మోడీ నాయకత్వంలోనే బీసీలకు రాజకీయ న్యాయం సాధ్యం: ఆర్. కృష్ణయ్య

న్యూఢిల్లీ, మార్చి 30: బీసీలకు చట్టసభల్లో జనాభా ప్రాతిపదికన రాజకీయ రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించాలన్న(OBC Political Reservations) డిమాండ్తో జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఢిల్లీలోని తెలంగాణ భవన్లో నిర్వహించిన జాతీయ ఓబీసీ సెమినార్లో కీలక తీర్మానాలు ఆమోదించారు.
సెమినార్కు జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం వర్కింగ్ ప్రెసిడెంట్ డా. ర్యాగ అరుణ్ కుమార్ అధ్యక్షత వహించగా, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యుడు, జాతీయ అధ్యక్షుడు ఆర్. కృష్ణయ్య ముఖ్య అతిథిగా పాల్గొన్నారు. దేశంలోని పలు రాష్ట్రాలకు చెందిన దాదాపు 20 మంది ఎంపీలు హాజరయ్యారు. పార్లమెంట్ సభ్యులు బీద మస్తాన్రావు, నాగరాజు, లక్ష్మీనారాయణ, వద్దిరాజు రామచంద్ర రాజు, అప్పలనాయుడు, నిరంజన్, సుభాష్ మహేష్ యాదవ్, ప్రసాద్, పి. సత్యనారాయణ, మాజీ ఎంపీ సిహెచ్ హనుమంతరావు, జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు గుజ్జ సత్యం పాల్గొని ప్రసంగించారు. తెలంగాణ, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్, ఒడిశా, కర్ణాటక, తమిళనాడు రాష్ట్రాల నుంచి బీసీ ప్రతినిధులు హాజరయ్యారు.
ఆర్. కృష్ణయ్య మాట్లాడుతూ దేశానికి స్వాతంత్య్రం వచ్చి 78 సంవత్సరాలు గడిచినా బీసీలకు రాజకీయంగా తగిన ప్రాతినిధ్యం లభించకపోవడం తీవ్ర అన్యాయం అని ఆర్. కృష్ణయ్య పేర్కొన్నారు.
“మోడీ నాయకత్వంలోనే బీసీలకు చారిత్రాత్మక న్యాయం సాధ్యమవుతుంది. పార్లమెంట్లో బీసీ బిల్లు పెట్టి, అసెంబ్లీ–పార్లమెంట్ ఎన్నికల్లో జనాభా ప్రాతిపదికన రిజర్వేషన్లు కల్పించాలి” అని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
కులగణన నిర్ణయం దేశ చరిత్రలో కీలక మలుపు అని పేర్కొంటూ, “సంఖ్య ఆధారంగా హక్కులు రావాలంటే కులగణన తప్పనిసరి. అది అమలు అయితే బీసీలకు అన్ని రంగాల్లో వాటా ఖాయం” అన్నారు.
సెమినార్కు అధ్యక్షత వహించిన డా. ర్యాగ అరుణ్ కుమార్ మాట్లాడుతూ, బీసీల రాజకీయ సాధికారత లేకుండా సామాజిక న్యాయం అసంపూర్తిగా ఉంటుందని అన్నారు. “వోటు హక్కు మాత్రమే కాదు… పాలనా హక్కు కూడా బీసీలకు రావాలి. అదే నిజమైన ప్రజాస్వామ్యం” అని స్పష్టం చేశారు. బీసీల సమస్యలను సమగ్రంగా పరిష్కరించేందుకు కేంద్రంలో ప్రత్యేక మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ అవసరమని ఆయన అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.
పలువురు పార్లమెంట్ సభ్యులు మాట్లాడుతూ
- బీద మస్తాన్ రావు: “బీసీలకు న్యాయం చేయాలంటే చట్టసభల్లో వాటా పెరగాలి… మాటలతో కాదు, చట్టాలతో మార్పు రావాలి.”
- నాగరాజు: “బీసీల శక్తి సంఖ్యలో ఉంది… ఇప్పుడు ఆ శక్తి రాజకీయంగా ప్రతిఫలించాల్సిన సమయం వచ్చింది.”
- లక్ష్మీనారాయణ: “కులగణన లేకుండా విధానాలు అంధంగా ఉంటాయి… డేటా ఆధారిత న్యాయం అవసరం.”
- పి. సత్యనారాయణ: “విద్య, ఉద్యోగాల్లో రిజర్వేషన్లు పెంచకుండా సామాజిక సమానత్వం సాధ్యం కాదు.”
- వద్దిరాజు రామచంద్ర రాజు: “బీసీలను ఓటు బ్యాంక్గా చూసే రాజకీయాలకు ముగింపు పలకాలి.”
అప్పలనాయుడు: “బీసీల ఐక్యతే మన బలం… దానిని రాజకీయ శక్తిగా మార్చుకోవాలి.”
నిరంజన్ : “ఇది కేవలం డిమాండ్ కాదు… రాజ్యాంగబద్ధ హక్కుల కోసం పోరాటం.”
సుభాష్ : “బీసీలకు అవకాశాలు పెరిగితే దేశ అభివృద్ధి వేగం రెట్టింపు అవుతుంది.”
మహేష్ యాదవ్ : “సామాజిక న్యాయం కోసం బీసీలు ఒక్కటిగా నిలవాలి.”
ప్రసాద్ : “ప్రతీ రంగంలో సమాన అవకాశాలే నిజమైన అభివృద్ధి.”
- మాజీ ఎంపీ సిహెచ్ హనుమంతరావు: “రాజకీయ ప్రాతినిధ్యం లేకుండా బీసీల అభివృద్ధి కేవలం నినాదంగా మిగిలిపోతుంది.”
- గుజ్జ సత్యం: “ప్రతినిధ్యం లేకుండా న్యాయం అసాధ్యం… బీసీలకు రాజకీయ భాగస్వామ్యం తప్పనిసరి.”
నీల వెంకటేష్ అరవింద్ స్వామి, అనంతయ్య , భరత్ , పరశురాం తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు
కార్యక్రమానికి హాజరైన ఇతర వ్యక్తులు మాట్లాడుతూ, బీసీ వర్గానికి చెందిన నాయకుడిగా ప్రధాని నరేంద్ర మోదీ ఎదగడం సామాజిక న్యాయ దిశలో కీలక ముందడుగని పేర్కొన్నారు. కేంద్రంలో బీసీలకు ప్రాతినిధ్యం పెంచడం, జాతీయ బీసీ కమిషన్కు రాజ్యాంగబద్ధ హోదా కల్పించడం, కులగణనపై ముందడుగు వేయడం వంటి నిర్ణయాలను స్వాగతించారు.
కులగణన తర్వాత బీసీలకు రాజకీయ, విద్యా, ఉద్యోగ రంగాల్లో జనాభా ప్రాతిపదికన వాటా లభిస్తుందని, ఇది దేశంలో సామాజిక సమానత్వానికి కొత్త దిశ చూపుతుందని అభిప్రాయపడ్డారు.

