హైదరాబాద్, జనవరి 12: Bc Budget 2026 : ఫిబ్రవరి 1న కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రవేశపెట్టనున్న 2026–27 కేంద్ర బడ్జెట్లో ఓబీసీలు సంక్షేమం కోసం ప్రత్యేకంగా రూ.2 లక్షల కోట్లు కేటాయించాలని జాతీయ బీసీ సంక్షేమ సంఘం జాతీయ ఉపాధ్యక్షుడు గుజ్జ సత్యం డిమాండ్ చేశారు. దేశ జనాభాలో 52 శాతానికి పైగా ఉన్న ఓబీసీల అభివృద్ధికి ఇది అత్యవసరమని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
మండల్ కమిషన్ అంచనాల ప్రకారం ఓబీసీలు దేశ జనాభాలో సగానికి మించినప్పటికీ, వారి సామాజిక–ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితి ఇప్పటికీ వెనుకబడి ఉందని గుజ్జ సత్యం తెలిపారు. విద్య, ఉద్యోగాలు, ఆర్థిక సహాయం, సామాజిక అభివృద్ధి వంటి రంగాల్లో ప్రత్యేక పథకాల ద్వారా ఓబీసీలను బలోపేతం చేయాల్సిన అవసరం ఉందన్నారు. ఇందుకు తగిన స్థాయిలో బడ్జెట్ కేటాయింపులు చేయడం ద్వారానే సామాజిక న్యాయం సాధ్యమవుతుందని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
గత ఏడాది (2025–26) బడ్జెట్లో ఓబీసీల సంక్షేమానికి సంబంధించి రూ.4 వేల కోట్లకు మించని కేటాయింపులు మాత్రమే ఉన్నాయని, ఇది మొత్తం కేంద్ర బడ్జెట్లో 0.1 శాతం కన్నా తక్కువేనని ఆయన విమర్శించారు. ఈ తక్కువ కేటాయింపుల వల్ల ఓబీసీలలో విద్యా వెనుకబాటుతనం, ఉద్యోగ అవకాశాల కొరత, ఆర్థిక అసమానతలు మరింత పెరుగుతున్నాయని అన్నారు. మండల్ కమిషన్ సిఫార్సుల ప్రకారం 27 శాతం రిజర్వేషన్ ఉన్నప్పటికీ, దానికి తగిన బడ్జెట్ మద్దతు లేకపోవడం అన్యాయమని పేర్కొన్నారు.
సీఏజీ నివేదికల ప్రకారం ఓబీసీలకు కేటాయించిన కొన్ని నిధులు వినియోగం కాకుండానే తిరిగి వెళ్లిపోతున్నాయని, ఇది ప్రభుత్వ నిర్లక్ష్యానికి నిదర్శనమని గుజ్జ సత్యం ఆరోపించారు. రూ.2 లక్షల కోట్ల కేటాయింపుతో ప్రత్యేక విద్యాసంస్థలు, ఉద్యోగ శిక్షణ కేంద్రాలు, ఆర్థిక సహాయ పథకాలను బలోపేతం చేయవచ్చని చెప్పారు. ఓబీసీల అభివృద్ధిలో పెట్టుబడి పెడితే దేశ జీడీపీ పెరుగుతుందని, పేదరికం తగ్గి ప్రభుత్వానికి పన్నుల రూపంలో మరిన్ని ఆదాయాలు వస్తాయని ఆర్థిక నిపుణులు కూడా చెబుతున్నారని ఆయన గుర్తు చేశారు.
ఓబీసీలలోని మరింత వెనుకబడిన వర్గాలకు న్యాయం చేయాలంటే ప్రత్యేక బడ్జెట్ నిధులు ఉపయోగపడతాయని అన్నారు. ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీలకు ఉన్నట్లే ఓబీసీలకూ ప్రత్యేక ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వాలని డిమాండ్ చేశారు.
ఓబీసీల ఆరోగ్యం, నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి, వ్యవసాయం వంటి రంగాలకు ప్రత్యేక నిధులు కేటాయిస్తే గ్రామీణ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ బలోపేతమవుతుందని, తద్వారా దేశ ఆర్థిక వృద్ధికి బలమైన పునాది పడుతుందని గుజ్జ సత్యం తెలిపారు. ఈ అంశాలను కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం పరిగణనలోకి తీసుకుని బడ్జెట్లో ఓబీసీల అభివృద్ధికి తగిన ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వాలని కోరారు. “దేశంలో ఓబీసీలు అతిపెద్ద సామాజిక వర్గం. వారిని బలోపేతం చేస్తేనే భారత్ నిజంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందిన దేశంగా మారుతుంది” అని గుజ్జ సత్యం వ్యాఖ్యానించారు.

Allocate ₹2 lakh crore for OBC welfare in the upcoming Union Budget.
Hyderabad, January 12: In a strong appeal ahead of the Central Budget 2026 BC Allocation, National BC Welfare Association Vice President Gujja Sathyam has demanded that the Union Government earmark BC Welfare Funds 2 Lakh Crore in the upcoming budget. This BC Budget 2026 India proposal, he said, is essential for the upliftment of backward classes, who constitute a significant share of the population.
Speaking at a press conference, in what is now being widely referred to as Gujja Sathyam News, he emphasized that according to estimates, the BC Population India 52 Percent makes them the largest social group in the country. Despite this, their socio-economic conditions remain backward, highlighting the urgent need for a dedicated Backward Classes Welfare Budget.
Citing the Mandal Commission BC Report, Sathyam pointed out that although backward classes account for more than half of India’s population, they continue to lag behind in education, employment, and economic opportunities. He stressed the importance of strengthening BC Development Schemes India through increased financial allocations, stating that true social justice can only be achieved with adequate funding under the Social Justice BC Budget India framework.
Criticizing the previous allocations, he noted that the Central Budget 2026 BC Allocation in 2025–26 was less than ₹4,000 crore—under 0.1% of the total budget. Such limited funding has worsened issues like lack of access to quality education and job opportunities, despite the existing BC Reservation 27 Percent India policy.
Referring to the BC Funds Utilization CAG Report, Sathyam alleged that a portion of allocated funds remained unspent and were returned, reflecting administrative negligence. He said that with BC Welfare Funds 2 Lakh Crore, the government could significantly enhance BC Education and Employment Schemes, establish training centers, and support economic initiatives.
He further added that investing in Rural Economy BC Development India would not only uplift backward communities but also contribute to GDP growth, reduce poverty, and increase tax revenues. Economic experts, he said, have also supported the idea that targeted investments in backward classes can accelerate national development.
Sathyam stressed that special budget provisions would particularly benefit the most marginalized groups within the BC category. He demanded that BCs be given the same priority as SCs and STs under national welfare policies, aligning with the broader BC Welfare Association Demand India.
Highlighting the role of BC Welfare Telangana Leaders, several state leaders including Surya Narayana, Jella Narender, Marapangu Venkanna, and Karnati Lokesh attended the media meet and extended their support to the demand.
“Backward Classes are the backbone of this country. Strengthening them through a robust BC Budget 2026 India is key to making India a truly developed nation,” Gujja Sathyam concluded.
