ఢిల్లీ AICC కార్యాలయాన్ని ముట్టడించిన BC నేతలు.. తెలంగాణ హామీలపై ఆగ్రహం

తెలంగాణలో బ్యాక్‌వర్డ్ క్లాసెస్ (BC Reservations Telangana) లకు ఇచ్చిన హామీలను అమలు చేయకపోవడంపై ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేస్తూ, దేశ రాజధాని న్యూఢిల్లీలోని అఖిల భారత కాంగ్రెస్ కమిటీ (AICC) ప్రధాన కార్యాలయాన్ని BC నేతలు ముట్టడించారు. జాతీయ BC సంక్షేమ సంఘం ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి డా. ర్యాగా రుషి అరుణ్ కుమార్ మరియు ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు, BC జేఏసీ కో-ఆర్డినేటర్ గుజ్జ సత్యం ఆధ్వర్యంలో జరిగిన ఈ భారీ నిరసనలో దేశవ్యాప్తంగా పలువురు BC నాయకులు, కార్యకర్తలు పాల్గొన్నారు.అక్బర్ రోడ్‌పై ఉన్న AICC కార్యాలయం వద్ద ఉదయం నుంచే పెద్ద ఎత్తున BC నేతలు గుమికూడి కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి వ్యతిరేకంగా నినాదాలు చేశారు. “BCలకు న్యాయం చేయాలి”, “42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలి” అంటూ ఘోషించారు. ప్రదర్శనకారులు కార్యాలయంలోకి ప్రవేశించేందుకు ప్రయత్నించగా, పోలీసులు అడ్డుకోవడంతో కొంతసేపు తోపులాట చోటుచేసుకుంది. ఈ ఘటనతో ఆ ప్రాంతంలో ఉద్రిక్త పరిస్థితులు నెలకొన్నాయి.

ఈ సందర్భంగా డా. రుషి అరుణ్ కుమార్ తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీపై విరుచుకుపడ్డారు. తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని వెంటనే పదవి నుంచి తొలగించాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు. “ఎన్నికల ముందు BCలకు 42 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్లు ఇస్తామని హామీ ఇచ్చి, అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వాటిని అమలు చేయకుండా మోసం చేస్తున్నారు. ఇది రాజకీయ ద్రోహం, ప్రజలను మభ్యపెట్టే చర్య” అని విమర్శించారు.

ముఖ్యమంత్రి పదవిని BC నేతకు ఇవ్వడం ద్వారా కాంగ్రెస్ తన నిజాయితీని నిరూపించుకోవాలని ఆయన సూచించారు. రాహుల్ గాంధీ BCల పట్ల నిజంగా కట్టుబడి ఉంటే వెంటనే రేవంత్ రెడ్డిని తొలగించాలని అన్నారు. “ఇది కేవలం ఆరంభం మాత్రమే. జనవరిలో 10 జనపథ్ వద్ద భారీ ముట్టడి చేపడతాం. BCలకు న్యాయం జరిగే వరకు ఉద్యమం ఆగదు” అని హెచ్చరించారు.

గుజ్జ సత్యం మాట్లాడుతూ, భారత్ జోడో యాత్ర సందర్భంగా రాహుల్ గాంధీ తెలంగాణలో చేసిన హామీలను గుర్తుచేశారు. “తెలంగాణలో కుల గణన, BC రిజర్వేషన్లు దేశానికి ఆదర్శంగా నిలుస్తాయని చెప్పారు. కానీ వాస్తవంగా కుల సర్వే లెక్కలు ఉన్నప్పటికీ BC రిజర్వేషన్లు తగ్గించడం జరిగింది. ఇది BCలపై స్పష్టమైన అన్యాయం” అని అన్నారు.

అలాగే మహారాష్ట్ర, బిహార్ రాష్ట్రాల్లో కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ BCలను మోసం చేసిందని ఆరోపించారు. పార్లమెంటులో ఉన్న బలాన్ని ఉపయోగించి తెలంగాణ BC రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లును ఆమోదించేందుకు కాంగ్రెస్ ముందుకు రావాలని, అవసరమైతే ప్రైవేట్ బిల్లును ప్రవేశపెట్టి కేంద్రంపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకురావాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.

