రైతుల పంట కొనుగోలు ఆలస్యం.. కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంపై హరీశ్రావు తీవ్ర విమర్శలు
రాష్ట్రంలో పంట కొనుగోలు ఆలస్యం, రైతుల సమస్యలు, మద్దతు ధర విషయంలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్యం వహిస్తోందని మాజీ మంత్రి, సిద్దిపేట ఎమ్మెల్యే తన్నీరు హరీశ్రావు తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా రైతులు ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్న పరిస్థితి, పంట కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాల లోపం పై ఆయన తీవ్రంగా స్పందించారు.
ఈరోజు సిద్దిపేట వ్యవసాయ మార్కెట్ యార్డ్ను సందర్శించిన హరీశ్రావుకు రైతులు తమ సమస్యలను వివరించారు. ముఖ్యంగా మొక్కజొన్న కొనుగోలు, పొద్దు తిరుగుడు పంట కొనుగోలు నాలుగు రోజులుగా నిలిచిపోయిందని రైతులు వాపోయారు. వెంటనే స్పందించిన హరీశ్రావు అధికారులతో ఫోన్లో మాట్లాడి పంట కొనుగోలు ప్రక్రియ వేగవంతం చేయాలని, రైతులకు న్యాయం చేయాలని ఆదేశించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా మాట్లాడుతూ, రాష్ట్రంలో రైతుల పంట కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాలు ప్రారంభించడంలో ఆలస్యం, మద్దతు ధర ఇవ్వకపోవడం, రైతుల నష్టాలు పెరగడం వంటి సమస్యలు తీవ్రంగా ఉన్నాయని పేర్కొన్నారు. నారాయణఖేడ్, ఆదిలాబాద్, నిజామాబాద్ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఇంకా మొక్కజొన్న కొనుగోలు కేంద్రాలు ప్రారంభించకపోవడం ప్రభుత్వ వైఫల్యమని విమర్శించారు.
రైతులు పండించిన పంటలకు సమయానికి పంట కొనుగోలు జరగకపోవడం వల్ల, వారు తక్కువ ధరకు అమ్ముకోవాల్సి వస్తోందని, దీంతో రైతుల ఆర్థిక నష్టాలు పెరుగుతున్నాయని తెలిపారు. సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డి రైతులకు పంట మార్పిడి చేయమని సూచిస్తున్నారని, కానీ పంట కొనుగోలు వ్యవస్థ లేకపోతే రైతులు ఎలా బతుకుతారు? అని ప్రశ్నించారు.
అదేవిధంగా, రాష్ట్రంలో చోటుచేసుకున్న వడగళ్ల వర్షాలు, పంట నష్టం, రైతుల నష్ట పరిహారం విషయంలో ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే స్పందించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. రైతులకు రైతు బంధు సాయం, పంట నష్ట పరిహారం, మద్దతు ధర చెల్లింపు వెంటనే ఇవ్వాలని కోరారు.
ఇక బీసీల విషయానికి వస్తే, కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం బీసీ డిక్లరేషన్, బీసీ సంక్షేమం, ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ విషయంలో మోసం చేసిందని ఆరోపించారు. బీసీ విద్యార్థుల ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్ విడుదల వెంటనే చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

Crop Procurement Crisis in Telangana Harish Rao Slams Govt
Amid a growing crop procurement crisis in Telangana, former minister and Siddipet MLA T. Harish Rao has strongly criticized the Revanth Reddy-led Congress government over crop procurement delays, farmers issues, and lack of MSP (Minimum Support Price) implementation.
Speaking during his visit to the Siddipet Agricultural Market Yard, Harish Rao highlighted that maize procurement and sunflower crop procurement have been stalled for the past four days. Farmers complained about severe crop procurement delays, forcing them into distress sales at low prices. He immediately contacted officials and demanded swift action to resume procurement operations and address farmers problems.
Harish Rao alleged that the Telangana Congress government is showing negligence towards farmers issues, leading to a deepening agriculture crisis. He questioned why procurement centers for maize procurement have not been opened in key districts like Narayankhed, Adilabad, and Nizamabad. He demanded the immediate start of crop procurement centers and proper implementation of Minimum Support Price (MSP) to prevent further farmers losses.
He emphasized that due to delays in crop procurement, farmers are forced to sell crops below MSP, worsening the ongoing farmers crisis in Telangana. Criticizing the government’s crop diversification advice, he said farmers are being encouraged to shift crops, but there is no proper procurement system to support them.
Raising concerns over recent crop loss due to hailstorms, Harish Rao demanded immediate compensation and financial relief for affected farmers. He also urged the government to release Rythu Bandhu scheme funds on time to support farmers during this agricultural crisis.
Further attacking the government, he accused it of neglecting backward classes under the BC welfare schemes and failing to deliver on promises made under the BC declaration. He demanded immediate release of fee reimbursement for BC students.
