సత్య తెలంగాణ హైదరాబాద్ నవంబర్ 22: కామారెడ్డి బీసీ డిక్లరేషన్ ప్రకారం 42 శాతం బీసీ రిజర్వే షన్లు అమలు చేస్తామని రెండేండ్లుగా నమ్మబ లికిన కాంగ్రెస్ సర్కారు, చివరకు బీసీలను నట్టేట ముంచింది’ అని బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు గుజ్జ సత్యం అగ్రహం వ్యక్తంచేశారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభు త్వం జీవో46ను విడుదల చేసి ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ, బీసీలకు కలిపి మొత్తంగా 50 శాతంలోపే రిజ ర్వేషన్లను ఖరారు చేస్తూ స్థానిక ఎన్నికలకు మార్గదర్శకాలు ప్రకటించడం బీసీలను దగా చేయడమేనని ధ్వజమెత్తారు. జీవో 46ను ఉప సంహరించుకోవాలని లేకుంటే బీసీలంతా ఐక్య ఉద్యమాలకు సిద్ధమవుతామని హెచ్చరించారు. ప్రభుత్వం దిగిరాకుంటే బీసీ జేఏసీ చైర్మన్, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యులు ఆర్.కృష్ణయ్య నేతృత్వంలో భవిష్యత్తు కార్యచరణను రెండురోజుల్లో ప్రకటిస్తామని తేల్చి చెప్పారు. నిన్న జరిగిన మీడియా సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడుతూ హైకోర్టు గడువు కు ముందే, వాదనలు వినిపించకుండానే ప్ర భుత్వం ముందస్తుగా జీవో 46ను విడుదల చేసి బీసీ లకు తీవ్ర అన్యాయం చేసిందని గుజ్జ సత్యం మండిపడ్డారు. దీనికి కాంగ్రెస్ మూల్యం చెల్లించుకోక తప్పదని హెచ్చరించారు. సామా జిక-రాజకీయ పరిస్థితులను సమగ్రంగా అధ్యయనం చేయాల్సిన సమయంలో.. గదుల్లో కూర్చొని నివేదికలు సిద్ధం చేయడం ద్వారా బీసీలకు రాజకీయ అవకాశాలు దెబ్బ తీశారని విమర్శించారు. హెచ్చరించారు. 20న డెడికేటెడ్ కమిషన్ నివేదిక ఆధారంగా జీవో 46 నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకున్నట్టు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించిందని, మరి ఆ నివేదికకు క్యాబినెట్ ఆమోదం ఉన్నదా? అని ప్రశ్నించారు. గతంలో అదే కమిషన్ నివేదిక ఆధారంగా బిల్లులు రూపొందించి చట్టసభలు ఆమోదించగా, ఇప్పుడు మళ్లీ కొత్త నివేదిక అవసరంఎందుకు ఏర్పడింది? అని నిలదీశారు. 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయడం కోసం సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వంపై ఒత్తిడి తెచ్చేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని , రాష్ట్రంలోని అఖిలపక్షాల తరఫున బీసీ సంఘాల ప్రజాసంఘాల తరఫున ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోడీ ని కలిసేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని అన్నారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం సౌత్ ఇండియా సెక్రటరీ సూర్యనారాయణ, బీసీ సంఘం రాష్ట్ర నాయకులు మరపంగు వెంకన్న , జెల్ల నరేందర్ కర్నాటి లోకేష్ తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు

The controversy over BC reservations in Telangana has intensified once again. National BC Welfare Association Vice President Gujja Sathyam strongly criticized the Congress-led state government, accusing it of betraying the Backward Classes (BCs).
He alleged that the government had been promising for the past two years to implement 42% BC reservations as per the Kamareddy BC Declaration, but has now failed to fulfill that commitment. Instead, by issuing GO 46, the government has limited total reservations for SCs, STs, and BCs to below 50%, which he termed a major injustice to BC communities.
Sathyam demanded the immediate withdrawal of GO 46, warning that if the government does not reconsider its decision, BC communities across the state will launch united protests.
He further stated that if the government fails to respond, the BC Joint Action Committee (JAC), under the leadership of Chairman and Rajya Sabha MP R. Krishnaiah, will announce its future course of action within two days.
Speaking at a media conference, Sathyam criticized the government for issuing GO 46 even before the High Court deadline and without completing proper arguments. He accused the administration of causing serious harm to BC political opportunities by preparing reports without thorough ground-level study.
He questioned whether the Dedicated Commission report, which the government claims to have relied upon for GO 46, had received cabinet approval. He also asked why a new report was required when earlier legislation had already been passed based on the same commission’s findings.
Sathyam urged Chief Minister Revanth Reddy to exert pressure on the Central Government to ensure the implementation of 42% BC reservations. He also called for an all-party delegation, along with BC and public organizations, to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the issue.
Several leaders, including South India Secretary of the National BC Welfare Association Suryanarayana, state leaders Marapangu Venkanna, Jella Narendra, and Karnati Lokesh, participated in the meeting.
