జీహెచ్ఎంసీ అవినీతి పై కవిత సంచలన ఆరోపణలు.. రేవంత్ రెడ్డి లక్ష్యంగా విమర్శలు
తెలంగాణలో జీహెచ్ఎంసీ అవినీతి, హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధి, హెచ్ఎండీఏ భూముల అమ్మకం, రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం అంశాలపై తెలంగాణ జాగృతి అధ్యక్షురాలు కల్వకుంట్ల కవిత తీవ్ర ఆరోపణలు చేశారు. శుక్రవారం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడిన ఆమె, జీహెచ్ఎంసీ పరిధిలో అవినీతి తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో పెరిగిందని విమర్శించారు.
కవిత మాట్లాడుతూ, అనేక గ్రామాలు జీహెచ్ఎంసీ పరిధిలో కలిసినా సరైన హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధి జరగలేదని తెలిపారు. హెచ్ఎండీఏ (HMDA) పరిధిలో దాదాపు ₹35,000 కోట్ల విలువైన ప్రభుత్వ భూములను అమ్మకానికి పెట్టారని, కానీ ఆ నిధులు హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధికి వినియోగించలేదని ఆరోపించారు. ప్రస్తుతం హెచ్ఎండీఏకు చైర్మన్, వైస్ చైర్మన్గా ఉన్న రేవంత్ రెడ్డి బాధ్యత వహించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
నామినేషన్ కాంట్రాక్టులు – అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు
2017 నుంచి 2021 వరకు సుమారు ₹480 కోట్ల పనులను నామినేషన్ పద్ధతిలో కాంట్రాక్టులు ఇచ్చారని, అలాగే సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత మరో ₹1,140 కోట్ల కాంట్రాక్టులు అదే విధంగా ఇచ్చారని కవిత తెలిపారు. ఇది ఆర్థిక శాఖ నిబంధనలకు విరుద్ధం అని ఆమె విమర్శించారు.
టెండర్ విధానం ద్వారా చేస్తే ప్రభుత్వానికి ఎక్కువ ఆదాయం వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంటుందని, కానీ నామినేషన్ పద్ధతి వల్ల అవినీతి పెరుగుతోందని ఆమె పేర్కొన్నారు. దీంతో జీహెచ్ఎంసీ అవినీతి వ్యవస్థాగతంగా జరుగుతోందని ఆరోపించారు.
లేబర్ సమస్యలు, ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్ వివాదం
నర్సరీ డిపార్ట్మెంట్లో పని చేస్తున్న సుమారు 6,000 మంది స్కిల్డ్ లేబర్కు ₹23,800 జీతం ఇవ్వాల్సి ఉందని, కానీ అది అమలు కావడం లేదని కవిత అన్నారు. అలాగే ఔటర్ రింగ్ రోడ్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ విషయంలో ఒక కంపెనీపై సిట్ వేసి తరువాత ఎలాంటి చర్యలు తీసుకోలేదని ప్రశ్నించారు.
‘ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ’పై విమర్శలు
సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ప్రకటించిన ఫ్యూచర్ సిటీ ప్రాజెక్ట్ కూడా అవినీతి కోసం ఉపయోగపడుతోందని కవిత ఆరోపించారు. ప్లానింగ్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్పై సరైన పర్యవేక్షణ లేకుండా, కొందరి ప్రభావంతోనే నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకుంటున్నారని విమర్శించారు.
మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్లు, బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్లు
మహిళా బిల్లు అమలు కాకపోవడంతో దేశవ్యాప్తంగా మహిళలకు నష్టం జరిగిందని కవిత అన్నారు. 2027 జనగణన తర్వాత మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలని, అలాగే బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్లు వెంటనే అమలు చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
రాజకీయ వ్యాఖ్యలు
బీజేపీ ఎంపీ ధర్మపురి అరవింద్ పై కూడా కవిత విమర్శలు గుప్పించారు. ఆయనలో పురుష అహంకారం కనిపిస్తోందని, ప్రజలు ఆయన్ని మరిచిపోయారని వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.
కాలేశ్వరం ప్రాజెక్ట్పై స్పందన
కాలేశ్వరం ప్రాజెక్ట్ రిపేర్ నిర్ణయాన్ని స్వాగతించిన కవిత, అయితే అది కమీషన్ల కోసమే చేస్తున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం చేస్తున్న మోసాలను ఇతర రాష్ట్రాలకు తెలియజేయాలని తాము వీడియో విడుదల చేశామని చెప్పారు.

GHMC Corruption Allegations Kavitha Targets Revanth Reddy Over Hyderabad Development
GHMC corruption, Hyderabad development, HMDA land sale, and Telangana politics have come under sharp focus after Telangana Jagruti President Kalvakuntla Kavitha made serious allegations against the Revanth Reddy government.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Kavitha alleged that GHMC corruption is increasing despite several villages being merged into the GHMC limits. She criticized the lack of proper Hyderabad development, stating that the expected infrastructure growth has not materialized.
Kavitha further alleged that under the HMDA land sale, government lands worth nearly ₹35,000 crore were put up for sale. However, she claimed that the funds generated from the HMDA land sale were not utilized for Hyderabad development, raising serious concerns over GHMC corruption and governance in Telangana politics.
Nomination Contracts and GHMC Corruption
Highlighting irregularities, Kavitha stated that between 2017 and 2021, contracts worth ₹480 crore were awarded through the nomination method. After Revanth Reddy became Chief Minister, contracts worth ₹1,140 crore were again given using the same process.
She emphasized that such practices violate financial rules and contribute to GHMC corruption. According to her, if tenders are floated properly, the government could gain nearly 50% returns, but the nomination method eliminates transparency and increases GHMC corruption.
Labour Issues and ORR Controversy
Kavitha also pointed out that around 6,000 skilled workers in the nursery department are supposed to receive ₹23,800 salaries, but payments are not being properly implemented.
Raising questions about the Outer Ring Road (ORR) issue, she said that a SIT was formed against a company, but no further updates have been provided. She criticized the continuation of previous contracts in the ORR project under the current government.
‘Future City’ and Governance Concerns
Kavitha alleged that the Future City project is being promoted for corrupt practices rather than genuine Hyderabad development. She claimed that decisions in the planning department are being influenced by close aides rather than transparent governance, further fueling GHMC corruption concerns.
Women Reservation and Political Remarks
On national issues, Kavitha said the delay in implementing the Women’s Reservation Bill has affected women in 12 state elections. She suggested that reservations should be implemented after the 2027 census to ensure justice.
She also demanded the implementation of BC reservations and criticized BJP MP Dharmapuri Arvind, stating that people have already lost interest in him.
Kaleshwaram Project and Final Remarks
Kavitha welcomed the decision to repair the Kaleshwaram project but alleged that it is being done for commissions. She concluded by stating that her fight is for the people of Telangana and not driven by political pressure.
She also mentioned that videos highlighting the failures of the Congress government in Telangana politics have been released to inform people in other states like Kerala.
