పహల్గామ్ ఉగ్రదాడి.. ఎన్ఐఏ ఛార్జ్షీట్లో సంచలన విషయాలు..గత ఏడాది ఏప్రిల్ 22వ తేదీన జరిగిన పహల్గామ్ ఉగ్రదాడిపై నేషనల్ ఇంటెలిజెన్స్ ఏజెన్సీ (ఎన్ఐఏ) దాఖలు చేసిన ఛార్జ్షీట్లో సంచలన విషయాలు వెలుగులోకి వచ్చాయి. ఎన్ఐఏ దాఖలు చేసిన ఛార్జ్షీట్లోని వివరాల మేరకు.. 26 మందిని చంపడానికి ముందు ముగ్గురు ఉగ్రవాదులు చెట్టు కింద భోజనం చేశారు. తర్వాత పైన్ చెట్ల మధ్య నుంచి బయటకు వచ్చి.. మధ్యాహ్నం 2.23 గంటలకు పర్యాటకులపై కాల్పులకు తెగబడ్డారు. 25 మంది పర్యాటకులతో పాటు ఓ స్థానికుడిని చంపేశారు.అధికారులు పహల్గామ్ ఉగ్రదాడికి పాల్పడిన ముగ్గురు ఉగ్రవాదులను ఫైజల్ జట్, హబీబ్ తహిర్, హమ్జా అఫ్ఘానీలుగా గుర్తించారు. ఈ ఉగ్రదాడికి పాకిస్థాన్ నుంచే కుట్ర జరిగినట్లు ఎన్ఐఏ తేల్చింది. పహల్గామ్ ఉగ్రదాడి కోసం ప్లానింగ్, ఆర్థిక సాయం అందించటం, ప్లాన్ను అమలు చేయటంలో హఫీజ్ సయీద్ నేతృత్వంలోని లష్కర్ ఈ తోయిబా (ఎల్ఈటీ), హబీబుల్లా మాలిక్ నేతృత్వంలోని ది రెసిస్టెన్స్ ఫ్రంట్ (టీఆర్ఎఫ్) పాత్ర ఉన్నట్లు పేర్కొంది.
దాడికి ఒకరోజు ముందు.. అంటే ఏప్రిల్ 21వ తేదీన ముగ్గురు ఉగ్రవాదులు బైసరన్లోని స్థానికుడి ఇంటికి వెళ్లారు. ఆ స్థానికుడిని పర్వీజ్ అహ్మద్గా అధికారులు గుర్తించారు. పర్వీజ్ అహ్మద్ అధికారులతో ఏం చెప్పాడంటే.. ‘సాయంత్రం 5 గంటల ప్రాంతంలో నేను నా భార్య, కొడుకుతో గుడిసెలో కూర్చుని ఉన్నాను. ఆ సమయంలో ముగ్గురు అక్కడికి వచ్చారు. గుడిసె బయట ఉన్న నా మేనమామ బషీర్ అహ్మద్ జోతర్ లోపలికి వచ్చాడు. మమ్మల్ని నిశబ్దంగా ఉండమన్నాడు. కొద్దిసేపటి తర్వాత బయటకు వెళ్లాడు. చేతుల్లో గన్నులు ఉన్న ముగ్గురు ఉగ్రవాదులను లోపలికి తీసుకువచ్చాడు. వారు లోపలికి వచ్చి కూర్చున్నారు. తాగడానికి నీళ్లు అడిగారు. నీళ్లు ఇచ్చాను’..‘వారికి నీళ్లు ఇచ్చినందుకు అల్లా నాకు మంచి చేస్తాడని చెప్పారు. వారి భాషను బట్టి వారు కశ్మీరీ వ్యక్తులు కాదని గుర్తించాను. వారు తమ బ్యాగులు దాచమన్నారు. నేను దాచాను. వాళ్లు తాగడానికి టీ చేయమని నా భార్యను పురమాయించాను. వారు మా దగ్గరే రాత్రి భోజనం కూడా చేశారు. కొన్ని రొట్టెలు ప్యాక్ చేసుకున్నారు. పది గంటల సమయంలో అక్కడినుంచి వెళ్లిపోయారు’ అని చెప్పాడు. ఉగ్రవాదులకు సాయం చేసినందుకు పర్వీజ్తో పాటు అతడి మేనమామ బషీర్ జూన్ 22వ తేదీన అరెస్ట్ అయ్యారు.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has revealed shocking details in its chargesheet related to the Pahalgam terror attack that took place on April 22 last year. According to the chargesheet, the three terrorists had food under a tree before carrying out the deadly attack that killed 26 people. Later, they emerged from between the pine trees and opened fire on tourists at around 2:23 PM, killing 25 tourists and one local resident.
Officials identified the three terrorists involved in the Pahalgam terror attack as Faizal Jatt, Habib Tahir, and Hamza Afghani. The NIA stated that the conspiracy behind the attack was planned from Pakistan. The agency also mentioned that terror groups Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), led by Hafiz Saeed, and The Resistance Front (TRF), led by Habibullah Malik, played a key role in planning, funding, and executing the attack.
According to the investigation, a day before the attack, on April 21, the three terrorists visited the house of a local resident in Baisaran. Officials identified the local man as Parvez Ahmad. In his statement to authorities, Parvez said:
“At around 5 PM, I was sitting inside the hut with my wife and son when three men arrived. My uncle, Bashir Ahmad Jothar, who was outside the hut, came inside and asked us to remain silent. After a few minutes, he returned with three armed terrorists and brought them into the hut. They sat inside and asked for drinking water, which I gave them.”
Parvez further said, “They told me Allah would bless me for giving them water. From their language, I realized they were not Kashmiris. They asked me to hide their bags, and I did so. My wife was asked to prepare tea for them. They also had dinner at our house and packed some rotis before leaving around 10 PM.”
Parvez Ahmad and his uncle Bashir Ahmad were arrested on June 22 for allegedly helping the terrorists involved in the Pahalgam terror attack.
