హైదరాబాద్‌, అక్టోబరు 7: తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో నేతల ఆస్తులు, కుటుంబ ఆస్తులు, భూముల లావాదేవీలు, వ్యాపార ప్రయోజనాలపై వస్తున్న వేల కోట్ల ఆరోపణలకు ఇకనైనా తెరపడాలని జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షులు, BC JAC స్టేట్ కోఆర్డినేటర్ గుజ్జ సత్యం డిమాండ్ చేశారు. రాజకీయ పార్టీల మధ్య పరస్పర ఆరోపణలు, సవాళ్లతో సమస్యకు పరిష్కారం లభించదని, తెలంగాణ రాజకీయ నేతల ఆస్తులపై స్వతంత్ర న్యాయ విచారణ జరిపి వాస్తవాలను ప్రజల ముందుంచాలని ఆయన కోరారు.

ఇటీవల తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి కుటుంబ ఆస్తులు, కేసీఆర్ కుటుంబ ఆస్తులు, కేటీఆర్ ఆస్తులు, భూముల లావాదేవీలు, వ్యాపార సంస్థలపై అధికార కాంగ్రెస్‌, ప్రధాన ప్రతిపక్షం బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ నేతల మధ్య తీవ్రస్థాయిలో ఆరోపణలు, ప్రత్యారోపణలు కొనసాగుతున్నాయి. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో బీజేపీ ఎంపీ రఘునందన్‌రావు సైతం తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు ప్రధాన న్యాయమూర్తిని ఆశ్రయించి ఆయా ఆరోపణలపై సిట్టింగ్‌ జడ్జితో స్వతంత్ర విచారణ జరపాలని కోరినట్లు తాజా నివేదికలు వెల్లడిస్తున్నాయి. రాజకీయ సవాళ్లతో నిజం బయటపడదు

“వేల కోట్ల ఆస్తులు ఉన్నాయి.. వేల కోట్ల అవినీతి జరిగింది” అంటూ రాజకీయ నేతలు ఒకరిపై ఒకరు ఆరోపణలు చేసుకోవడం ద్వారా ప్రజలకు అసలు వాస్తవాలు తెలియవని గుజ్జ సత్యం అన్నారు.

ఆరోపణలు నిజమైతే వాటికి పత్రాలు, రికార్డులు, లావాదేవీలు, చట్టబద్ధమైన ఆధారాలు ఉండాలని పేర్కొన్నారు. ఆరోపణలు తప్పయితే వాటిని కూడా అదే స్థాయిలో అధికారిక రికార్డుల ద్వారా తేల్చాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.

“రాజకీయ సవాళ్లు కాదు.. స్వతంత్ర విచారణ కావాలి. నిజం ఏదైనా ప్రజల ముందుకు రావాలి” అని గుజ్జ సత్యం స్పష్టం చేశారు.

ఎన్నికల అఫిడవిట్లతో ఆస్తులను పోల్చాలి

రాజకీయ నాయకులు ఎన్నికల సమయంలో సమర్పించే ఎన్నికల అఫిడవిట్లు కీలక ఆధారాలని గుజ్జ సత్యం పేర్కొన్నారు. ఎన్నికల అఫిడవిట్లలో ప్రకటించిన ఆస్తులు, అప్పులు, పెట్టుబడులు, కంపెనీల వివరాలను ప్రస్తుత ఆస్తులతో పోల్చి చూడాలని సూచించారు.

భూముల ఆరోపణలపై సమగ్ర విచారణ అవసరం

తెలంగాణలో భూముల వివాదాలు, రాజకీయ నేతల ఆస్తులు ప్రస్తుతం రాష్ట్ర రాజకీయాల్లో ప్రధాన చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారాయి. మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్‌, బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ నేతల భూములపై ప్రభుత్వం ఇప్పటికే విచారణ కమిటీని ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విషయం కూడా తాజా పరిణామాల్లో భాగంగా ఉంది. సెప్టెంబర్‌లో ఏర్పాటు చేసిన కమిటీకి ప్రభుత్వ శాఖలు, కలెక్టర్లు, స్థానిక సంస్థలు తదితరుల నుంచి రికార్డులు, పత్రాలు, సమాచారాన్ని కోరే అధికారాలు ఇచ్చినట్లు The New Indian Express నివేదించింది.

మరోవైపు ఎర్రవల్లి ప్రాంతంలో భూముల రికార్డుల్లో వ్యత్యాసాలపై కూడా ప్రభుత్వం విచారణకు ఆదేశించినట్లు Indian Express తాజాగా పేర్కొంది.

