విద్యుత్ శాఖలో 359 కారుణ్య నియామకాలు.. ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమమే ధ్యేయం: మంత్రి గొట్టిపాటి
అమరావతి: ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమమే ధ్యేయంగా కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం పనిచేస్తోందని ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ విద్యుత్ శాఖ మంత్రి గొట్టిపాటి రవికుమార్ అన్నారు. విద్యుత్ శాఖలో విధులు నిర్వహిస్తూ మరణించిన ఉద్యోగుల కుటుంబాలకు అండగా నిలుస్తూ కారుణ్య నియామకాలు చేపడుతున్నామని తెలిపారు. ఈ క్రమంలో ఈరోజు 25 మందికి కారుణ్య నియామక పత్రాలను మంత్రి అందజేశారు.
కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తరువాత రాష్ట్రంలోని వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ విభాగాల్లో ఇప్పటి వరకు 359 ఉద్యోగాలను కల్పించినట్లు మంత్రి గొట్టిపాటి రవికుమార్ వెల్లడించారు. ఉద్యోగుల కుటుంబాల సంక్షేమాన్ని దృష్టిలో పెట్టుకుని కారుణ్య నియామకాల ప్రక్రియను కొనసాగిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు. అదేవిధంగా ప్రత్యేక కేసుల కింద మరో 35 మందికి ఉద్యోగాలు కల్పించినట్లు మంత్రి వెల్లడించారు.
ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమానికి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రాధాన్యం
ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు, వారి కుటుంబాల సంక్షేమానికి కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అత్యంత ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తోందని మంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు. విధి నిర్వహణలో ఉద్యోగులను కోల్పోయిన కుటుంబాలకు ప్రభుత్వం అండగా ఉంటుందని తెలిపారు. కారుణ్య నియామకాల ద్వారా బాధిత కుటుంబాల్లో ఒకరికి ఉద్యోగ అవకాశం కల్పించడం ద్వారా వారి జీవనోపాధికి భరోసా కల్పిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు.
ఈరోజు 25 మందికి కారుణ్య నియామక పత్రాలు అందజేయడం ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వం ఉద్యోగుల కుటుంబాల పట్ల తన బాధ్యతను చాటుకుందని మంత్రి అన్నారు. ఉద్యోగ నియామక పత్రాలు అందుకున్న ప్రతి ఒక్కరికీ గొట్టిపాటి రవికుమార్ అభినందనలు తెలిపారు. కొత్త ఉద్యోగ బాధ్యతలను సమర్థంగా నిర్వర్తిస్తూ ప్రజలకు మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించాలని సూచించారు.
విద్యుత్ ఉద్యోగుల భద్రత కీలకం
విద్యుత్ శాఖలో పనిచేసే సిబ్బంది రాత్రింబవళ్లు విధులు నిర్వహిస్తూ ప్రజలకు నిరంతర విద్యుత్ సరఫరా అందించేందుకు కృషి చేస్తున్నారని మంత్రి గొట్టిపాటి రవికుమార్ అన్నారు. విద్యుత్ ఉద్యోగుల భద్రత కూడా ప్రభుత్వానికి అత్యంత ముఖ్యమైన అంశమని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
విద్యుత్ సరఫరా వ్యవస్థలో పనిచేసే సిబ్బంది ప్రమాదకర పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ విధులు నిర్వహిస్తుంటారని, వారి భద్రతకు అవసరమైన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాల్సిన బాధ్యత ప్రభుత్వంపై ఉందని మంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు. విద్యుత్ ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమంతో పాటు వారి రక్షణకు కూడా ప్రాధాన్యత ఇస్తామని తెలిపారు.
దేశవ్యాప్తంగా విద్యుత్ సంస్కరణలకు చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ఆదర్శం
దేశవ్యాప్తంగా విద్యుత్ రంగంలో సంస్కరణలకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టిన వ్యక్తి ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు నాయుడేనని మంత్రి గొట్టిపాటి రవికుమార్ అన్నారు. విద్యుత్ రంగంలో సాంకేతికత, సంస్కరణలు, ప్రజలకు మెరుగైన సేవలు అందించడంపై చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టారని పేర్కొన్నారు.
విద్యుత్ రంగాన్ని మరింత సమర్థవంతంగా తీర్చిదిద్దడంతో పాటు వినియోగదారులకు నాణ్యమైన విద్యుత్ అందించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు తీసుకుంటోందని మంత్రి తెలిపారు. విద్యుత్ రంగంలో సంస్కరణలతో పాటు పునరుత్పాదక ఇంధన వనరులను ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నామని చెప్పారు.
