నీట్ పేపర్ లీక్ కేసు.. మహిళను అదుపులోకి తీసుకున్న సీబీఐ..
నీట్ యూజీ-2026 పేపర్ లీక్ కేసులో సెంట్రల్ బ్యూరో ఆఫ్ ఇన్వెస్టిగేషన్ (సీబీఐ) అధికారులు దూకుడు పెంచారు. పేపర్ లీక్ ఘటనపై మంగళవారం కేసు నమోదు చేసిన సీబీఐ అధికారులు వరుసగా పలువురిని అదుపులోకి తీసుకుంటున్నారు. ఈరోజు (బుధవారం) ఉదయం రాజస్థాన్కు చెందిన మంగీలాల్, దినేశ్ను అదుపులోకి తీసుకోగా.. తాజాగా పుణెకు చెందిన ఓ మహిళను విచారణ నిమిత్తం తమ ఆధీనంలోకి తీసుకున్నారు.ఈ కేసుతో సదరు మహిళకు సంబంధం ఉందని అనుమానించిన పుణె పోలీసులు ఆమెను అదుపులోకి తీసుకుని సీబీఐకి అప్పగించారు. నిందితురాలిని బిబ్వేవాడి ప్రాంతంలో అరెస్టు చేసినట్లు పుణె పోలీస్ కమిషనర్ అమితేష్ కుమార్ తెలిపారు. తాము విచారించిన అనంతరం సీబీఐ అధికారులకు అప్పగించామని చెప్పారు. అయితే, ఈ కేసులో ఆమె కచ్చితమైన పాత్రను వివరించేందుకు కమిషనర్ నిరాకరించారు. కాగా, అండర్గ్రాడ్యుయేట్ మెడికల్ కోర్సుల్లో ప్రవేశాల కోసం ఈ నెల 3వ తేదీన పరీక్ష నిర్వహించారు. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 551 నగరాలు, విదేశాల్లోని 14 నగరాల్లో విద్యార్థులు నీట్ పరీక్ష రాశారు.
ఈ పరీక్ష రాసేందుకు 23 లక్షల మంది నమోదు చేసుకోగా, 96.92 శాతం మంది హాజరయ్యారు. పరీక్ష రద్దు కావడంతో 23 లక్షల మంది విద్యార్థుల్లో ఆందోళన నెలకొంది. మరోవైపు విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులు తీవ్ర ఆవేదనకు గురవుతున్నారు. పేపర్ లీక్ ఘటనపై పలు విద్యార్థి సంఘాలు మండిపడుతూ ఆందోళనకు దిగుతున్నాయి. విద్యార్థులకు న్యాయం చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నాయి.

Central Bureau of Investigation Intensifies Probe in NEET UG 2026 Paper Leak Case; Multiple Suspects Detained
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has intensified its probe into the NEET UG-2026 paper leak case. After registering a case on Tuesday, CBI officials have been taking several suspects into custody in connection with the leak.
On Wednesday morning, the CBI detained Mangilal and Dinesh from Rajasthan. Later, a woman from Pune was also taken into custody for questioning. Pune Police suspected her involvement in the case and detained her before handing her over to the CBI.
Pune Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar stated that the accused woman was arrested from the Bibwewadi area and was later transferred to the CBI after preliminary questioning. However, the commissioner refused to reveal her exact role in the case.
The NEET UG examination for admission into undergraduate medical courses was conducted on the 3rd of this month. The exam was held across 551 cities in India and 14 cities abroad.
Around 23 lakh students had registered for the examination, and 96.92% of them appeared for the test. Following reports of the paper leak and uncertainty over the examination, anxiety has spread among students and their parents. Several student organizations have strongly condemned the incident and launched protests, demanding justice for the students.
