్వానికి సవాల్ విసిరారు.
బీఆర్ఎస్ అయినా.. కాంగ్రెస్ అయినా టైటిల్ మారింది తప్ప దోపిడీ విధానాలు మారలేదని ఆయన విమర్శించారు. పేద రైతుల భూములను నిషేధిత జాబితాలో చేర్చి వారిని తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులకు గురిచేస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. తమ భూములను కాపాడాలంటూ రైతులు కన్నీరు పెట్టుకుంటున్నారని అన్నారు.
రైతుల భూముల కోసం బీజేపీ నిరంతరం పోరాడుతుందని, అవసరమైతే రైతుల కోసం జైలుకు వెళ్లడానికి కూడా సిద్ధంగా ఉన్నామని రామచందర్రావు స్పష్టం చేశారు. అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాలు ప్రారంభమయ్యేలోపు 22ఏ జీవో రద్దుపై ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టమైన నిర్ణయం తీసుకోవాలని ఆయన డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
‘భూ భారతి’తో రైతుల కష్టాలు తీరలేదు: రఘునందన్రావు
మెదక్ ఎంపీ రఘునందన్రావు కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంపై తీవ్రస్థాయిలో విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం అంటే రైతులకు, పేదలకు న్యాయం జరుగుతుందని ఎన్నికల సమయంలో చెప్పారని.. కానీ ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితి మాత్రం పెనం మీద నుంచి పొయ్యిలో పడినట్టుగా మారిందని విమర్శించారు.
భూ భారతి తీసుకొస్తే రైతుల భూ సమస్యలు పరిష్కారమవుతాయని ప్రభుత్వం చెప్పిందని గుర్తు చేసిన ఆయన.. ఇప్పుడు రైతులు తమ భూముల కోసం తహశీల్దార్ కార్యాలయాల చుట్టూ తిరుగుతున్నారని అన్నారు.
సీఎం, మంత్రి భూములపై రఘునందన్రావు ప్రశ్నలు
ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్రెడ్డి, మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాస్రెడ్డి భూములకు సంబంధించిన దరఖాస్తులను ప్రజల ముందు ఉంచాలని రఘునందన్రావు డిమాండ్ చేశారు. 22ఏ నుంచి వారి భూములను ఏ దరఖాస్తు ఆధారంగా తొలగించారో వెల్లడించాలని ప్రశ్నించారు.
ప్రభుత్వ పెద్దల భూములు 22ఏ జాబితా నుంచి బయటపడుతుంటే.. సాధారణ రైతుల భూములు మాత్రం ఎందుకు తొలగించడం లేదని నిలదీశారు. సిద్ధిపేట జిల్లాలో భూములు ఎవరికీ తెలియకుండా మాయమవుతున్నాయంటూ ఆయన ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
కాలువలు, ప్రాజెక్టుల పేరుతో రైతుల భూములను లాక్కుంటున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. మరోవైపు మున్సిపల్ కార్మికులకు మూడు నెలలుగా జీతాలు చెల్లించలేదని ప్రభుత్వంపై మండిపడ్డారు.
సెప్టెంబర్ 7లోగా 22ఏ జీవో రద్దు చేయాలి
సెప్టెంబర్ 7వ తేదీలోగా 22ఏ జీవోను తొలగించకపోతే అసెంబ్లీని ముట్టడిస్తామని రఘునందన్రావు ప్రభుత్వాన్ని హెచ్చరించారు. రైతుల భూములను నిషేధిత జాబితాలో చేర్చిన కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ విధానాలను వ్యతిరేకిస్తూ ఉద్యమాన్ని మరింత ఉధృతం చేస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
తెలంగాణలో భూముల సమస్యలు, 22ఏ జీవో, 22ఏ నిషేధిత జాబితా, భూ భారతి, ధరణి అంశాలపై రాజకీయ పోరు మరింత ముదిరే అవకాశం కనిపిస్తోంది. బీజేపీ ఇప్పటికే 22ఏ జీవో రద్దు అంశాన్ని ప్రధాన రాజకీయ డిమాండ్గా తీసుకోవడంతో రానున్న అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల్లో ఈ అంశం కీలక చర్చకు దారితీసే అవకాశం ఉంది.

