హైదరాబాద్: రాష్ట్రంలో అత్యధిక జనాభా ఉన్న బీసీ సమాజానికి ఈరోజు అసెంబ్లీలో ప్రవేశపెట్టిన తెలంగాణ బడ్జెట్ 2026 బీసీ సంక్షేమం విషయంలో తగిన ప్రాధాన్యం ఇవ్వలేదని, ఇది బీసీలకు బడ్జెట్లో అన్యాయం అని జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షులు, బీసీ జేఏసీ కో-ఆర్డినేటర్ గుజ్జ సత్యం (Gujja Sathyam) విమర్శించారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా వెలువడిన గుజ్జ సత్యం వ్యాఖ్యలు రాష్ట్ర రాజకీయాల్లో చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారాయి.
మీడియా సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడుతూ, ప్రభుత్వం ప్రకటించిన తెలంగాణ బడ్జెట్ మొత్తం 3.20 లక్షల కోట్లు ఉన్నప్పటికీ, వాస్తవంగా తెలంగాణ బీసీ నిధుల కేటాయింపు చాలా తక్కువగా ఉందని ఆయన అన్నారు. రాష్ట్ర జనాభాలో సగానికి పైగా ఉన్న బీసీలకు సరైన ప్రాధాన్యం లేకపోవడం ఆందోళనకరమని పేర్కొన్నారు.

కనీసం ₹30 వేల కోట్లు అవసరం
బీసీల సమగ్ర అభివృద్ధి కోసం కనీసం ₹30 వేల కోట్లు కేటాయించాలని, ఇది బీసీల అభివృద్ధి కోసం నిధుల డిమాండ్గా ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే పరిగణలోకి తీసుకోవాలని కోరారు. యువతకు స్టార్టప్ ప్రోత్సాహకాలు, స్వయం ఉపాధి పథకాలు విస్తరించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.
విద్య, ఉపాధి రంగాల్లో దృష్టి అవసరం
బీసీ విద్యార్థుల కోసం ప్రత్యేక పథకాలు రూపొందించి, ఉన్నత విద్య, విదేశీ విద్య, నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి అవకాశాలను పెంచాలని సూచించారు. గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లో బీసీ విద్య ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు తెలంగాణ మరింతగా విస్తరించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు.
ఉద్యమం కొనసాగుతుంది
బీసీలకు సరైన న్యాయం జరిగే వరకు ఉద్యమం కొనసాగుతుందని హెచ్చరించారు. “బీసీలకు న్యాయం బడ్జెట్లో తెలంగాణలో జరగకపోతే సామాజిక న్యాయం సాధ్యం కాదు” అని ఆయన అన్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం ఈ అంశం తెలంగాణ రాజకీయ వార్తలు బీసీ సమస్యలులో ప్రధాన చర్చగా మారింది.
