హైదరాబాద్ మార్పుకు శ్రీకారం – CM రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ‘CURE, PURE, RARE’ మోడల్ ప్రకటన
Hyderabad Development : తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధిని కొత్త దిశగా తీసుకెళ్లేందుకు ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి కీలక ప్రకటన చేశారు. శాసనమండలిలో మాట్లాడిన ఆయన, హైదరాబాద్ అభివృద్ధి, మెట్రో విస్తరణ, కాలుష్య నియంత్రణ, మూసీ నది ప్రక్షాళనపై స్పష్టమైన రోడ్మ్యాప్ను వెల్లడించారు.
‘CURE, PURE, RARE మోడల్ తెలంగాణ’ లక్ష్యంగా ముందుకు సాగుతున్నామని సీఎం తెలిపారు. నగరంలో ఉన్న కాలుష్యకారక పరిశ్రమలను ORR బయటకు తరలించడం ద్వారా పర్యావరణాన్ని కాపాడుతామని చెప్పారు. ఆ భూములను మల్టీజోన్ డెవలప్మెంట్ కోసం వినియోగించనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు.
మెట్రో విస్తరణ – ₹24,000 కోట్ల భారీ ప్రణాళిక
హైదరాబాద్లో ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారంగా హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో విస్తరణకు ప్రభుత్వం భారీ ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించింది.
- రూ.24,000 కోట్లతో 74 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర మెట్రో విస్తరణ
- ఎయిర్పోర్ట్ మెట్రో కనెక్టివిటీపై దృష్టి
- రూ.15,000 కోట్లతో మెట్రో స్వాధీనం
ఎల్ అండ్ టీ సహకారం లేకపోవడంపై ప్రశ్నించిన సీఎం, కేంద్ర సూచనల మేరకే నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకున్నామని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
ఎలివేటెడ్ కారిడార్లు – ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్యలకు పరిష్కారం
హైదరాబాద్లో ట్రాఫిక్ తగ్గించేందుకు ఎలివేటెడ్ కారిడార్లు నిర్మాణం వేగంగా కొనసాగుతోందని సీఎం తెలిపారు.
- పంజాగుట్ట, హైటెక్ సిటీ, జూబ్లీహిల్స్ ప్రాంతాల్లో ఇప్పటికే పనులు
- జూన్–జులైలోపు పనులు పూర్తి లక్ష్యం
- సిగ్నల్ ఫ్రీ ట్రాఫిక్ వ్యవస్థ లక్ష్యం
ఫుట్పాత్ ఆక్రమణలు ప్రమాదాలకు కారణమని, వాటిని తొలగించాల్సిందేనని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
మూసీ నది ప్రక్షాళన – నల్గొండ ప్రజలకు ఉపశమనం
మూసీ రివర్ డెవలప్మెంట్ ప్రాజెక్ట్ అత్యవసరమని సీఎం పేర్కొన్నారు.
- మూసీ కాలుష్యంతో నల్గొండ ప్రజలు తీవ్ర ఇబ్బందులు
- పంటలు కూడా తినలేని పరిస్థితి
- బాధితులకు పునరావాసం హామీ
గత ప్రభుత్వ విధానాన్నే కొనసాగిస్తున్నామని, రాజకీయాలు చేయొద్దని ప్రతిపక్షాలను కోరారు.
హైదరాబాద్ ట్రాఫిక్ & అర్బన్ డెవలప్మెంట్
వర్షం పడితే హైదరాబాద్లో ట్రాఫిక్ జామ్ తీవ్రంగా ఉంటోందని సీఎం ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేశారు.
దేశంలోని ప్రధాన మెట్రో నగరాలైన:
- హైదరాబాద్
- ఢిల్లీ
- ముంబై
- చెన్నై
- బెంగళూరు
ఇవన్నీ ట్రాఫిక్ సమస్యలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్నాయని తెలిపారు. నగరాల అభివృద్ధే రాష్ట్ర ప్రగతికి కీలకమని అన్నారు.
ప్రతిపక్షాలకు హెచ్చరిక
హిల్ట్ పాలసీ, అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలపై అసత్య ప్రచారాలు చేయొద్దని సీఎం హెచ్చరించారు.
- అభివృద్ధికి అడ్డంకులు సృష్టించొద్దు
- సూచనలు ఇస్తే స్వీకరిస్తాం

Hyderabad Transformation Plan: CM Revanth Reddy Unveils Metro Expansion, Musi River Cleaning & Smart Governance Model
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has announced a comprehensive plan to transform Hyderabad (Hyderabad Development) under the “CURE, PURE, RARE model”, aiming to boost urban development, infrastructure growth, and environmental sustainability.
Speaking in the Legislative Council on Monday, the CM said the government will relocate pollution-causing industries outside the Outer Ring Road (ORR). The freed-up land within the city will be utilized for multi-zone urban development, enhancing Hyderabad’s infrastructure and livability.
Hyderabad Metro Expansion & Connectivity
Highlighting the need for better public transport in Hyderabad, Revanth Reddy revealed that:
- The government has taken over the Hyderabad Metro Rail project at a cost of ₹15,000 crore
- A massive ₹24,000 crore metro expansion plan covering 74 km is underway
- Focus is on improving airport metro connectivity, which is currently lacking
He questioned why L&T did not cooperate in metro expansion and clarified that decisions were made as per Central Government guidelines.ted Corridors to Solve Traffic Issues
To address Hyderabad traffic problems, the CM announced:
- Construction of elevated corridors in Panjagutta, Hitech City, and Jubilee Hills
- Completion target set for June–July
- Aim to create signal-free traffic movement
He emphasized that footpath encroachments are a major cause of accidents and will be removed despite challenges faced by small vendors.
Musi River Cleaning & Environmental Focus
The CM stressed the urgency of the Musi River cleaning project, stating that:
- Pollution in the Musi River is severely affecting Nalgonda district residents
- Crops grown in the region are unsafe for consumption
- The government will ensure rehabilitation and no displacement of affected families
He clarified that the Musi Riverfront Development Corporation was introduced during the previous government and is being continued.
Hyderabad Urban Development & Smart Governance
Revanth Reddy said Hyderabad must expand to overcome urban congestion and traffic jams, especially during rains. He compared Hyderabad with major metro cities like:
- Delhi
- Mumbai
- Chennai
- Bengaluru
All of which face traffic congestion and urban infrastructure challenges.
He stated that city development drives state economic growth and introduced the concept of “Smart Governance over Good Governance”, promising reforms and efficient administration.
Warning Against Misinformation
The CM urged opposition leaders to avoid false propaganda regarding the HILT policy Telangana and development projects. He invited constructive suggestions but warned against obstructing progress.
