మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు పార్లమెంట్లో 33% రిజర్వేషన్కు నాంది పలకనున్న మోదీ ప్రభుత్వం
పార్లమెంట్లో మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు (నారీ శక్తి వందనం బిల్లు) ప్రవేశపెట్టేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధమవుతోందని బీజేపీ మహబూబ్నగర్ ఎంపీ DK Aruna తెలిపారు. ప్రధానమంత్రి Narendra Modi ఈ నెల 16న పార్లమెంట్లో ఈ కీలక మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లును ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్నారని ఆమె వెల్లడించారు.

ఎన్నో ఏళ్లుగా ఎదురుచూస్తున్న మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు అమలులోకి వస్తే, దేశవ్యాప్తంగా మహిళలకు 33 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్ లభిస్తుందని డీకే అరుణ తెలిపారు. ఈ నారీ శక్తి వందనం బిల్లు మహిళా సాధికారతకు పెద్ద మైలురాయిగా మారుతుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.

మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు – కొత్త శకానికి నాంది
మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు కేవలం చట్టం కాదని, కోట్లాది మహిళల ఆశయమని డీకే అరుణ స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఈ నారీ శక్తి వందనం బిల్లు ఆమోదం పొందితే దేశ రాజకీయాల్లో కొత్త శకం ప్రారంభమవుతుందని తెలిపారు.
2029 ఎన్నికల్లోనే 33 శాతం మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ అమలు కావాలని ఆమె కోరారు. ప్రస్తుతం తెలంగాణ నుంచి కేవలం ఇద్దరు మహిళలు మాత్రమే పార్లమెంట్లో ఉన్నారని, ఈ మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు అమలైతే ఈ సంఖ్య గణనీయంగా పెరుగుతుందని పేర్కొన్నారు.
తెలంగాణలో మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ ప్రభావం
డీలిమిటేషన్ పూర్తయితే తెలంగాణ నుంచి సుమారు 9 మంది మహిళలు పార్లమెంట్లో ప్రాతినిధ్యం వహించే అవకాశం ఉంటుందని ఆమె తెలిపారు. అలాగే అసెంబ్లీ స్థానాలు 180కు పెరిగితే, దాదాపు 60 మంది మహిళలు అసెంబ్లీలోకి రావచ్చని వివరించారు.
ఈ మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు ద్వారా ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ మహిళలకు కూడా మంచి అవకాశాలు కలుగుతాయని చెప్పారు. మూడు టర్మ్ల వరకు ఈ రిజర్వేషన్లు కొనసాగుతాయని వెల్లడించారు.
మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు – మహిళా సాధికారతకు దారి
మహిళలు రాజకీయాల్లోకి రావడం అవసరమని డీకే అరుణ అన్నారు. ఒకప్పుడు వంటింటికే పరిమితమైన మహిళలు ఇప్పుడు అన్ని రంగాల్లో రాణిస్తున్నారని తెలిపారు. మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు అమలైతే రాజకీయాల్లో మహిళల భాగస్వామ్యం పెరిగి, దేశ అభివృద్ధికి తోడ్పడుతుందని చెప్పారు.
ఆర్థిక, విద్య, ఉపాధి రంగాల్లో మహిళలు తమ ప్రతిభను చూపగలరని, దేశాన్ని ప్రపంచ స్థాయికి తీసుకెళ్లడంలో కీలక పాత్ర పోషిస్తారని పేర్కొన్నారు.
అన్ని పార్టీలకు పిలుపు
ఈ నారీ శక్తి వందనం బిల్లు / మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లుకు పార్టీలకతీతంగా మద్దతు ఇవ్వాలని ఆమె సూచించారు. రాజకీయ లాభనష్టాలు పక్కనపెట్టి, మహిళల భవిష్యత్తును దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని ఈ మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లుకు మద్దతు ఇవ్వాలని కోరారు.

She further stated that the goal is to implement the 33 percent reservation for women in the 2029 elections. Currently, only two women represent Telangana in Parliament, but with the Women Reservation Bill, this number is expected to increase significantly.

If delimitation is completed, Telangana could see up to nine women MPs due to the Women Reservation Bill. Additionally, if assembly seats increase to 180, around 60 women MLAs could be elected under the 33 percent reservation for women provision.
The Women Reservation Bill will also create better opportunities for SC and ST women, ensuring inclusive growth and representation. DK Aruna clarified that these reservations will continue for three terms, making the Women Reservation Bill a long-term reform in Indian governance.
