గల్ఫ్ దేశాల్లో పనిచేస్తున్న భారతీయులు, ముఖ్యంగా తెలంగాణకు చెందిన కార్మికులు అనేక సమస్యలను ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారని హరీశ్రావు పేర్కొన్నారు. యుద్ధ పరిస్థితుల కారణంగా అక్కడి జీవన విధానం దెబ్బతిన్నదని, ఉద్యోగాలు మరియు జీవన భద్రతపై అనిశ్చితి పెరిగిందని చెప్పారు.

ఇమామ్లు మరియు మౌజన్లకు ఇవ్వాల్సిన నెలసరి భత్యాన్ని కూడా ప్రభుత్వం చెల్లించలేదని విమర్శించారు. గతంలో బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం ముస్లింలకు రూ.5,000 సహాయం అందించగా, కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం రూ.10,000 ఇస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చి ఇప్పటివరకు అమలు చేయలేదని అన్నారు.

Thousands of Indian workers, including many Telangana workers in Gulf countries, depend on employment in the region for their livelihoods. However, the ongoing Gulf war has created uncertainty about safety, jobs, and daily living conditions.
He said the Gulf war situation is affecting migrant workers the most, as many families rely on their income from abroad. According to him, the impact of the Gulf war is not limited to conflict zones but is also creating economic and social challenges for Indians working in Gulf nations.
Harish Rao urged authorities to closely monitor the developments related to the Gulf war and ensure the protection, safety, and welfare of Indians working in Gulf countries.
Rising Prices Affecting Poor and Middle Class
Harish Rao also noted that war situations often lead to an increase in prices of essential commodities. This rise in living costs is creating additional burdens on poor and middle-class families.
Criticism of Congress Government
During his speech, Harish Rao criticized the Congress government for allegedly ignoring promises made to the Muslim community. He said the government failed to provide the monthly honorarium promised to Imams and Muezzins.
He further stated that while the previous BRS government provided financial assistance of ₹5,000 to Muslims, the Congress government had promised ₹10,000 but has not fulfilled that assurance so far.