Siddipet: Telangana BJP president N. Ramachander Rao launched a sharp attack on the Congress government over the state’s land records system, alleging that the Bhu Bharati land records system has created more problems for farmers and landowners than the earlier Dharani portal introduced during the BRS regime.
Addressing a BJP protest against GO 22A in Siddipet on Monday, Ramachander Rao alleged that nearly 50 lakh people are facing difficulties because of the 22A prohibited list. He demanded that the Telangana government immediately withdraw 22A GO and resolve the land disputes affecting farmers and poor landowners.
The BJP organised a Maha Dharna outside the Siddipet RDO office, with Telangana BJP chief Ramachander Rao and Medak MP Raghunandan Rao participating in the protest.
BJP targets Congress government over Bhu Bharati
Ramachander Rao alleged that the government’s policies concerning land records were causing unnecessary hardship to the public. He recalled that the Chief Minister and the Revenue Minister had acknowledged that mistakes had occurred, but accused the government of failing to correct them.
Comparing Bhu Bharati and Dharani, the Telangana BJP chief said that changing the name of the land records system had not changed the problems faced by ordinary people.
He alleged that whether it was the previous BRS government or the present Congress government, the policies concerning land remained problematic.
403 survey number becomes a major flashpoint
Ramachander Rao specifically raised the issue of Survey Number 403, alleging that while only two plots had disputes, thousands of plots were included in the 22A prohibited properties list.
He questioned how properties could be removed from the 22A list in certain cases while ordinary farmers continued to struggle to get their lands cleared.
He also referred to the presence of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s residence in the same survey number and questioned how it was allegedly removed from the 22A restrictions.
Ramachander Rao demanded that the government make public the applications and documents through which properties belonging to political leaders were removed from the 22A prohibited list.
BJP demands white paper on 22A prohibited list
The Telangana BJP chief demanded that the Congress government publish a white paper on the 22A prohibited list and conduct an independent investigation into the entire issue.
He alleged that poor farmers were approaching government offices repeatedly to protect their land rights and said the government must take immediate steps to address their grievances.
Ramachander Rao also accused the Congress government of following policies that were hurting farmers and poor landowners. He said the BJP would continue its fight for farmers and would even be prepared to face arrest in support of their demands.
He urged the Revanth Reddy government to take a decision on repealing 22A GO before the commencement of the Assembly session.
Raghunandan Rao attacks Congress over farmers’ land problems
Medak MP Raghunandan Rao also strongly criticised the Congress government, saying that the party had promised justice for farmers and poor people before coming to power.
However, he alleged that the condition of farmers and poor landowners had become worse after the Congress government assumed office.
Raghunandan Rao questioned the government’s approach to land sales and alleged that land was being treated as a source of revenue rather than as an asset belonging to farmers and ordinary citizens.
He said farmers facing problems with their land were being forced to make repeated visits to Tahsildar offices despite the government’s assurance that Bhu Bharati would resolve land-related difficulties.
Demand to disclose applications of CM and Revenue Minister
Raghunandan Rao demanded that the government make public the applications submitted by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy concerning their properties.
He questioned how certain lands were allegedly removed from the 22A prohibited list and why similar relief was not being provided to ordinary farmers.
The BJP MP also alleged that land-related irregularities were taking place in Siddipet district and raised concerns over properties allegedly being affected in the name of canals and irrigation projects.
BJP warns of Assembly protest
Raghunandan Rao issued a strong warning to the Telangana government over 22A GO.
He said that if the government failed to remove 22A GO by September 7, the BJP would intensify its agitation and lay siege to the Telangana Legislative Assembly.
The BJP’s latest protest has brought the contentious 22A prohibited list, Bhu Bharati land records system and farmers’ land rights back into the political spotlight in Telangana.
With the BJP demanding a white paper and an independent probe into 22A GO, the issue is likely to become a major political flashpoint during the upcoming Assembly proceedings.