ఆరు లక్షల మంది ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలకు సోలార్ పవర్
ప్రధానమంత్రి సూర్య ఘర్ పథకం కింద దేశంలో ఎక్కడా లేని విధంగా ఆరు లక్షల మంది ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలకు సోలార్ పవర్ అందజేశామని మంత్రి గొట్టిపాటి రవికుమార్ వెల్లడించారు. సౌర విద్యుత్ వినియోగాన్ని పెంచడం ద్వారా విద్యుత్ ఖర్చులను తగ్గించడంతో పాటు పునరుత్పాదక ఇంధన వినియోగాన్ని ప్రోత్సహించడమే ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని తెలిపారు.
సోలార్ పవర్ ద్వారా ప్రజలకు దీర్ఘకాలిక ప్రయోజనాలు కల్పించడంతో పాటు పర్యావరణ పరిరక్షణకు కూడా దోహదపడుతుందని మంత్రి పేర్కొన్నారు. సౌర విద్యుత్, విద్యుత్ సంస్కరణలు, ఉద్యోగుల సంక్షేమం వంటి అంశాలపై కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి సారించిందని చెప్పారు.
నియామక పత్రాలు అందుకున్న వారికి అభినందనలు
కారుణ్య నియామక పత్రాలు అందుకున్న ఉద్యోగులు తమ విధులను బాధ్యతగా నిర్వర్తించాలని మంత్రి గొట్టిపాటి రవికుమార్ సూచించారు. ప్రభుత్వ సేవల్లో చేరుతున్న ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ప్రజలకు అంకితభావంతో సేవలందించాలని ఆకాంక్షించారు.

Employee Welfare Is Coalition Government’s Priority Minister Gottipati Ravikumar
Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Electricity Minister Gottipati Ravikumar has said that the welfare of employees remains a key priority of the coalition government. He said the government is taking steps to provide employment opportunities to families affected by the death of employees in service through the compassionate appointment system.
Speaking on the occasion of handing over appointment letters, Minister Gottipati Ravikumar said that 25 people received compassionate appointment letters today. He congratulated all those who received their appointment orders and wished them success in their new responsibilities.
359 Jobs Provided Since Coalition Government Came to Power
According to Gottipati Ravikumar, the coalition government has provided 359 jobs across various departments since assuming office. He said the government is committed to supporting employees and their families through employment opportunities and welfare measures.
The minister also revealed that 35 people have been appointed under special cases. The appointments, he said, reflect the government’s focus on addressing the concerns of eligible families and ensuring that they receive appropriate support.
The latest 25 compassionate appointments are part of the government’s broader employee welfare initiatives, the minister said.
Safety of Electricity Department Employees Is Important
Highlighting the nature of work carried out by electricity department personnel, Minister Gottipati Ravikumar said employees of the AP Electricity Department work around the clock to ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers.
He stressed that along with maintaining reliable electricity services, the safety of electricity employees must also remain a major priority.
Electricity department personnel often perform duties under challenging conditions, including during emergencies and power disruptions. Ensuring their safety while carrying out field operations is therefore an important responsibility, the minister said.
Chandrababu Naidu Brought Electricity Reforms, Says Ravikumar
Gottipati Ravikumar also credited Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu with introducing electricity sector reforms in the country.
The minister said Chandrababu Naidu’s electricity reforms have played an important role in transforming the power sector. He emphasized the government’s continued focus on strengthening the electricity system, improving services and adopting new energy solutions.
According to the minister, the government’s approach combines electricity sector reforms, employee welfare, power-sector safety and renewable energy initiatives.
Six Lakh SC, ST Beneficiaries Provided Solar Power
Another major point highlighted by Gottipati Ravikumar was the expansion of solar power under the PM Surya Ghar scheme.
The minister said that six lakh SC and ST beneficiaries have been provided access to solar power under the scheme, describing it as an initiative implemented on a large scale.
The expansion of solar power is aimed at promoting renewable energy while providing long-term benefits to beneficiaries. The government is also focusing on increasing the use of clean energy and strengthening the renewable energy ecosystem, he said.
Appointment Letters Handed Over to Beneficiaries
The minister congratulated all the beneficiaries who received their government appointment letters today. He said the new employees should discharge their responsibilities with dedication and contribute to providing effective public services.
Gottipati Ravikumar reiterated that the coalition government would continue to focus on employee welfare, compassionate appointments and the safety of personnel working in the electricity sector.
