తెలంగాణ రాజకీయాల్లో మరోసారి మాటల యుద్ధం వేడెక్కింది. మాజీ మంత్రి Harish Rao పై మంత్రి Tummala Nageswara Rao తీవ్ర స్థాయిలో విమర్శలు గుప్పించారు. సోమవారం మీడియాతో మాట్లాడిన మంత్రి తుమ్మల నాగేశ్వరరావు, గత పది సంవత్సరాల్లో తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ఆశలు, ఆకాంక్షలను బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం తుంచేసిందని ఆరోపించారు.

మంత్రి తుమ్మల మాట్లాడుతూ, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రాన్ని ప్రజలు ఎంతో ఆశతో సాధించుకున్నారని, కానీ గత పాలకులు ఆ ఆశలపై మట్టి పోశారని తీవ్రంగా విమర్శించారు. రాజకీయ పార్టీలు, ప్రజలను మోసం చేసి, ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవస్థలను దోచుకున్నారని ఆరోపించారు. అవినీతి, అక్రమాలతో తెలంగాణను నాశనం చేశారని మండిపడ్డారు. అహంకారం, దౌర్జన్యంతో పాలన సాగిందని అన్నారు.
రుణమాఫీపై కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు
ప్రస్తుతం కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం చేపట్టిన రైతు రుణమాఫీపై మంత్రి తుమ్మల కీలక వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి Revanth Reddy నాయకత్వంలో తెలంగాణలో చారిత్రాత్మక నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నామని తెలిపారు. సుమారు ₹21,000 కోట్లు రైతుల ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేయడం ద్వారా రైతులకు పెద్ద ఊరట కలిగించామని పేర్కొన్నారు. రుణమాఫీపై విమర్శలు చేయడానికి హరీశ్ రావుకు హక్కు లేదని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వంపై హైలైట్
భారతదేశంలో రైతు రుణమాఫీకి శ్రీకారం చుట్టింది కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీనేనని మంత్రి తుమ్మల పేర్కొన్నారు. తెలంగాణలో కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వం ప్రజా సంక్షేమానికి కట్టుబడి ఉందని చెప్పారు. అన్ని వర్గాలకు న్యాయం చేస్తూ సమగ్ర అభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యంగా పనిచేస్తున్నామని తెలిపారు.
బీఆర్ఎస్పై ఆరోపణలు
కబ్జాలు, కమీషన్లు, అవినీతి విషయాల్లో బీఆర్ఎస్కు మించిన పార్టీ లేదని మంత్రి విమర్శించారు. వ్యవస్థలను దుర్వినియోగం చేసి రాష్ట్రాన్ని వెనక్కి నెట్టారని అన్నారు.
అభివృద్ధి పనులపై ఫోకస్
సిద్దిపేటలో అత్యాధునిక టెక్నాలజీతో పామాయిల్ ఫ్యాక్టరీని ఆరు నెలల్లో నిర్మించామని మంత్రి వెల్లడించారు. భవిష్యత్తులో కూడా తెలంగాణ ప్రజల ఆశలు, ఆకాంక్షలకు అనుగుణంగా మరిన్ని అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపడతామని చెప్పారు.
కాంగ్రెస్ లక్ష్యం
రెండేళ్ల పాలనలో అసాధ్యాన్ని సుసాధ్యం చేశామని, రాష్ట్రాన్ని సస్యశ్యామలం చేయడమే కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని మంత్రి తుమ్మల నాగేశ్వరరావు స్పష్టం చేశారు. అవినీతి పరుల విమర్శలను పట్టించుకోమని, ప్రజల కోసం పని చేస్తూనే ఉంటామని తెలిపారు.

Telangana Politics Tummala Defends Farm Loan Waiver, Targets BRS
Telangana politics has intensified once again as Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao launched a strong defense of the Congress government while sharply criticizing BRS leaders over key governance and farmer welfare issues.
Addressing the media, Tummala said Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has “created history” with the implementation of the farm loan waiver in Telangana, calling it a landmark move in Telangana politics. He revealed that nearly ₹21,000 crore has been credited directly into farmers’ bank accounts, providing immediate financial relief to lakhs of farmers struggling with debt. According to him, this bold decision highlights the commitment of the Telangana Congress government toward farmer welfare and rural development.
Taking a direct swipe at Harish Rao, the minister asserted that BRS leaders have no moral authority to question the loan waiver scheme. He argued that the Congress party has a long-standing history of prioritizing farmers, noting that farm loan waivers in India were first introduced by Congress governments.
In a sharp attack on the BRS, Tummala accused the party of being synonymous with corruption, land grabbing, and commission-based politics, stating that no other political party understands such practices better. He alleged that previous governance under BRS weakened systems and ignored public welfare in Telangana.
Highlighting development initiatives, the minister pointed to the rapid construction of a state-of-the-art palm oil factory in Siddipet, completed within just six months using advanced technology. He described it as a symbol of fast-paced development under the current administration and a boost to the agricultural economy.
Tummala further emphasized that the Congress government is working in line with the aspirations of Telangana people, ensuring inclusive growth for all communities and social groups. He claimed that in just two years, the government has achieved what many thought was impossible, accelerating Telangana development across sectors.
Dismissing criticism from opposition leaders, he said the government will not be distracted by “baseless allegations” from those involved in corruption. Instead, it will remain focused on strengthening Telangana politics, governance, and farmer welfare.
He concluded by reiterating that the ultimate goal of the Congress government is to transform Telangana into a prosperous, green, and farmer-friendly state, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term development.