ఈ పరిణామాల నేపథ్యంలో రాజకీయ నేతల ఆస్తులపై వస్తున్న ప్రతి ఆరోపణను రాజకీయ కోణంలో కాకుండా రికార్డుల ఆధారంగా పరిశీలించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని గుజ్జ సత్యం అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.

కాంగ్రెస్‌–బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ఆస్తుల యుద్ధానికి ఫుల్‌స్టాప్‌ ఎప్పుడు?

ప్రస్తుతం కాంగ్రెస్‌ వర్సెస్‌ బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ ఆస్తుల వివాదం తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో వేడిని పెంచుతోంది. ఒకవైపు కేసీఆర్‌ కుటుంబం భారీగా ఆస్తులు కూడబెట్టిందని కాంగ్రెస్‌ నేతలు ఆరోపిస్తుండగా, మరోవైపు సీఎం రేవంత్‌రెడ్డి కుటుంబ ఆస్తులు, వ్యాపార వ్యవహారాలపై బీఆర్‌ఎస్‌ నేతలు తీవ్ర ఆరోపణలు చేస్తున్నారు. ఈ ఆరోపణలకు రాజకీయంగా ఇరు వర్గాలు తమ తమ వివరణలు ఇస్తున్నాయి.

అయితే ఆరోపణలు–ప్రత్యారోపణలు కొనసాగడం వల్ల ప్రజలకు వాస్తవం తెలియదని గుజ్జ సత్యం అన్నారు.

“ఎవరు తప్పు చేశారు? ఎవరి ఆస్తులు చట్టబద్ధమైనవి? ఎవరి ఆస్తుల్లో అక్రమాలు జరిగాయి? ఎవరి ఆస్తులు ఎన్నికల అఫిడవిట్లలో చూపించిన వివరాలకు భిన్నంగా ఉన్నాయి?” అనే ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానం రావాలంటే స్వతంత్ర విచారణ ఒక్కటే మార్గమని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.

సిట్టింగ్‌ జడ్జితో విచారణ జరపాలి

ఈ మొత్తం వ్యవహారంపై తెలంగాణ హైకోర్టు సిట్టింగ్‌ జడ్జి ఆధ్వర్యంలో స్వతంత్ర విచారణ కమిషన్‌ లేదా తగిన న్యాయపరమైన విచారణ చేపట్టాలని గుజ్జ సత్యం డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

విచారణకు స్పష్టమైన పరిధిని నిర్ణయించి, అవసరమైన అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల నుంచి రికార్డులను సేకరించాలని కోరారు. అవసరమైతే సంబంధిత వ్యక్తుల నుంచి వివరణలు తీసుకుని, ఆస్తుల మూలాలు, భూముల కొనుగోళ్లు, కంపెనీల లావాదేవీలు, ప్రభుత్వ నిర్ణయాలు అన్నింటినీ పరిశీలించాలని సూచించారు.

తప్పు చేసినవారిపై చట్టపరమైన చర్యలు

విచారణలో ఆరోపణలు నిరాధారమని తేలితే సంబంధిత వ్యక్తులకు స్పష్టమైన క్లీన్‌చిట్‌ ఇవ్వాలని, అదే సమయంలో అక్రమ ఆస్తులు, అక్రమ భూదందాలు లేదా చట్టవిరుద్ధ లావాదేవీలు నిజమని తేలితే బాధ్యులపై చట్ట ప్రకారం కఠిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని గుజ్జ సత్యం అన్నారు.

“వ్యక్తులు, పార్టీలు, పదవులు చూసి విచారణ ఉండకూడదు. అధికారంలో ఉన్నా.. ప్రతిపక్షంలో ఉన్నా.. అందరికీ ఒకే చట్టం వర్తించాలి. నిజం బయటకు రావడమే ప్రజాస్వామ్యానికి మేలు” అని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.

ప్రజలకు వాస్తవాలు తెలియాలి

తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో ఆస్తుల ఆరోపణలు, భూవివాదాలు, వేల కోట్ల అవినీతి ఆరోపణలు ఎన్నికల రాజకీయాల్లో భాగంగా మారకూడదని గుజ్జ సత్యం అన్నారు. ప్రజా ప్రతినిధుల ఆస్తుల విషయంలో పారదర్శకత అత్యంత కీలకమని పేర్కొన్నారు.

