అయితే ప్రైవేటు ఆస్పత్రుల్లో చికిత్స పొందుతున్న ప్రతి జ్వర బాధితుడిని డెంగీ కేసుగా పరిగణించలేమని వైద్య నిపుణులు చెబుతున్నారు. పరీక్షల ద్వారా మాత్రమే డెంగీని నిర్ధారించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. దీంతో జిల్లాలో డెంగీ కేసులపై అధికారిక గణాంకాలను ప్రభుత్వం స్పష్టంగా వెల్లడించాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది.

The Karimnagar viral fever situation appears to be particularly worrying as several patients arriving at the district hospital are reportedly requiring admission for further treatment. At the same time, private hospitals across Karimnagar are also seeing a growing number of in-patients with fever and related symptoms.
Many people are also avoiding hospitals and opting for self-medication by purchasing tablets directly from medical shops. Health experts generally advise patients with persistent or high fever to seek medical evaluation rather than relying solely on self-medication.
Dengue symptoms add to concern
