తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసిన జీఓ నంబర్ 81, 85ల (VRA Issue) అమలులో కొనసాగుతున్న ఆలస్యం వల్ల వేలాది వీఆర్ఏల భవిష్యత్తు అనిశ్చితిలో పడిందని జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు గుజ్జ సత్యం విమర్శించారు. మిగిలిన 3797 మంది వీఆర్ఏలకు వెంటనే నియామక ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేయాలని డిమాండ్ చేస్తూ జంతర్ మంతర్ వేదికగా నిర్వహించిన ధర్నాకు ఆయన మద్దతు తెలుపుతూ మాట్లాడారు.
వీఆర్ఏ వ్యవస్థ పునర్వ్యవస్థీకరణలో భాగంగా ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన హామీలు ఇంకా పూర్తిగా అమలు కాలేదని ఆయన ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. జీఓ 81, 85ల ద్వారా ఉద్యోగ భద్రత కల్పిస్తామని ప్రకటించినప్పటికీ, ప్రాక్టికల్ స్థాయిలో అమలు నత్తనడకన సాగుతోందని పేర్కొన్నారు. దీని కారణంగా వేలాది కుటుంబాలు ఆర్థికంగా ఇబ్బందులు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నాయని చెప్పారు.
ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్రంలో వీఆర్ఏల సమస్య రాజకీయ, పరిపాలనా స్థాయిల్లో చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారిన నేపథ్యంలో, కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ జోక్యం అవసరమని గుజ్జ సత్యం అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు. ముఖ్యంగా సామాజికంగా వెనుకబడిన వర్గాలకు చెందిన వీఆర్ఏలు అధికంగా ఉండటం వల్ల ఈ సమస్య సామాజిక న్యాయం కోణంలో కూడా ప్రాముఖ్యత సంతరించుకుందని తెలిపారు.
అంతేకాకుండా, గతంలో పలుమార్లు ఆందోళనలు చేపట్టినా ప్రభుత్వం నుండి స్పష్టమైన టైమ్లైన్ ప్రకటించకపోవడం బాధాకరమని విమర్శించారు. వీఆర్ఏల సేవలను వినియోగించుకున్న ప్రభుత్వం, ఇప్పుడు వారి భవిష్యత్తుపై నిర్లక్ష్యం ప్రదర్శిస్తోందని ఆరోపించారు.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో వెంటనే మిగిలిన 3797 మంది వీఆర్ఏలకు నియామక ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసి, జీఓ 81, 85లను పూర్తిస్థాయిలో అమలు చేయాలని, లేనిపక్షంలో రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా మరింత విస్తృతమైన ఆందోళనలకు సిద్ధమవుతామని గుజ్జ సత్యం హెచ్చరించారు.

National BC Welfare Association Vice President Gujja Sathyam has strongly criticized the delay in implementing GO No. 81 and 85 issued by the Telangana government. He stated that thousands of Village Revenue Assistants (VRAs) are facing an uncertain future due to prolonged delays.
Speaking at a protest held at Jantar Mantar, he demanded the immediate issuance of appointment orders for the remaining 3,797 VRAs.
