CVR కాలేజీలో స్టార్టప్ల పండుగ.. గుజ్జ సత్యం స్పీచ్తో విద్యార్థుల్లో జోష్
రంగారెడ్డి జిల్లా ఇబ్రహీంపట్నం మండలం మంగళపల్లి గ్రామంలోని CVR College of Engineering లో నిర్వహిస్తున్న “CIENCIA–2K26” టెక్నికల్ ఫెస్ట్లో భాగంగా జరిగిన “Shark Tank” కార్యక్రమం విద్యార్థుల్లో భారీ ఉత్సాహాన్ని నింపింది. ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి సత్యం గ్రూప్ ఆఫ్ స్కూల్స్ అండ్ హాస్పిటల్స్ వ్యవస్థాపకులు గుజ్జ సత్యం ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరై విద్యార్థులకు ప్రేరణాత్మక సందేశం ఇచ్చారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా గుజ్జ సత్యం మాట్లాడుతూ, నేటి యువత సంప్రదాయ ఉద్యోగాల కోసం మాత్రమే ప్రయత్నించకుండా ఉద్యోగాలను సృష్టించే స్టార్టప్ వ్యవస్థాపకులుగా ఎదగాలని సూచించారు. ప్రపంచాన్ని మారుస్తున్నది పెద్ద కంపెనీలు కాదని, కొత్త ఆలోచనలు మరియు సృజనాత్మకత అని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
విద్యార్థులు తమ చుట్టూ ఉన్న సమస్యలను గుర్తించి వాటికి సాంకేతిక పరిష్కారాలు కనుగొనే దిశగా ఆలోచిస్తే గొప్ప ఆవిష్కరణలు సాధ్యమవుతాయని గుజ్జ సత్యం తెలిపారు. కాలేజీ దశ నుంచే స్టార్టప్ ఆలోచనలను అభివృద్ధి చేసి, సాంకేతికతను వినియోగిస్తూ కొత్త వ్యాపార అవకాశాలను సృష్టించాలని ఆయన పిలుపునిచ్చారు.
ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి మరో ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరైన ఆర్కే బిల్డ్కాన్ వ్యవస్థాపకులు బొప్పెనపల్లి రామకృష్ణ మాట్లాడుతూ, విద్యార్థులు కాలేజీ దశ నుంచే Entrepreneurship పై అవగాహన పెంచుకోవడం చాలా అవసరం అని అన్నారు. ధైర్యంగా కొత్త ఆలోచనలను అమలు చేయడం ద్వారా విజయవంతమైన వ్యాపారాలను నిర్మించవచ్చని తెలిపారు.
కార్యక్రమంలో CVR కాలేజ్ చైర్మన్ డా. రాఘవ వి. చెరబుడ్డి, ప్రిన్సిపాల్ డా. కె. రామమోహన్ రెడ్డి, వైస్ ప్రిన్సిపాల్ ప్రొఫెసర్ ఎల్.సి. శివా రెడ్డి, డీన్ అకాడమిక్స్ డా. నయనతారా కె.ఎస్. తదితరులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
“Shark Tank” వేదికపై విద్యార్థులు తమ వినూత్న స్టార్టప్ ఆలోచనలను ప్రదర్శించగా, అతిథులు వాటిని విశ్లేషించి మార్గదర్శనం చేశారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో విద్యార్థులు భారీ సంఖ్యలో పాల్గొని తమ ఆవిష్కరణాత్మక ఆలోచనలను ప్రదర్శించారు.
కార్యక్రమాన్ని విద్యార్థి సమన్వయకర్తలు సరయు సత్యం మరియు అక్కల నికితా రెడ్డి సమర్థవంతంగా నిర్వహించారు.

Gujja Sathyam Inspires Students at CIENCIA 2K26 Shark Tank Event in CVR College of Engineering
The CVR College of Engineering in Mangalpally, under Ibrahimpatnam in Ranga Reddy district, hosted an inspiring Shark Tank Event in CVR College as part of the CIENCIA 2K26 Technical Fest, drawing large participation from students and innovation enthusiasts. The event, which is part of the CVR College Technical Fest 2026, focused on encouraging Student Startups India and promoting Entrepreneurship for Students.
Addressing the gathering during the CIENCIA 2K26 Shark Tank program, educationist and founder of Sathyam Group of Schools and Hospitals Gujja Sathyam delivered a motivating Gujja Sathyam Speech encouraging students to move beyond the mindset of job seekers and become job creators.
Speaking at the Ibrahimpatnam Engineering College Event, Gujja Sathyam said that today’s youth should focus on building innovative startups rather than depending solely on traditional employment opportunities. He emphasized that major changes in the world are often driven not by large corporations but by fresh ideas and creativity from young innovators.
The event served as a platform for Startup Ideas by Students, where participants presented their innovative concepts before industry guests and academic leaders. Gujja Sathyam highlighted that identifying real-life problems around them and developing technological solutions can lead to successful startups and contribute to Youth Entrepreneurship Telangana.
Another chief guest at the Engineering College Startup Event, entrepreneur Boppanapalli Ramakrishna, founder of RK Buildcon, encouraged students to develop a strong entrepreneurial mindset from their college days. He noted that with confidence, innovation, and effective use of technology, students can transform their ideas into successful ventures.
The Student Innovation Programs conducted during the fest allowed students to showcase creative business models and technology-driven solutions. The panel of guests evaluated the presentations and offered valuable guidance to help students refine their startup ideas.
The event was attended by CVR College Chairman Dr. Raghava V. Cherabuddi, Principal Dr. K. Ramamohan Reddy, Vice Principal Prof. L.C. Shiva Reddy, and Dean Academics Dr. Nayanatara K.S., along with faculty members and a large number of students.
The CIENCIA 2K26 Technical Fest continues to highlight innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking among engineering students, making the CIENCIA 2K26 Shark Tank one of the most engaging segments of the festival. The program was successfully coordinated by student organizers Sarayu Sathyam and Akkala Nikitha Reddy.
