తెలంగాణ SIR డిజిటలైజేషన్లో యాదాద్రి భువనగిరి జిల్లా అగ్రస్థానంలో నిలిచింది. ఈ జిల్లాలో 94.30 శాతం ఎన్యూమరేషన్ ఫారాల డిజిటలైజేషన్ పూర్తయింది. ఆ తర్వాత మెదక్ జిల్లా 90.54 శాతం, సూర్యాపేట జిల్లా 90.43 శాతం డిజిటలైజేషన్తో వరుసగా రెండు, మూడు స్థానాల్లో ఉన్నాయి.
ఇక కుమురం భీమ్ ఆసిఫాబాద్ జిల్లాలో 89.45 శాతం, జగిత్యాల జిల్లాలో 89.60 శాతం ఎన్యూమరేషన్ ఫారాల డిజిటలైజేషన్ పూర్తయింది. మొత్తంగా చూస్తే పలు జిల్లాలు 90 శాతం డిజిటలైజేషన్కు చేరువలో ఉన్నాయి.
అయితే గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాద్ పరిధిలోని జిల్లాల్లో మాత్రం పరిస్థితి భిన్నంగా ఉంది. హైదరాబాద్ జిల్లాలో 27,74,687 ఎన్యూమరేషన్ ఫారాలతో కేవలం 58.58 శాతం డిజిటలైజేషన్ పూర్తయింది. దీంతో రాష్ట్రంలోని జిల్లాలన్నింటిలో హైదరాబాద్ చివరి స్థానంలో నిలిచింది.
హైదరాబాద్, రంగారెడ్డి, మేడ్చల్లో వెనుకబాటు

According to the information available, Telangana now has a total of 3,38,26,448 voters, while the names of 73,95,954 voters have reportedly been deleted during the Telangana SIR Enumeration exercise.
The digitisation of 2,64,30,494 enumeration forms has also been completed so far, taking the overall Telangana SIR digitisation rate to 78.14%.

Yadadri Bhuvanagiri recorded the highest digitisation rate at 94.30%, emerging as the top-performing district in the state.

While several districts have achieved high digitisation rates, Hyderabad recorded the lowest percentage in Telangana.
Hyderabad completed the digitisation of 27,74,687 enumeration forms, accounting for just 58.58%. This placed Hyderabad at the bottom of the district-wise Telangana SIR digitisation rankings.
Other districts with comparatively lower digitisation rates include:
- Medchal-Malkajgiri – 63.82%
- Rangareddy – 64.91%
Despite the extension of the deadline twice, the digitisation percentage in Hyderabad, Rangareddy and Medchal-Malkajgiri reportedly did not increase significantly.
