గత ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో జరిగిన కొన్ని అంశాలపై శాసనసభలో చర్చ జరగకుండా అడ్డుకునే ప్రయత్నం జరిగిందని సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఆరోపించారు. ప్రభుత్వ భూములకు సంబంధించిన అంశాలు, ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్మెంట్, కరవు పరిస్థితులు, కొంతమంది చేసినట్లు ఆరోపణలు ఎదుర్కొంటున్న క్షుద్ర పూజల అంశాలు సభలో చర్చకు వస్తాయనే కారణంతోనే మొదటి రోజు నుంచే ప్రతిపక్షం ఒక ప్రణాళిక ప్రకారం వ్యవహరించిందని అన్నారు.

నల్ల టీషర్ట్ల వివాదంపై సీఎం వివరణ
తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీ సమావేశాల ప్రారంభ సమయంలో బీఆర్ఎస్ నేతలు నల్ల టీషర్టులతో రావడం, వాటిపై ప్రభుత్వానికి వ్యతిరేకంగా నినాదాలు ఉండటంతో అసెంబ్లీ వద్ద ఉద్రిక్తత నెలకొన్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. బీఆర్ఎస్ ఎమ్మెల్యేలు, ఎమ్మెల్సీలను పోలీసులు అడ్డుకోవడంతో వివాదం తీవ్రరూపం దాల్చింది.

పార్లమెంట్లో రాహుల్ గాంధీ నల్ల టీషర్టు ధరించి వెళ్లిన విషయాన్ని ప్రస్తావించడం సరైంది కాదని, తెలంగాణ శాసనసభలో మాత్రం నినాదాలు లేదా అభ్యంతరకర సందేశాలతో కూడిన టీషర్టులతో సభలోకి రాకూడదని స్పీకర్ ఆదేశాలు ఇచ్చినట్లు రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు.
