మనూరు మండలంలో ఉల్లి రైతుల ఆవేదన… గిట్టుబాటు ధర లేక కన్నీరు

ఆరుగాలం కష్టపడి పండించిన పంట చేతికి వచ్చే సమయానికి ధరలు పాతాళానికి పడిపోవడంతో ఉల్లి రైతులు తీవ్ర ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. వేల రూపాయల పెట్టుబడులు పెట్టి సాగు చేసిన పంటకు మార్కెట్‌లో గిట్టుబాటు ధర లేకపోవడంతో రైతులు తీవ్ర నష్టాలను ఎదుర్కొంటున్నారు. ముఖ్యంగా తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని మనూరు మండలంలో ఉల్లి రైతుల పరిస్థితి మరింత దారుణంగా మారింది.

మనూరు మండల పరిధిలోని రాయిపల్లి, ఉసిరికేపల్లి, దన్వార్‌, బోరంచ, తుమ్నూరు, రాణాపూర్‌ తదితర గ్రామాల్లో ఈ ఏడాది పెద్దఎత్తున ఉల్లి సాగు జరిగింది. సుమారు 1200 ఎకరాలకు పైగా రైతులు ఉల్లి పంటను సాగు చేశారు. ఎకరాకు విత్తనాలు, ఎరువులు, పురుగుమందులు, కలుపు తీత, నాటు వేయడం, కోత వరకు అన్ని ఖర్చులు కలిపి దాదాపు రూ.50 వేల వరకు పెట్టుబడి పెట్టాల్సి వచ్చిందని రైతులు చెబుతున్నారు.

పంట బాగా వచ్చినా మార్కెట్‌లో ధరలు పడిపోవడంతో రైతులు తీవ్ర నిరాశకు గురవుతున్నారు. ప్రస్తుతం మార్కెట్‌లో క్వింటాల్‌ ఉల్లి ధర రూ.1000 నుంచి రూ.1300 మధ్యే పలుకుతోంది. అయితే రైతులు చెప్పే ప్రకారం ఈ ధరలు కనీసం కోత ఖర్చులు కూడా తిరిగి రాకుండా చేస్తున్నాయి. మార్కెట్‌కు పంటను తరలిస్తే రవాణా ఖర్చులు, కమీషన్లు, కూలీ చెల్లింపులు పోయిన తర్వాత అసలు పెట్టుబడిలో సగం కూడా తిరిగి రావడం లేదని వారు వాపోతున్నారు.

ఈ పరిస్థితుల్లో ధరలు పెరుగుతాయన్న ఆశతో చాలా మంది రైతులు కోత కోసిన ఉల్లిని పొలాల్లోనే నిల్వ ఉంచుతున్నారు. పొలాల్లోనే నెలల తరబడి ఎండకు ఎండుతూ, వానకు తడుస్తూ ఉల్లిని ఉంచాల్సిన పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడింది. కానీ ఇలా ఎక్కువ కాలం నిల్వ ఉంచితే పంట నాణ్యత దెబ్బతినే ప్రమాదం ఉందని రైతులు ఆందోళన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు.

మండలంలో సరైన శీతల గిడ్డంగి లేదా నిల్వ సౌకర్యాలు లేకపోవడం రైతులకు పెద్ద సమస్యగా మారింది. గిడ్డంగి సదుపాయం ఉంటే పంటను కొంతకాలం నిల్వ ఉంచి మంచి ధర వచ్చినప్పుడు అమ్ముకునే అవకాశం ఉండేది. కానీ అలాంటి సౌకర్యం లేకపోవడంతో రైతులు మార్కెట్ ధరలపై పూర్తిగా ఆధారపడాల్సి వస్తోంది.

ముఖ్యంగా కౌలు రైతుల పరిస్థితి మరింత క్లిష్టంగా ఉంది. ఎకరాకు వేల రూపాయల కౌలు చెల్లించి సాగు చేసిన రైతులు ఇప్పుడు కౌలు డబ్బులు కూడా చెల్లించలేని పరిస్థితిలో పడిపోయారు. అప్పులు చేసి సాగు చేసిన పంట నష్టపోవడంతో వారు అప్పుల ఊబిలో కూరుకుపోతున్నారు.

ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ప్రభుత్వం తక్షణమే స్పందించాలని రైతులు డిమాండ్ చేస్తున్నారు. ఉల్లి పంటకు కనీస మద్దతు ధరగా క్వింటాల్‌కు కనీసం రూ.2000 ప్రకటించాలని వారు కోరుతున్నారు. అలాగే భవిష్యత్తులో ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితులు రాకుండా రైతులకు నిల్వ సదుపాయాలు కల్పించాలని విజ్ఞప్తి చేస్తున్నారు.

మండలంలో శీతల గిడ్డంగులు, నిల్వ కేంద్రాలు ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే రైతులు తమ పంటను భద్రంగా నిల్వ ఉంచుకుని సరైన సమయంలో విక్రయించగలుగుతారని వారు అభిప్రాయపడుతున్నారు. అలాగే ప్రభుత్వం రైతుల సమస్యలను వెంటనే పరిష్కరించకపోతే రైతులు తీవ్ర ఆర్థిక సంక్షోభంలో పడే ప్రమాదం ఉందని హెచ్చరిస్తున్నారు.

గిట్టుబాటు ధర కల్పించి రైతులను ఆదుకోవాలని, లేదంటే రైతుల పరిస్థితి మరింత దారుణంగా మారే ప్రమాదం ఉందని వారు ఆవేదన వ్యక్తం చేస్తున్నారు. ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే స్పందించి రైతుల సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించాలని మండలంలోని ఉల్లి రైతులు కోరుతున్నారు.