“నిజం తేలాలి.. తప్పు చేసినవారిపై చట్టం తన పని తాను చేయాలి. నిర్దోషులపై ఆరోపణలు చేస్తే అది కూడా బయటపడాలి. కానీ వేల కోట్ల ఆరోపణలు సంవత్సరాల తరబడి రాజకీయ ప్రచారంగా మాత్రమే మిగిలిపోకూడదు” అని గుజ్జ సత్యం స్పష్టం చేశారు.

Thousands of Crores in Allegations “Truth Must Come Out,” Says Gujja Sathyam

Hyderabad, October 7: Allegations concerning the assets, properties and land transactions of families of prominent political leaders in Telangana have reached a point where they can no longer remain merely a subject of political accusations and counter-accusations, said Gujja Sathyam, National Vice President of the National BC Welfare Association and State Coordinator of BC JAC.

Calling for transparency and an independent investigation, Gujja Sathyam demanded that a sitting judge of the Telangana High Court conduct a comprehensive judicial inquiry into the allegations surrounding the assets and land dealings of political leaders and their families.

Telangana Political Leaders’ Assets Need Independent Probe

According to Gujja Sathyam, the allegations involving Telangana political leaders’ assets, land transactions and family properties should not be settled through political challenges or public statements.

He said the only way to establish the truth is through an independent judicial inquiry supported by official records and documentary evidence.

“Political challenges will not establish the truth. An independent investigation by a sitting High Court judge is necessary to determine the facts,” Gujja Sathyam said.

The demand comes amid continuing political debates in Telangana over the assets of political leaders, land transactions, family properties and alleged financial irregularities.

Verify Election Affidavits and Property Records

Gujja Sathyam stressed that the investigation should begin with the election affidavits submitted by political leaders and compare the assets declared in those affidavits with subsequent property acquisitions and transactions.

He called for a comprehensive examination of:

• Election affidavits of political leaders
• Revenue department records
• Registration department records
• Land purchase and sale transactions
• Company ownership and directorship details
• Shareholding and business interests
• Property held by family members
• Government land allocations and transactions
• Relevant financial and tax records
• Transactions involving associated companies and entities

Such an exercise, he said, would help establish whether the assets of Telangana political leaders correspond with their publicly declared sources of income and official records.

Land Transactions Should Be Examined

The issue of land deals in Telangana has become an increasingly important political topic, with allegations and counter-allegations being levelled by different political groups.

Gujja Sathyam said allegations involving land should not be treated as established facts until an authorised investigation verifies them.

“At the same time, allegations involving thousands of crores cannot simply be dismissed as political statements. If there is documentary evidence, it should be examined by an independent authority,” he said.

He demanded that the proposed investigation examine the complete chain of land transactions, including ownership history, registration documents, consideration paid, transfers and the identities of the parties involved.

Truth Behind Thousands of Crores in Allegations Must Be Established

The thousands of crores in allegations in Telangana politics have generated considerable public interest. However, according to Gujja Sathyam, people deserve facts rather than political rhetoric.

He said an impartial investigation should determine:

Who owns the properties? How were the properties acquired? Were the transactions legally registered? Were the assets properly disclosed in election affidavits? Are there discrepancies between declared and actual assets?

Answers to these questions, he said, should come through official records and a transparent investigation rather than political statements.

No Political Favouritism in Asset Investigation

Gujja Sathyam further demanded that any investigation into political leaders’ assets in Telangana should be completely independent and free from political influence.

According to him, the investigation should apply the same standards to leaders belonging to the ruling party, opposition parties and other political organisations.

“No individual should be targeted because of political differences. At the same time, no individual should be protected because of political power. The same law must apply to everyone,” he said.

Wrongdoing Must Face Legal Action

Gujja Sathyam said that if the investigation establishes any illegal acquisition of property, undisclosed assets, irregular land transactions or other violations, strict action should be taken according to law.

At the same time, if allegations are found to be baseless, the investigation should make the facts public and put an end to politically motivated accusations.

He emphasised that the objective should not be to target any political leader but to establish the truth through an impartial process.

“Truth Must Come Out”

Gujja Sathyam said transparency in the assets of elected representatives is essential for public confidence in democracy.

“The truth must come out. If anyone has committed wrongdoing, the law must take its course. If the allegations are false, that truth must also be placed before the public. Political allegations involving thousands of crores should not remain unresolved for years,” he said.

He reiterated his demand for an independent probe by a sitting High Court judge, covering election affidavits, revenue and registration records, company details and land transactions.
