మూసీ ప్రాజెక్ట్పై అసెంబ్లీలో వేడి చర్చలు
తెలంగాణ అసెంబ్లీ (Telangana Assembly)లో ప్రశ్నోత్తరాల సందర్భంగా Musi River Project, Telangana Musi Development, Hyderabad Musi River Issueపై తీవ్ర చర్చ జరిగింది. ఈ అంశంపై అధికార, ప్రతిపక్షాల మధ్య మాటల యుద్ధం కొనసాగింది.
BRS Walkout in Assembly
మూసీ నది ప్రాజెక్ట్ పేరుతో భారీ అవినీతి జరుగుతోందని ఆరోపిస్తూ BRS MLAs Walkout చేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా బీఆర్ఎస్ నేత KTR (K T Rama Rao) మాట్లాడుతూ,
“మూసీకి మేము వ్యతిరేకం కాదు, కానీ Musi Project Scamకి వ్యతిరేకం. ప్రజల డబ్బు దోపిడీకి నిరసనగా వాకౌట్ చేస్తున్నాం” అని తెలిపారు.
DPR Controversy in Musi Project
మూసీ ప్రాజెక్ట్కు సంబంధించిన Detailed Project Report (DPR) లేదని ఎండీ చెప్పారని, కానీ ప్రభుత్వం ఉందని చెబుతోందని కేటీఆర్ ఆరోపించారు.
పేదల పట్ల ప్రేమ చూపిస్తున్నట్లు నటిస్తూ, Hyderabad Poor Housing Demolition జరుగుతోందని మండిపడ్డారు. ముఖ్యంగా వెలుగుమట్లలో పేదల ఇళ్ల కూల్చివేతలపై తీవ్ర ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తం చేశారు.

కేటీఆర్ వ్యాఖ్యలకు మంత్రి Sridhara Babu కౌంటర్ ఇస్తూ,
“Musi River DPR తయారైందని MD నరసింహారెడ్డి స్పష్టంగా చెప్పారు. కేటీఆర్ అసత్య ఆరోపణలు చేస్తున్నారు” అని అన్నారు.
అలాగే Telangana Government Musi Planపై బీఆర్ఎస్కు చిత్తశుద్ధి లేదని విమర్శించారు.
ఇక మంత్రి Tummala Nageswara Rao కూడా స్పందిస్తూ,
“Velugumatla Issue Discussion కోసం ప్రభుత్వం సిద్ధంగా ఉంది. దమ్ముంటే చర్చకు రావాలి” అని సవాలు విసిరారు.
అసలు విషయాలు బయటపడితే కేటీఆర్ సభలో కూర్చోవడానికే సిగ్గుపడాల్సి వస్తుందని ఘాటు వ్యాఖ్యలు చేశారు..
ఇదే సమయంలో మంత్రి Sridhar Babu మాట్లాడుతూ, Telangana Musi River DPR ను యుద్ధ ప్రాతిపదికన తయారు చేయలేదని, 2024 డిసెంబర్లో DPR తయారీ బాధ్యతను Mainhart కంపెనీకి అప్పగించామని తెలిపారు. ఫిబ్రవరి 2026లో DPR సిద్ధమైందని చెప్పారు. 2016లో బీఆర్ఎస్ ప్రభుత్వం ఇచ్చిన 50 మీటర్ల బఫర్ జోన్ జీవోను ప్రస్తుతం అమలు చేస్తున్నామని వివరించారు.
అలాగే, ADB Approval Musi Project కోసం వచ్చే బోర్డ్ మీటింగ్లో అనుమతి వస్తుందని ఆశిస్తున్నామని, ఒకవేళ అది రాకపోతే ఇతర సంస్థల నుంచి ఫండింగ్ పొందుతామని తెలిపారు.
మరోవైపు కేటీఆర్ తీవ్రంగా స్పందిస్తూ, ప్రభుత్వం మూసీ ప్రాజెక్ట్పై స్పష్టత ఇవ్వలేకపోతుందని విమర్శించారు. “ఎన్ని దశల్లో అభివృద్ధి జరుగుతుందో చెప్పలేకపోతున్నారు. ఇది ప్రజలను తప్పుదోవ పట్టించే ప్రయత్నం” అని ఆరోపించారు. అలాగే, మూసీని మురికి కూపంగా మార్చింది కాంగ్రెస్ ప్రభుత్వమేనని మండిపడ్డారు.

During the question hour in the Telangana Assembly News, a heated discussion erupted over the Musi River Project Telangana, Hyderabad Musi River Development, and ongoing issues related to the Musi river. The debate triggered sharp exchanges between the ruling party and the opposition.

Alleging large-scale corruption in the Musi project, BRS Walkout Assembly created high drama in the House. BRS leader KTR Comments Today drew attention as he stated:
“We are not against the Musi River, but we strongly oppose the Musi Project Scam. We are staging a walkout against the misuse of public money.”
Musi River DPR Controversy
Highlighting the Musi River DPR Controversy, KTR alleged that the Managing Director had earlier said there was no Detailed Project Report (DPR), while the government claims otherwise.
He further criticized the government, accusing it of pretending to care for the poor while carrying out Hyderabad Poor Housing Demolition, especially in Velugumatla, where houses of underprivileged people were allegedly demolished.

Responding strongly, Minister Sridhara Babu dismissed KTR’s allegations, stating that the Musi River DPR has indeed been prepared, as confirmed by MD Narasimha Reddy. He accused KTR of spreading misinformation and said BRS lacks sincerity on the Telangana Government Musi Plan.
Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao also hit back, challenging KTR to participate in a detailed discussion on the Velugumatla issue.
“The government is ready for a full debate. If KTR has courage, he should come forward,” he said, adding that the truth would leave KTR embarrassed in the Assembly.