- చట్టసభల్లో బీసీలకు 50% రాజకీయ రిజర్వేషన్లు
- కేంద్రంలో ప్రత్యేక బీసీ మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ ఏర్పాటు
- విద్యా, ఉద్యోగాల్లో రిజర్వేషన్లను 50% వరకు పెంపు
- దేశవ్యాప్తంగా సమగ్ర కులగణన
- బీసీ ఉద్యోగులకు ప్రమోషన్లలో రిజర్వేషన్లు
- ప్రైవేట్ రంగంలో రిజర్వేషన్ల అమలు
- ఖాళీగా ఉన్న 16 లక్షల కేంద్ర ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ
దేశవ్యాప్తంగా బీసీ హక్కులపై చర్చ మళ్లీ వేగం పుంజుకుంటున్న ఈ సమయంలో, ఢిల్లీలో నిర్వహించిన ఈ జాతీయ ఓబీసీ సెమినార్ బీసీల రాజకీయ సాధికారత దిశగా కీలక అడుగుగా భావిస్తున్నారు.

50% OBC Political Quota Demand Goes National
New Delhi, March 30: A major push for OBC Political Reservations emerged during a National OBC Seminar held at Telangana Bhavan in Delhi under the leadership of the National BC Welfare Association. Key resolutions were passed demanding proportional political representation based on population.
OBC Political Reservations Take Center Stage
The seminar was chaired by Working President Dr. Ryaga Arun Kumar, while Rajya Sabha MP and National President R. Krishnaiah attended as the chief guest. Around 20 Members of Parliament from various states participated.
Prominent leaders including Beeda Mastan Rao, Nagaraju, Lakshminarayana, Vaddiraju Ramachandra Rao, Appalanaidu, Niranjan, Subhash, Mahesh Yadav, Prasad, P. Satyanarayana, former MP CH Hanumantha Rao, and National Vice President Gujja Sathyam addressed the gathering.
