తెలంగాణ బార్ కౌన్సిల్ ఎన్నికల్లో బీసీ అభ్యర్థులను గెలిపించాలి: గుజ్జ సత్యం
హైదరాబాద్, జనవరి 28: జనవరి 30న జరగనున్న తెలంగాణ బార్ కౌన్సిల్ ఎన్నికలు సామాజిక న్యాయం(Bar Council Elections), సమాన ప్రతినిధిత్వానికి కీలక పరీక్షగా మారాయని జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షులు గుజ్జ సత్యం వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో మెజారిటీ జనాభా కలిగిన బీసీ వర్గాలకు న్యాయవ్యవస్థలో తగిన ప్రాతినిధ్యం లేకపోవడం తీవ్రమైన అన్యాయమని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
తెలంగాణలో బీసీలు సుమారు 50 శాతానికి పైగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ, బార్ కౌన్సిల్ వంటి కీలక న్యాయసంస్థల్లో వారి ప్రాతినిధ్యం పరిమితంగానే ఉందని ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ప్రజల హక్కుల పరిరక్షణకు కేంద్రబిందువైన న్యాయవ్యవస్థలోనే బీసీల స్వరం బలహీనంగా ఉండటం ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువలకు విఘాతం కలిగిస్తున్నదని తెలిపారు.
బార్ కౌన్సిల్ ఎన్నికల్లో గెలిచే సభ్యులు న్యాయవాదుల సంక్షేమం, న్యాయవ్యవస్థలో సంస్కరణలు, యువ న్యాయవాదుల భవిష్యత్తు వంటి కీలక అంశాలపై నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకునే బాధ్యత వహిస్తారని గుర్తు చేశారు. ఈ బాధ్యతాయుతమైన స్థానాల్లో సామాజిక వాస్తవాలను అర్థం చేసుకున్న బీసీ అభ్యర్థులు ఉండాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా అనేక మంది యువ బీసీ న్యాయవాదులు ఆర్థిక ఇబ్బందులు, సీనియారిటీ పేరుతో వివక్ష, వృత్తిలో నిలదొక్కుకోవడంలో అడ్డంకులు, అవకాశాల కొరత వంటి సమస్యలను ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారని గుజ్జ సత్యం తెలిపారు. ఈ సమస్యలపై గళమెత్తి మాట్లాడగలిగే నాయకత్వం బీసీ వర్గాల నుంచే రావాలని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో జనవరి 30న జరిగే తెలంగాణ బార్ కౌన్సిల్ ఎన్నికల్లో రాష్ట్రంలోని న్యాయవాదులు సామాజిక బాధ్యతతో ఆలోచించి బీసీ అభ్యర్థులను గెలిపించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని ఆయన విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. ఇది వ్యక్తిగత విజయంగా కాకుండా, సామాజిక న్యాయం మరియు సమానత్వం దిశగా ఒక కీలక అడుగుగా చరిత్రలో నిలుస్తుందని అన్నారు.

Hyderabad, January 28: The upcoming Telangana Bar Council Elections 2026 scheduled for January 30 have emerged as a crucial test for social justice in Telangana Bar Council and equal representation, said BC Welfare Association Telangana national vice president Gujja Sathyam.
In his Gujja Sathyam BC statement, he highlighted that despite Backward Classes (BCs) constituting over 50% of the population, BC representation in judiciary Telangana remains significantly low. This imbalance, he noted, raises serious concerns about equal representation in legal system India and weakens democratic values.
Addressing Telangana lawyers election news, Sathyam emphasized that the elected members of the Bar Council play a key role in shaping legal reforms Telangana Bar Council, safeguarding lawyers’ welfare, and addressing young lawyers issues Telangana. Therefore, he stressed the importance of electing BC candidates Bar Council elections who understand ground realities and social inequalities.
