సామాజిక న్యాయం మాటల్లో కాదు .. బడ్జెట్లో చూపాలి: గుజ్జ సత్యం

హైదరాబాద్, ఫిబ్రవరి 1: రానున్న తెలంగాణ బడ్జెట్ 2026–27లో (Telangana Budget 2026)వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల (బీసీలు) అభివృద్ధికి కనీసం ₹30,000 కోట్లు ప్రత్యేకంగా కేటాయించాలని జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షులు గుజ్జ సత్యం ప్రభుత్వాన్ని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. బీసీల జనాభా శాతానికి అనుగుణంగా నిధులు, పథకాలు ఉండాలని ఆయన స్పష్టం చేశారు.
మీడియా సమావేశంలో ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ, “రాష్ట్రంలో బీసీలు పెద్ద శాతం ఉన్నప్పటికీ, బడ్జెట్ కేటాయింపుల్లో సరైన ప్రతిఫలం కనిపించడం లేదు. సంక్షేమం పేరుతో చిన్నచిన్న పథకాలు కాకుండా, స్థిరమైన ఆర్థిక స్వావలంబనకు దోహదపడే విధంగా కార్పొరేషన్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి వడ్డీ రహిత రుణాలు ఇవ్వాలి” అని కోరారు.
బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్ల ద్వారా యువతకు స్వయం ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు, మహిళలకు సూక్ష్మ వ్యాపారాల ప్రోత్సాహం, కళాకారులు–చేతివృత్తిదారులకు పరికరాల సబ్సిడీలు, రైతులకు అనుబంధ వృత్తులకు ఆర్థిక సహాయం కల్పించాలని ఆయన సూచించారు. ప్రతి జిల్లాలో బీసీ కార్పొరేషన్ కార్యాలయాలు ఏర్పాటు చేసి, పారదర్శకంగా రుణాల పంపిణీ చేయాలని అన్నారు.
ఇటీవలి కాలంలో కులగణన, సామాజిక న్యాయం అంశాలు జాతీయ స్థాయిలో చర్చనీయాంశాలవుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం ముందడుగు వేసి బీసీలకు న్యాయమైన వాటా కల్పించాల్సిన బాధ్యత ఉందని గుజ్జ సత్యం పేర్కొన్నారు. కులగణన ఆధారంగా డేటా సేకరించి, బడ్జెట్ కేటాయింపులు చేయడం వల్లే సమగ్ర అభివృద్ధి సాధ్యమవుతుందని అన్నారు.
విద్య, ఆరోగ్యం, ఉపాధి, నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి, మార్కెట్ లింకేజీలకు ప్రత్యేక పథకాలు ప్రవేశపెట్టాలని, బీసీ హాస్టళ్లు, గురుకులాలు, నైపుణ్య శిక్షణ కేంద్రాలను బలోపేతం చేయాలని సూచించారు. బీసీ విద్యార్థులకు ఉన్నత విద్యలో స్కాలర్షిప్లు, విదేశీ విద్య సహాయం విస్తరించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.
“సామాజిక న్యాయం మాటల్లో కాదు, బడ్జెట్ కేటాయింపుల్లో కనిపించాలి. బీసీల అభ్యున్నతి రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థకు బలాన్నిస్తుంది” అని గుజ్జ సత్యం స్పష్టం చేశారు.రానున్న బడ్జెట్లో ప్రభుత్వం ఈ డిమాండ్లను పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని స్పష్టమైన కేటాయింపులు చేయాలని ఆయన విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు.

Telangana Budget 2026: Gujja Sathyam Demands ₹30,000 Crore Allocation for BC Welfare
Hyderabad, February 1: Ahead of the Telangana Budget 2026, senior BC leader Gujja Sathyam has urged the state government to allocate at least ₹30,000 crore for the welfare and development of Backward Classes (BCs). Highlighting the need for proportional funding based on population, he stressed that BC Welfare Telangana must reflect in concrete budgetary commitments.
Addressing a press conference, Sathyam said that despite BCs forming a significant portion of the population, the current allocations under Backward Classes Welfare Telangana remain inadequate. He called for a BC Budget Allocation 30000 Crores to ensure long-term economic empowerment rather than limited welfare schemes.
Under the Gujja Sathyam BC Demand, he proposed strengthening BC Corporations Telangana to provide Interest Free Loans BC Telangana, enabling sustainable livelihoods. He emphasized the need to promote BC Youth Self Employment Telangana, support women entrepreneurs through micro-business initiatives, and provide subsidies for artisans and traditional workers.
Sathyam also recommended expanding Telangana BC Development Funds through transparent mechanisms, including setting up BC corporation offices in every district to ensure fair and efficient loan distribution.
Referring to the growing national debate on caste-based data, he highlighted the importance of a Telangana Caste Census BC to guide equitable policy decisions. He said that only data-driven planning can ensure Social Justice Telangana Budget and inclusive growth.
In addition, he called for strengthening education and skill initiatives such as BC Gurukulam Hostels Telangana, enhanced BC Scholarships Telangana, and expanded BC Skill Development Telangana programs. He also stressed the need for better healthcare, employment opportunities, and market linkages for BC communities.
“Social justice should not remain in words but must be visible in budget allocations. The progress of BCs will strengthen the state’s economy,” Sathyam stated, urging the government to incorporate these demands into the upcoming Telangana Government BC Policies.
