తెలంగాణ విభజనపై రాజకీయ వివాదం – బీజేపీ, కాంగ్రెస్ మధ్య మాటల యుద్ధం
తెలంగాణ విభజన (Telangana Division) అంశంపై మరోసారి రాజకీయ వివాదం రగిలింది. బీజేపీ ఎంపీ Tejasvi Surya చేసిన వ్యాఖ్యలను కాంగ్రెస్ నేతలు తప్పుబట్టడంపై కేంద్ర మంత్రి Bandi Sanjay Kumar తీవ్రంగా స్పందించారు. తెలంగాణ విభజన సమయంలో కాంగ్రెస్ చేసిన తప్పిదాల వల్ల పలువురు యువకులు ఆత్మబలిదానాలు చేసుకున్నారని తేజస్వి సూర్య వ్యాఖ్యానించినట్లు ఆయన తెలిపారు.
కేంద్ర మంత్రి బండి సంజయ్ మాట్లాడుతూ, 2009లో కాంగ్రెస్ తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ఏర్పాటు విషయంలో ముందడుగు వేసి, తర్వాత వెనక్కి తగ్గిందని విమర్శించారు. ఇదే అంశాన్ని తేజస్వి సూర్య ప్రస్తావించారని చెప్పారు. అలాగే ప్రస్తుత సీఎం Revanth Reddy గతంలో Sonia Gandhiను బలిదేవతగా అభివర్ణించిన విషయాన్ని గుర్తుచేశారు.
తెలంగాణ ఉద్యమం (Telangana Movement) సమయంలో రేవంత్ రెడ్డి పాత్రపై కూడా బండి సంజయ్ ప్రశ్నలు లేవనెత్తారు. ఉద్యమాన్ని వ్యతిరేకించిన వ్యక్తే ఇప్పుడు సీఎం అయ్యారని విమర్శించారు. కరీంనగర్లో నిర్వహించిన రణభేరి కార్యక్రమంలో రేవంత్ రెడ్డి తుపాకీ పట్టుకుని వెళ్లారంటూ వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు.
ఇక తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర విభజన సమయంలో సుమారు 1400 మంది యువకులు బలిదానాలు చేసుకున్నారని, ఈ పరిస్థితికి కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీనే బాధ్యురాలని బండి సంజయ్ ఆరోపించారు. మరోవైపు “ఒక్క ఓటు – రెండు రాష్ట్రాలు” అనే నినాదానికి కట్టుబడి తెలంగాణ ఏర్పాటుకు బీజేపీ మద్దతు ఇచ్చిందని స్పష్టం చేశారు.
మహిళా రిజర్వేషన్ బిల్లు (Women Reservation Bill) విషయంలో కూడా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ కావాలని అడ్డంకులు సృష్టిస్తోందని ఆయన మండిపడ్డారు. అలాగే బీఆర్ఎస్ అవినీతి అంశంపై సీఎం రేవంత్ రెడ్డి ఎందుకు మాట్లాడటం లేదని ప్రశ్నించారు.

The Telangana Division controversy has escalated into a fierce BJP vs Congress political war, dominating the current Telangana Politics landscape. Union Minister Bandi Sanjay Kumar launched a sharp attack on Congress leaders for criticizing BJP MP Tejasvi Surya over his recent remarks on the Telangana Division and the Telangana Movement.
Bandi Sanjay defended Tejasvi Surya comments, stating that they reflect the historical reality of the Telangana Division period. He alleged that the Congress party’s inconsistent stand during 2009 played a major role in intensifying the Telangana Movement. According to him, Congress initially supported the formation of Telangana but later backed out, which led to widespread unrest across the region. He further claimed that due to these political decisions, many young people lost their lives, making the Telangana Division a highly emotional and sensitive issue even today.
Taking a direct dig at Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, Bandi Sanjay questioned his credibility in the ongoing Telangana Politics debate. He recalled that Revanth Reddy had once referred to Congress leader Sonia Gandhi as a “sacrificial figure” during the Telangana Movement, highlighting what he described as political contradictions. He also alleged that Revanth Reddy had opposed the Telangana Movement earlier, raising doubts about his current stance on Telangana Division issues.
The Union Minister also made controversial remarks about an event in Karimnagar, stating that Revanth Reddy attended a public “Ranabheri” meeting carrying a firearm. This claim has further fueled the already heated Telangana Political News cycle, with both parties exchanging strong accusations.
In a significant allegation, Bandi Sanjay held the Congress party responsible for the deaths of around 1,400 people during the Telangana Division agitation.
