బీసీలకు 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేసే వరకు ఉద్యమం ఆపేది లేదు: గుజ్జ సత్యం

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో గ్రామ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల నేపథ్యంలో బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ల (BC Reservations) అంశం మరోసారి తీవ్ర రాజకీయ చర్చకు దారి తీసింది. బీసీలకు రాజ్యాంగబద్ధంగా కల్పించాల్సిన హక్కులను ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా తగ్గిస్తూ, రాజకీయంగా అణచివేసే ప్రయత్నం జరుగుతోందని బీసీ జేఏసీ స్టేట్ కో-ఆర్డినేటర్, జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు గుజ్జ సత్యం తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
ఈనెల 25న విడుదలైన గ్రామ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికల షెడ్యూల్ను “బీసీలకు చీకటి రోజు – నమ్మక ద్రోహ దినం”గా ప్రకటిస్తూ, ఇది బీసీ సమాజంపై జరిగిన అన్యాయం అని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ల తగ్గింపుపై ఆవేదన
హైదరాబాద్లో మంగళవారం బీసీ జేఏసీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో నిర్వహించిన ముఖ్య సమావేశంలో, బీసీ జేఏసీ చైర్మన్ మరియు రాజ్యసభ సభ్యులు ఆర్ కృష్ణయ్యతో కలిసి మాట్లాడిన గుజ్జ సత్యం, రిజర్వేషన్ల తగ్గింపుపై గణాంకాలతో సహా తీవ్ర ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. రాష్ట్రంలో ఉన్న 12,760 గ్రామ పంచాయతీలలో 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేస్తే 5,300కు పైగా సర్పంచ్ స్థానాలు బీసీలకు దక్కేవని, కానీ ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితుల్లో కేవలం 18 శాతం మాత్రమే అమలు చేస్తూ దాదాపు 2,500 స్థానాలకు పరిమితం చేసినట్లు ఆయన తెలిపారు.
2019 గ్రామ పంచాయతీ ఎన్నికలతో పోలిస్తే, ఈసారి సుమారు 600 సర్పంచ్ స్థానాలను బీసీల నుంచి తొలగించారని ఆరోపించారు. ఇది కేవలం పరిపాలనా నిర్ణయం కాకుండా, రాజకీయ ఉద్దేశ్యంతో తీసుకున్న చర్యగా ఆయన అభివర్ణించారు.
జీవో నం. 46పై తీవ్ర విమర్శలు
“రోటేషన్” అనే పేరుతో తీసుకొచ్చిన జీవో నం. 46 ద్వారా బీసీలకు రావలసిన వందలాది గ్రామ పంచాయతీలను జనరల్ కేటగిరీకి మళ్లించారని గుజ్జ సత్యం విమర్శించారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని 30 మండలాల్లో ఒక్క బీసీ సర్పంచ్ స్థానం కూడా కేటాయించకపోవడం తీవ్ర అన్యాయమని, మరో 80 మండలాల్లో కేవలం ఒకటి లేదా రెండు స్థానాలకే పరిమితం చేయడం బీసీలను రాజకీయంగా పక్కనబెట్టే కుట్ర అని ఆయన మండిపడ్డారు.
ప్రభుత్వ హామీలపై ప్రశ్నలు
గతంలో అనేక సందర్భాల్లో 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేస్తామని కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం హామీ ఇచ్చినప్పటికీ, ఇప్పుడు ఆ హామీలను విస్మరించి ఎన్నికల షెడ్యూల్ విడుదల చేయడం పట్ల ఆయన తీవ్ర అసంతృప్తి వ్యక్తం చేశారు. బీసీ సమాజం నమ్మకాన్ని ద్రోహం చేసినట్టేనని పేర్కొన్నారు.
ఆందోళనల షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకటింపు
బీసీల హక్కుల సాధన కోసం రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా ఆందోళనలను మరింత ఉద్ధృతం చేయనున్నట్లు గుజ్జ సత్యం వెల్లడించారు. ఆందోళనల షెడ్యూల్ను కూడా ప్రకటించారు:
- నవంబర్ 29 నుంచి రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా రహదారుల దిగ్బంధనం
- డిసెంబర్ మొదటి వారంలో ఢిల్లీలో పార్లమెంట్ ముట్టడి
- 42% రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేసే వరకు ఉద్యమం కొనసాగింపు
పోరాటానికి పిలుపు
“కేంద్ర, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వాలు కలిసి బీసీల హక్కులను కుదించే కుట్ర చేస్తున్నాయి. ఈ అన్యాయానికి ఎదురు నిలిచి, రాజ్యాంగబద్ధ హక్కులను సాధించే వరకు ఉద్యమం ఆగదు” అని గుజ్జ సత్యం స్పష్టం చేశారు. ఎన్నికల షెడ్యూల్ విడుదలైనప్పటికీ, బీసీల హక్కుల కోసం పోరాటం మరింత తీవ్రంగా కొనసాగుతుందని ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చారు.

BC Reservations Shock in Telangana: “Betrayal Day” Sparks Fury

The issue of BC Reservations Telangana has once again sparked political tension as BC JAC State Coordinator and National Vice President of the National BC Welfare Association, Gujja Sathyam, strongly criticized the state government.
He alleged that the Telangana government has deliberately reduced BC reservations in the upcoming gram panchayat elections as part of a political conspiracy to suppress backward classes. He termed the release of the election schedule on November 25 as a “Black Day for BCs – Day of Betrayal.”
BC Reservations Telangana Controversy Intensifies
Speaking at a BC JAC meeting held in Hyderabad along with Chairman and Rajya Sabha MP R Krishnaiah, Gujja Sathyam expressed deep concern over the drastic cut in reservations.
He stated that if 42% BC reservations were implemented across 12,760 gram panchayats, more than 5,300 sarpanch posts would have been allocated to BCs. However, the government has limited reservations to just 18%, reducing the number to around 2,500 seats.
Compared to the 2019 elections, nearly 600 sarpanch posts have reportedly been taken away from BCs.
BC Reservations Telangana Reduced Due to GO 46
Gujja Sathyam alleged that under the guise of rotation, GO No. 46 diverted hundreds of panchayats meant for BCs into the general category.
- In 30 mandals, not even a single BC sarpanch seat was allocated
- In another 80 mandals, only 1 or 2 seats were given
He described this as a clear political conspiracy to weaken BC representation.
Congress Govt Accused of Breaking Promise on BC Reservations Telangana
Sathyam also targeted the Congress government for failing to fulfill its repeated promise of implementing 42% BC reservations.
He said releasing the election schedule without honoring this commitment is nothing short of a betrayal of BC communities.
Protest Plan Over BC Reservations Telangana Issue
Announcing a state-wide agitation, Gujja Sathyam revealed the protest schedule:
- From November 29: Road blockades across Telangana
- First week of December: Parliament siege in Delhi
- Protest will continue until 42% reservations are achieved
Fight Will Continue for BC Rights
“Both the central and state governments are conspiring against BCs. The ఉద్యమం (movement) will not stop until justice is delivered,” he asserted.
Despite the election schedule being announced, he made it clear that the agitation will intensify across the state.
