రేపటి నుంచి భూముల ధరల పెంపు: మంత్రి పొంగులేటి
మార్కెట్ వ్యాల్యూ ప్రకారం భూముల ధరలు శుక్రవారం నుంచి పెరుగుతాయని తెలంగాణ రెవెన్యూ శాఖ మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి వెల్లడించారు. భూముల ధరలు ఏరియాను బట్టి 50 నుంచి100 శాతం పెరుగుతాయని తెలిపారు. ప్రైమ్ ఏరియాలో 100 శాతం పెరుగుతాయన్నారు. గురువారం హైదరాబాద్లోని సచివాలయంలో మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి విలేకర్లతో మాట్లాడారు. భూముల వ్యాల్యూ పెరగటంతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి రూ.1200 నుంచి రూ.1400 కోట్ల మేర ఆదాయం వస్తుందని చెప్పారు. హయ్యర్ సైడ్ ఏరియాలు శేరిలింగంపల్లి, రాజేందర్ నగర్, ఖాజాగూడ తదితర ప్రాంతాల్లో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ ఛార్జీలు పెరగవన్నారు. ఆయా ప్రాంతాల్లో ఛార్జీలు పెంచే ఆలోచన ప్రభుత్వానికి లేదని తెలిపారు.
ఇక నుంచి సబ్ రిజిస్టర్లకు ఫుల్ పవర్స్ కట్ చేశామని.. వారికి మినిమమ్ పవర్స్ మాత్రమే ఉంటాయని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి వివరించారు. భూ సేకరణ సమయంలో ప్రభుత్వానికి కొంత నష్టం జరిగిందన్నారు. కానీ రైతులకు మాత్రం లాభం జరుగుతుందన్నారు. ఇన్నర్ సైడ్ ఎకరం కనీసం రూ.15 లక్షలు ఉందని చెప్పారు. లోయర్ సైడ్ ఏమైనా పొరపాటు జరిగితే మార్పులు చేర్పులు ఉంటాయని చెప్పారు. హయ్యర్ సైడ్ మాత్రం మార్పులు ఉండవన్నారు. సమస్యలు ఉంటే.. హెల్ప్ డెస్క్ ఫోన్ నెంబర్ ఏర్పాటు చేస్తామని పబ్లిక్కు ఆయన సూచించారు. త్వరలో తహసీల్దార్ల బదిలీలు ఉంటాయని చెప్పారు.
ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీని రద్దు చేసి అవకాశమే లేదని స్పష్టం చేశారు. రెవెన్యూ విషయంలో.. తెలంగాణను మిగతా రాష్ట్రాలు మోడల్గా తీసుకుంటున్నాయని గుర్తు చేశారు. ఏడాదిన్నరలో 90 శాతం గ్రామాల సర్వే పూర్తవుతుందని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు. రెవెన్యూలో అవినీతి లేకుండా చర్యలు చేపట్టామని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఆ క్రమంలోనే అవినీతి నిరోధక శాఖ (ఏసీబీ) ట్రాప్లు అధికంగా జరుగుతున్నాయని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
తాను వచ్చాక ఏసీబీ ట్రాప్ ఆయిన ఫైల్స్ అన్ని క్లియర్ చేశానని తెలిపారు. గత ప్రభుత్వంలో మూడేళ్లు రెవెన్యూ ఫైల్స్ పెండింగ్లో ఉన్నాయని గుర్తు చేశారు. కానీ తాను వచ్చిన మూడు నెలల్లోనే 3,500 రెవెన్యూ ఫైల్స్ క్లియర్ చేశానని వివరించారు. అసెంబ్లీలో పెండింగ్లో ఉన్న 10 ఏళ్ల ఫైల్స్ ఆరు నెలల్లోనే క్లియర్ చేసినట్లు చెప్పారు. తనకు ఏ శాఖ కేటాయించినా.. కళ్లు మూసుకొని పని చేస్తానని పేర్కొన్నారు.
ప్రజలకు, ప్రభుత్వానికి మంచి జరిగే ఏ పని చేయడానికైనా తాను భయపడనని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి శ్రీనివాసరెడ్డి కుండబద్దలు కొట్టారు. ఇప్పటి వరకు ఇందిరమ్మ ఇండ్లకు రూ. 7 వేల కోట్లు చెలించామని చెప్పారు. రాష్ట్రంలో పాడి ప్రోక్యూర్మెంట్ 90 శాతం పూర్తయిందన్నారు. అసైన్డ్ భూములకు పాలసీ తీసుక వస్తామని స్పష్టం చేశారు. గత బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వంలో అసైన్డ్ భూములకు రిజిస్ట్రేషన్లు జరిగినవని పేర్కొన్నారు. తమ ప్రభుత్వం వాటిని నిషేధిత జాబితా (ప్రొహిబిటెడ్ లిస్ట్)లో చేర్చిందని మంత్రి పొంగులేటి వివరించారు.

Telangana Land Prices to Increase from Friday: Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy
Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy announced that land registration values across Telangana will increase from Friday based on prevailing market rates. According to the minister, land values are expected to rise by 50% to 100% depending on the area, with prime locations witnessing increases of up to 100%.
Speaking to the media at the Secretariat in Hyderabad on Thursday, the minister stated that the revision in land values is expected to generate an additional ₹1,200 crore to ₹1,400 crore in revenue for the state government.
He clarified that registration charges will not be increased in high-value areas such as Serilingampally, Rajendranagar, and Khajaguda, despite the increase in market values.
The minister also announced administrative reforms, stating that full powers of Sub-Registrars have been curtailed and only limited powers will remain with them. He noted that while the government incurred some losses during land acquisition processes, farmers would benefit from the revised valuations. The minimum value for certain interior agricultural lands has been fixed at ₹15 lakh per acre.
Ponguleti stated that corrections would be made if any discrepancies are identified in lower-value categories, but higher-value classifications are unlikely to be revised. A dedicated help desk and phone support system will be established to address public grievances. He also indicated that transfers of Tahsildars will take place soon.
The minister firmly ruled out any possibility of cancelling the proposed Future City project. He emphasized that Telangana’s revenue administration model is being studied and adopted by other states. He expressed confidence that 90% of village land surveys across the state would be completed within the next 18 months.
Highlighting anti-corruption efforts, he said strict measures have been implemented to reduce corruption in the Revenue Department, resulting in an increase in Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) trap cases. He added that all files linked to ACB actions were cleared after he assumed office.
According to the minister, nearly 3,500 pending revenue files were cleared within three months of his tenure, compared to files that had remained pending for three years under the previous administration. He also stated that decade-old pending Assembly-related files were resolved within six months.
Ponguleti further said that the government has already spent ₹7,000 crore on the Indiramma Housing Scheme and that 90% of dairy procurement targets in the state have been achieved.
Regarding assigned lands, he announced that the government is preparing a new policy. He noted that registrations of assigned lands had taken place during the previous government, but the current administration has now included such lands in the prohibited list to prevent unauthorized transactions.
