వాహనదారులకు అలర్ట్.. ఉప్పల్ రింగ్ రోడ్ మూసివేత.. 3 నెలల పాటు ట్రాఫిక్ ఆంక్షలు
హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలోనే అత్యంత రద్దీగా ఉండే ప్రాంతాలలో ఒకటైన ఉప్పల్ జంక్షన్ మీదుగా ప్రయాణించే వాహనదారులకు అధికారులు ఒక ముఖ్యమైన హెచ్చరిక జారీ చేశారు. ఉప్పల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు పరిసరాల్లో తాత్కాలికంగా ట్రాఫిక్ ఆంక్షలు విధిస్తున్నట్లు మల్కాజ్గిరి మున్సిపల్ కార్పొరేషన్, నగర ట్రాఫిక్ పోలీసులు అధికారికంగా ప్రకటించారు. ఉప్పల్-నారపల్లి ఎలివేటెడ్ కారిడార్ ఫ్లైఓవర్ నిర్మాణ పనుల్లో భాగంగా, పిల్లర్ల నిర్మాణాన్ని వేగవంతం చేసేందుకు ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. ఈ ఆంక్షలు దాదాపు మూడు నెలల పాటు అమలులో ఉంటాయని అధికారులు స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఉప్పల్ రింగ్ రోడ్ నుంచి వరంగల్ వైపు వెళ్లే మార్గాన్ని పూర్తిగా మూసివేశారు.ప్రయాణికుల సౌకర్యార్థం జీహెచ్ఎంసీ కార్యాలయం పక్కనే ఉన్న వరంగల్, హన్మకొండ, యాదగిరిగుట్ట బస్టాప్ను తాత్కాలికంగా నల్లచెరువు కట్ట ప్రాంతానికి మార్చారు.
వరంగల్ నుంచి హైదరాబాద్ వచ్చే వాహనాలు.. మేఫేర్ హోటల్ దాటిన తర్వాత ‘ఉప్పల్ భగాయత్ లేఅవుట్’ మీదుగా నాగోల్ చేరుకోవాలి. అక్కడ సర్వీస్ రోడ్డు గుండా వెళ్లి, ఫ్లైఓవర్ కింద యూటర్న్ (U-Turn) తీసుకుని నగరంలోకి ప్రవేశించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
హైదరాబాద్ నుంచి వరంగల్ వెళ్లే వాహనాలు, సర్వే ఆఫ్ ఇండియా జంక్షన్ వద్ద పిస్తా హౌస్, బీరప్పగడ్డ మీదుగా జాతీయ రహదారి 163 (NH 163) కి చేరుకోవాలి.
పీర్జాదిగూడ నుంచి సికింద్రాబాద్ వెళ్లే వాహనాలు.. ఉప్పల్ జంక్షన్కు రాకుండా, లక్ష్మారెడ్డి కాలనీ మీదుగా ఉప్పల్ మెట్రో స్టేషన్ సమీపంలోని మాస్టర్ చెఫ్ రెస్టారెంట్ వద్దకు చేరుకుని అక్కడ యూటర్న్ తీసుకోవాలి.
భారీ వాహనాల (RTC బస్సులు, లారీలు, ట్రక్కులు) మళ్లింపు.. ఉప్పల్ భగాయత్ రోడ్డు చాలా ఇరుకైనది కావడంతో భారీ వాహనాలను ఆ మార్గంలో అనుమతించడం లేదు. వాటి కోసం ప్రత్యేక మార్గాలను కేటాయించారు
వరంగల్ నుంచి హైదరాబాద్ వచ్చే భారీ వాహనాలు.. ఘట్కేసర్ వద్దే ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్ (ORR) ఎక్కి, హయత్నగర్ లేదా పెద్ద అంబర్పేట మీదుగా ఎల్బీనగర్ చేరుకోవాలి.
సికింద్రాబాద్, రామంతాపూర్, హబ్సీగూడ నుంచి వరంగల్ వెళ్లే భారీ వాహనాలు.. నాచారం, మల్లాపూర్, ఐఓసీ (IOC) జంక్షన్, చెంగిచర్ల మీదుగా వరంగల్ హైవేకి వెళ్లాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

Uppal Traffic Restrictions Hyderabad for 3 Months Update
Authorities have issued an important traffic advisory for commuters traveling through Uppal Junction, one of the busiest areas in Hyderabad. The Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation and city traffic police have officially announced temporary traffic restrictions around the Uppal Ring Road area.
These restrictions are being implemented to speed up pillar construction works for the Uppal–Narapally Elevated Corridor Flyover project. Officials stated that the traffic diversions will remain in effect for nearly three months.
As part of the restrictions, the route from Uppal Ring Road towards Warangal has been completely closed.
For the convenience of passengers, the Warangal, Hanamkonda, and Yadagirigutta bus stop located beside the GHMC office has been temporarily shifted to the Nallacheruvu Katta area.
Traffic Diversions
Vehicles Coming from Warangal to Hyderabad
After crossing Mayfair Hotel, vehicles should proceed via Uppal Bhagayath Layout towards Nagole. From there, commuters must use the service road and take a U-turn beneath the flyover to enter the city.
Vehicles Traveling from Hyderabad to Warangal
Vehicles should take the route from Survey of India Junction via Pista House and Beerappa Gadda to reach National Highway 163 (NH 163).
Vehicles Traveling from Peerzadiguda to Secunderabad
Commuters are advised to avoid Uppal Junction and instead travel via Lakshmi Reddy Colony towards the Master Chef Restaurant near Uppal Metro Station, where they can take a U-turn.
Diversion for Heavy Vehicles (RTC Buses, Lorries, Trucks)
Since the Uppal Bhagayath Road is very narrow, heavy vehicles are not permitted on that route. Separate diversion routes have been arranged for them.
Heavy Vehicles Coming from Warangal to Hyderabad
Heavy vehicles must enter the Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Ghatkesar and proceed towards LB Nagar via Hayathnagar or Pedda Amberpet.
Heavy Vehicles Traveling from Secunderabad, Ramanthapur, and Habsiguda to Warangal
Heavy vehicles should travel via Nacharam, Mallapur, IOC Junction, and Chengicherla to reach the Warangal Highway.
