బీసీలకు 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేసే వరకు ఉద్యమిస్తాం – గుజ్జ సత్యం

తెలంగాణలో బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ల (BC Reservations Telangana) అంశం మరోసారి రాజకీయంగా చర్చనీయాంశంగా మారింది. బీసీ జేఏసీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో శుక్రవారం గన్పార్క్లోని తెలంగాణ అమరవీరుల స్థూపం ఎదుట నిర్వహించిన భారీ నిరసన కార్యక్రమంలో బీసీ నాయకులు తమ డిమాండ్లను ఘాటుగా వినిపించారు.
ఈ నిరసనలో బీసీ జేఏసీ చైర్మన్, రాజ్యసభ సభ్యులు ఆర్. కృష్ణయ్యతో కలిసి గుజ్జ సత్యం మాట్లాడారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ, రాష్ట్రంలో బీసీలకు 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేసే వరకు తమ ఉద్యమం ఆగదని స్పష్టం చేశారు. ప్రభుత్వం బీసీల హక్కులను నిర్లక్ష్యం చేస్తోందని, ఈ పరిస్థితుల్లో ఉద్యమాన్ని మరింత ఉధృతం చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందని హెచ్చరించారు.
గుజ్జ సత్యం మాట్లాడుతూ, జీఓ నంబర్ 46 కారణంగా సర్పంచ్ మరియు వార్డు సభ్యుల స్థానాల కేటాయింపులో బీసీలకు తీవ్ర అన్యాయం జరిగిందని ఆరోపించారు. పలు జిల్లాలు, మండలాలు, గ్రామాల్లో బీసీలకు ఒక్క సర్పంచ్ లేదా వార్డు సభ్యుని సీటు కూడా కేటాయించలేదని ఆయన ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఇది బీసీల రాజకీయ ప్రాతినిధ్యాన్ని పూర్తిగా దెబ్బతీసే చర్యగా ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే జీఓ 46ను రద్దు చేసి, గతంలో ఉన్న జీఓ 9ను పునరుద్ధరించాలని ఆయన డిమాండ్ చేశారు. స్థానిక సంస్థల ఎన్నికలను తప్పనిసరిగా 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లతోనే నిర్వహించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. బీసీలకు న్యాయం చేయాల్సిన బాధ్యత రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వంపై ఉందని, కానీ మొదటి నుంచీ ఈ విషయంలో ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్య ధోరణి ప్రదర్శిస్తోందని విమర్శించారు.
అలాగే, రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం రెండు సార్లు ఢిల్లీలో ధర్నాలు చేసినప్పటికీ ఫలితం లేకపోవడంపై గుజ్జ సత్యం ప్రశ్నలు లేవనెత్తారు. ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీని ఎందుకు కలవలేదని, బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లుకు ఆమోదం పొందేందుకు కేంద్రంపై ఎందుకు ఒత్తిడి తీసుకురాలేదని ప్రశ్నించారు. ఈ అంశంలో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టమైన చిత్తశుద్ధి చూపడం లేదని ఆయన ఆరోపించారు.
జీఓ 9ను విడుదల చేసి బీసీల్లో ఆశలు కల్పించిన ప్రభుత్వం, ఆ తర్వాత హైకోర్టులో జరుగుతున్న కేసు విషయంలో సరైన వాదనలు వినిపించడం లేదని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. కేసులో గెలిచే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నప్పటికీ ప్రభుత్వం నిర్లక్ష్యం ప్రదర్శించడం దురదృష్టకరమని అన్నారు.
ఈ నిరసన కార్యక్రమంలో వకుళాభరణం కృష్ణమోహన్, డాక్టర్ అరుణ్ కుమార్, కొండా దేవన్న, భూమన్న గౌడ్, రాజేందర్, లింగం యాదవ్, మోడీ రాందేవ్ తదితర బీసీ నాయకులు మరియు కార్యకర్తలు పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో పాల్గొన్నారు. కార్యక్రమం సందర్భంగా బీసీ హక్కుల కోసం నినాదాలు మోగించడంతో గన్పార్క్ ప్రాంతం కిక్కిరిసిపోయింది.
బీసీ రిజర్వేషన్ల అంశం రాబోయే రోజుల్లో తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో మరింత వేడి పుట్టించే అవకాశం ఉందని రాజకీయ విశ్లేషకులు అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు.

BC Reservations Telangana: Gujja Sathyam Warns Govt
The issue of BC Reservations Telangana has once again intensified political discussions in the state. A large-scale protest was organized by the BC JAC at Gun Park near the Telangana Martyrs’ Memorial on Friday, where BC leaders strongly voiced their demands.
BC JAC Chairman and Rajya Sabha MP R. Krishnaiah, along with BC leader Gujja Sathyam, participated in the protest. Addressing the gathering, Gujja Sathyam issued a strong warning to the state government, stating that the agitation would continue until 42% reservations for Backward Classes are implemented.

Demand to Restore GO 9 for BC Reservations Telangana
Sathyam demanded that the government should immediately revoke GO 46 and reinstate GO No. 9, ensuring 42% BC reservations in local body elections.
He further stated that the government has failed to act responsibly on the BC reservation issue from the beginning. Despite organizing protests in Delhi twice, no concrete results have been achieved.
Questions Raised on Centre Over BC Reservations Telangana
Raising serious questions, Gujja Sathyam asked why the state government has not met Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the issue. He also questioned why sufficient pressure has not been exerted on the Centre to get approval for the BC reservation bill.
He alleged that while GO 9 created hope among BC communities, the government is not presenting strong arguments in the High Court, where the matter is currently under consideration.
Leaders Participate in BC Reservations Telangana Protest
Several BC leaders, including Vakulabharanam Krishnamohan, Dr. Arun Kumar, Konda Devanna, Bhoomanna Goud, Rajender, Lingam Yadav, and Modi Ramdev, participated in the protest.
The protest witnessed large participation, with slogans demanding justice for BC communities echoing across Gun Park.
The BC Reservations Telangana issue is expected to further heat up political debates in the coming days, with growing pressure on the state government to address the long-pending demand for 42% reservations.