ప్రదర్శనలో పాల్గొన్న నేతలు కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీపై పలు ప్రశ్నలు సంధించారు:

• “రోల్ మోడల్ రాష్ట్రం అంటే BCలను మోసం చేయడమేనా?”
• “42% రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేశామని చెబుతున్నారు – కానీ అవి ఎక్కడ?”
• “దేశంలో తొలి కుల గణన చేసిన రాష్ట్రం తెలంగాణ అని చెప్పి, రిజర్వేషన్లు ఎందుకు తగ్గించారు?”
• “కామారెడ్డి BC డిక్లరేషన్ హామీలను వెంటనే అమలు చేయాలి”
• “ప్రతి ఎన్నికలో 42% రిజర్వేషన్లు అమలు చేయాలి”

ఈ ముట్టడిలో నీల వెంకటేష్, జక్కని సంజయ్ కుమార్, అనంతయ్య, ఆది మల్లేశం, మనోజ్ గౌడ్, శ్రీమన్, శ్రీనివాస్, శివకుమార్ యాదవ్, వేణు యాదవ్, కిషోర్, లక్ష్మీప్రసన్న, ప్రియాంక, స్వరూప, అనురాధ గౌడ్, పద్మా తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

ఈ నిరసనతో BC వర్గాల అసంతృప్తి మరింతగా బయటపడింది. రాబోయే రోజుల్లో ఈ ఉద్యమం మరింత ఉధృతం కావచ్చని రాజకీయ వర్గాలు భావిస్తున్నాయి. తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో BC అంశం కీలక చర్చగా మారే సూచనలు కనిపిస్తున్నాయి.

BC Leaders Lay Siege to AICC Office in Delhi Over Telangana Reservation Promises

Tension gripped the national capital as Backward Classes (BC) leaders staged a massive protest and laid siege to the All India Congress Committee (AICC) office, accusing the Congress party of failing to fulfill its promises to BC communities in Telangana. The protest, led by National BC Welfare Association General Secretary Dr. Ryaga Rushi Arun Kumar and Vice President Gujja Sathyam, saw large participation from BC leaders and activists.

A large number of protestors gathered near the AICC headquarters on Akbar Road, raising slogans against the Congress leadership. The situation turned tense when demonstrators attempted to enter the premises, leading to a scuffle with police personnel who intervened to prevent escalation. The protest created a charged atmosphere in the area, drawing attention from political circles nationwide.

Speaking at the protest, Dr. Arun Kumar launched a sharp attack on Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, demanding his immediate removal from office. He alleged that the Congress government had misled BC communities by promising 42% reservation in Telangana but failed to implement it even after two years in power. “This is nothing but betrayal and political deception. The Congress party must prove its commitment by appointing a BC leader as Chief Minister,” he asserted.

He further warned that the agitation would intensify in the coming days, announcing plans for a large-scale protest at 10 Janpath in January. “This is just the beginning. The Congress must be held accountable for deceiving BC communities. Our movement will continue until justice is delivered,” he added, calling the issue a blot on democracy.

Gujja Sathyam, addressing the gathering, reminded the Congress leadership of the assurances made by Rahul Gandhi during the Bharat Jodo Yatra. He said that Rahul Gandhi had projected Telangana as a model state for caste census and BC reservations, but the reality contradicts those claims. “Despite having caste survey data, BC reservations have been reduced. Similar betrayal has been witnessed in Maharashtra and Bihar elections,” he alleged.

Sathyam also demanded that the Congress, with its strong presence in Parliament, should take proactive steps to pass a BC Reservation Bill. He urged the party to introduce a private member bill and exert pressure on the central government to ensure justice for BC communities across the country.

The protestors raised several pointed questions to the Congress leadership:

• Is “role model” governance about betraying BC communities?
• Where is the promised 42% BC reservation implementation?
• If Telangana conducted the first caste census, why were reservations reduced?
• Why are Kamareddy BC Declaration promises still unfulfilled?
• Why is the 42% reservation not implemented in all elections?

Several BC leaders including Neela Venkatesh, Jakkani Sanjay Kumar, Ananthayya, Adi Mallesh, Manoj Goud, Sriman, Srinivas, Shivakumar Yadav, Venu Yadav, Kishore, Lakshmi Prasanna, Priyanka, Swaroopa, Anuradha Goud, and Padma actively participated in the protest.

The demonstration marks a significant escalation in BC political mobilization, highlighting growing dissatisfaction among backward class communities over unfulfilled electoral promises. With plans for further agitation already announced, the issue is likely to intensify in the coming weeks, potentially impacting the political landscape in Telangana and beyond.
