అంబర్పేట ఫ్లైఓవర్ సర్వీస్ రోడ్ సమస్యలపై సీఎం రేవంత్రెడ్డికి కిషన్రెడ్డి లేఖ
హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలోని అంబర్పేట ఫ్లైఓవర్ కింద ఉన్న సర్వీస్ రోడ్డు నిర్మాణంలో ఎదురవుతున్న సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని కోరుతూ కేంద్ర మంత్రి జి. కిషన్ రెడ్డి తెలంగాణ ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డికి లేఖ రాశారు. ఈ అంశంపై రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం చొరవ చూపాలని ఆయన కోరారు.
అంబర్పేట ఫ్లైఓవర్ సర్వీస్ రోడ్డు నిర్మాణంలో జాప్యం
హైదరాబాద్లో ట్రాఫిక్ రద్దీని తగ్గించేందుకు కేంద్ర రోడ్డు రవాణా, జాతీయ రహదారుల మంత్రిత్వ శాఖ రూ.265 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో NH-163 పై అంబర్పేట క్రాస్ రోడ్డు వద్ద 1.5 కిలోమీటర్ల పొడవైన నాలుగు లేన్ల ఫ్లైఓవర్ను నిర్మించింది. ఈ ఫ్లైఓవర్ను 2025 మే 5న కేంద్ర మంత్రి నితిన్ గడ్కరీ ప్రారంభించారు.
అయితే ఫ్లైఓవర్ నిర్మాణం పూర్తయి ప్రారంభించినప్పటికీ, దాని కింద ఉండాల్సిన సర్వీస్ రోడ్డు నిర్మాణం మాత్రం పూర్తిగా జరగలేదని కిషన్ రెడ్డి పేర్కొన్నారు. దీంతో ఈ మార్గంలో ప్రయాణించే వాహనదారులు ఇబ్బందులు పడుతున్నారని ఆయన తెలిపారు.
తెలంగాణలో జాతీయ రహదారుల అభివృద్ధి
ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోదీ నాయకత్వంలో తెలంగాణలో జాతీయ రహదారుల అభివృద్ధికి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ చూపుతోందని కిషన్ రెడ్డి తెలిపారు.
2014 తర్వాత తెలంగాణలో సుమారు 2,800 కిలోమీటర్ల జాతీయ రహదారులు నిర్మించబడ్డాయని, మరో 2,500 కిలోమీటర్ల రహదారుల నిర్మాణం వివిధ దశల్లో కొనసాగుతోందని ఆయన వెల్లడించారు. మొత్తం రాష్ట్రంలోని 33 జిల్లాలను జాతీయ రహదారులతో అనుసంధానించడం గొప్ప విషయం అని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు.
భూసేకరణ పూర్తికాక జాప్యం
అంబర్పేట ఫ్లైఓవర్ సర్వీస్ రోడ్డు నిర్మాణానికి అవసరమైన భూసేకరణ పూర్తికాకపోవడం ప్రధాన సమస్యగా మారిందని కిషన్ రెడ్డి పేర్కొన్నారు. కొన్ని శక్తులు భూసేకరణ ప్రక్రియను అడ్డుకుంటున్నాయని ఆయన ఆరోపించారు.
భూసేకరణకు సంబంధించిన భూమికి రూ.2.54 కోట్ల పరిహారం ఇప్పటికే లబ్ధిదారులకు చెల్లించినప్పటికీ మధ్య దళారులు అడ్డంకులు సృష్టిస్తున్నారని ఆయన తెలిపారు.

ఈ సమస్యను గతంలో మాజీ ముఖ్యమంత్రి కె. చంద్రశేఖర్ రావుకు, అలాగే ప్రస్తుత ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డికి అనేకసార్లు తెలియజేసినట్లు కిషన్ రెడ్డి గుర్తు చేశారు. కేంద్ర మంత్రి నితిన్ గడ్కరీ కూడా రాష్ట్ర మంత్రులకు ఈ విషయాన్ని పలుమార్లు వివరించారని తెలిపారు.
